Part 1: Elisabetta Gregoraci vs Anne Vyalitsina These two women have both taken a little time out the ring to work on some kinks in their boxing game, with Elisabetta seen by some now she is over forty as missing her chance at title glory.
One such woman is Anne, who while having a bad record, fancied that Elisabetta is too old to be a factor at all now, she looked up for it as she stepped into the ring to face the Italian.
For her part Elisabetta has been getting offers we hear and feels that she is getting ready for another run to a title shot, first she told the press she was going to tune up beating Anne up.
The opening two rounds were all Elisabetta, in an headhunting exchange she seemed to have the power advantage to keep smashing back her blonde rival.
Back came Anne though in the third when she finally switched things up, going to the body as she kept in close to Gregoraci to stop her unleashing that raw power.
This was turning into a nice back and forth fight, Anna looking the faster but eating the nastier looking punches across her face, leading to a knockdown in the fifth, her ears probably ringing from the hits they took.
Gamely Anna got up and fought smartly to survive the next round, Elisabetta looked a little more desperate each time she missed with a haymaker like right.
A cut opened above the right eye of Elisabetta, who was on wobbly legs in the seventh from a left hook to her ear, an uppercut soon took those legs out from the former title contender, who was out like a light for the count!
This was a massive upset, Anna went to Elisabetta's home turf, had the worse record between them and went down, yet she showed her toughness to dig down and earn herself the victory.
She also seems to have gotten herself into the cross hairs of another Sports illustrated model, Raven Lyn called out Anna after this fight, that should be an interesting clash.
Now we have to talk about Elisabetta, I am not going to write to negative about her, she looked great but one mistake changed the fight, physically even for her age she is maybe one of the fittest in the lightweight division, she needs to settle down on her punches when going to finish a fight though.

Part 2: Ilary Blasi vs Ann-Kathrin Brommel This was the main event from the Black Eagles stable card, showcasing the talents of the German based stable, with their number one lightweight on show in the headline bout.
Ann-Katherin has taken a back seat with everything going on in the world, she wanted to make a statement with her return bout, picking what she and her coach/manager Gina Wild assumed was going to be an easy night for them.
Ilary hasn't broken out really even just in her national scene of Italy, with girls like Federica Nargi and Elisabetta Gregoraci to compete with, it is a stacked field in that country.
At the opening bell Ilary tried and for the most part did pressure Ann-Katherin in the first minute of the fight, before uppercuts to her chin rocked her back to the outside.
Where it seemed she would be stuck for the majority of the fight, Ann-Katherin laser like in her approach, rocking back Ilary after what would be a good start to rounds for the Italian for the first two rounds.
By round three Ann-Katherin was working the body of her rivalry, knocking her back to towards the ropes, when she got her into a corner Blasi took a knee with most giving her little hope.
Then in true "Rocky" style, Ann-Katherin arrogantly left her gloves too low, getting popped across her nose with a left hook, before she could get her guard up, she found herself down on her knees for an eight count.
Ilary got her second wind as adrenaline at seeing she could hurt the German fuelled through her body, putting down Ann-Katherin two more times in round four, Brommel didn't beat the count the final time as she stayed on her back.
This has been a month of upsets, maybe this could be the tip of the iceberg on those, Ilary was supposed to be the punch bag and looked it through three rounds, one mistake turned the fight on it's head.
Ilary deserves credit for finding the punch that turned the fight around, most after the beating she had endured to that point would have given up, fact she was looking to take the fight to her opponent throughout the fight deserves credit.
The thing is though that we have to be cruel to Ann-Katherin and her coach Gina Wild, this smells like pure Gina as her fighter lost concentration, dropping her guard down as she clearly thought the fight was basically over.
Those sort of mistakes have cost the elite fighters around the stable to lose fights they should have won, Ann-Katherin herself should know better, clearly it hasn't been drilled into her though.

Part 3: Sophia Thomalla vs Clara Morgane This was announced last month after Sophia made her debut, she has become a bit of an enigma, not really known outside of her homeland of German, her exploits on the amateur celebrity boxing circuit has gotten the attention of fighters in the BBU.
Coming off an impressive debut against the Hall of Famer Jessica Schwarz, she now faced former BBU bantamweight champion and hard hitter Clara Morgane.
Who started her night off in interesting fashion, getting into a hair pulling fight with Black Eagles manager/coach Gina Wild, Gina's surname perfectly encapsulating what was on screen for all the people at home and in the crowd to see.
Anyway a boxing match I promise you did take place too, the opening round was a good one for both, Clara kicked off well on the inside, getting caught though with an uppercut to knock her back to her heels, where Sophia took control for the remaindered of the round.
Sophia kept beating Clara to the first punches, the hand speed looked a big factor in this fight, while Clara has always been a marauder of a fighter, it is hard to be when you keep getting popped to the head trying to come inside.
It got to a point where the normally brash Clara looked spooked by what was happening, she loves to bully opponents but found herself firmly on the receiving end, suffering a cut above her left eye to really hammer home the fact she couldn't make much headway.
Clara went down in the fourth, showing her legendary spirit to get back up, it may have been wise for her coach to not let her back out for the next round, first thunderous combination and it was lights out for the French stunner.
Another impressive fight for Sophia, she is taking these legends out one by one with merciless ease, I am a little worried that she seems to want Gina Wild as her manager, especially as she seems to be getting fights on her own.
Next up for her is Alesha Dixon after all, then she has Elizabeth Gillies, the fight against Liz I think will be the tricky one, beating Alesha could be hard or easy, it depends which version of Alesha turns up, the Hall of Famer or the one that was used as a punch bag by the Thorne's in the FCBA.

Final Part: Collien Fernandes vs Fiona Wade Of the fights on the Black Eagles card, this one maybe should have been the main event as you have two women both looking to be in title contention, all they need is a few good results back to back, starting on Thursday night against each other.
Both stunners certainly had a chip on their shoulder to help the mood of the fight, threats were exchanged on what they'd do to their quickly becoming enemy in the build up.
They kicked off trading jabs at first, Collien quickly switched to the body to reel back Fiona, she snuck in a few JMD quality punches across the bust of Wade to get the home fans cheering loudly.
The second round followed a similar script, Fiona would look good boxing on the outside, till Collien closed the gap to work over her body, something that looked the perfect game plan to victory.
So why Collien changed that plan is anyone's guess in the third, even Gina was yelling at her to work the body, Fiona started to get back into the fight, winning the third round while the fourth was a hot tempered affair that led to wrestling on the canvas.
Round five was the biggest round, Fiona pulled Collien with some nice punches up the middle, an overhand right before a left across her nose though begun the downfall.
Down she went not long after, Fiona beat the count but brutal body shots took the wind and fight out of Fiona, she went down to the canvas on all fours, getting counted out to the delight of the crowd.
This was a strong; if ill disciplined win for Collien, her body work while not always the cleanest considering the boob punches, was beautiful to watch when she struck to them, switching tactics gave her a harder fight then she needed.
While Fiona though not a spring chicken anymore can still give opponents headaches, she might be best suited in the gatekeeper role, she might be the biggest "what if" in the flyweight division as the talent is there, just maybe the body isn't to be an elite fighter.
That's all we have time for guys, thank you to everyone who took the time to read these posts, we hope to see you next Sunday morning and remember to please stay safe.

I admit, it's been a very bad day for me! I should have beaten that Italian tramp and we'd be talking about my elite chances over the summer. Now I'm back to square one! But I should get my redemption fight booked much sooner than you think, dear Mr. Hilton! Everyone wants to see such a pretty model like ME in action again!
