2. Diana Korkunkova (BBU flyweight champion) W/L: 8-1

9. Alice Goodwin W/L: 5-2

*Welterweight: 40%*
With a new decade we decided to revamp how we do these rankings, in the past we used results from the FCBA too to make our rankings, after discussions on the matter we decided to keep this a strictly BBU results matter, meaning to qualify for these rankings you must fight in the BBU in the past twelve months and only your BBU results count.
With those changes has come a big change in the rankings, while there are many familiar faces to the rankings, we have a new first time number one in the seemingly unconquerable Bo Krsmanovic, who has dominated the welterweight division with her raw power and boxing skill this past twelve months.
Second to her is the skillful dynamo Diana Korkunkova, only a defeat to the then bantamweight champion Katie McGrath has held her off reclaiming her top spot.
While in third comes maybe the fastest rising star in BBU history! Daisy Ridley came to the BBU after trying her hand in the FCBA, she ended the year the bantamweight champion and now one of the best pound for pound in all the BBU.
A big talking point I believe is the amount of welterweights to break into the list, last years Contender Six tournament focused on the division and clearly it has grown immensely from the days where maybe only the champion would break into the rankings.
Another big talking point we know will be Kate Upton being so low on the rankings after taking top spot in November, she has really only broken into the BBU the past two years, most of that time has been her incredible series of fights with Kelly Brook, this year could be the time she really kicks on her BBU career by controlling the JMDD division under her incredible bust.
Other notable mentions are Jessica Clements own quick rise up the rankings, the rookie of last year should be on everyone's eyes for making something major happen this year.
Along with Doutzen Kroes smashing into the rankings for the first time, even under the old system her impressive form over the past twelve months would most likely have gotten her into the rankings.
As always we'd love to hear from the fighters, the managers and our fans on these rankings, we know you won't all agree on placing and such, so let the debates begin.
