Part 1: Peta Todd vs Bethany Lily April For those who love a good soap opera or at least a little drama, the Peta Todd and Bethany Lily April bout certainly had that in spades outside the ring to peak a lot of peoples interest.
It all started in Bethany's debut two weeks ago, the Page Three star was getting some backing by the Page Three stable run by Samantha Fox, Bethany would win her debut beating Danni Wells quite comfortably in the end of a good JMDD scrap.
During the build up to that fight we learned two things, A) Peta Todd had grown not to like Bethany, in a sort of defending her turf attitude that led to this bout, both women sniped at each other over social media along with face to face, B) unknown to Samantha was that the This is Glamour stable had contacted Bethany to offer their assistance to train and coach her for this fight, something that certainly got Fox's attention when Bethany come out with Melinda Messenger, the Glamour stables manager.
OK now the soap opera stuff is out the way, let's get down to the actual fighting, it was like someone threw a firework in the ring to start as both got down to slugging it out in close, not the best for technical fight fans, more a bar room brawl to start.
Things settled down somewhat in round two, not to say it still didn't have some back and forth brawling, Bethany was getting sucked into Peta's style of fight, which was allowing Peta to start controlling the action around the ring.
A round later though with some adjustments and Bethany was pounding the chest of Peta with some monster hooks, Peta is tough so she didn't go down but you could see as the punches kept coming flush she was hurting.
Till in the fourth Peta had to take a knee twice, the second time leading to her being counted out as she was beaten across her breasts with real malice, all her words for Bethany come back to bite her as she was beaten by the rookie.
Who it has to be said is looking good so far, she is building up her record with two solid first fights, while Peta and Danni won't be title challengers anytime soon, they both give you different looks to learn from with rounds almost guaranteed.
The big story coming out the fight to add to this drama was Bethany announcing her next two fights, to be precise first she has Keeley Hazell signed for we hear the February PPV, if she gets past her then a dream match for the young blonde is there to grab as Kelly Brook has been offered to her, all depends if she can defeat Keeley though before we all get excited for a heavyweight clash of breasts between the blonde and brunette.
Before Peta thinks I am forgetting her, she still has that fearsome swing but to have last won in 2016 is worrying, I don't see her being cut as Samantha knows her name value, right now unless she finds a spark to improve her record, Peta will continue to be an early yard stick for rookie fighters.

Part 2: Anne Vyalitsina vs Belen Rodriguez All eyes were on the return of Belen to the ring after a lay off, the prospect came into this fight with one defeat in seven, Anne meanwhile had only two wins in six fights, on paper it looked a tune up for Belen.
Who when asked why she hadn't fought in basically a year, told us in the media that she was feared by other fighters and managers, who didn't want to throw their prospect in with her or even their contenders as she is that damn good.
For Anne well after watching her fellow Russian Tanya Mityushina get beat last week, she was adamant that she was heading to the ring to beat the hell out of Belen to show her country and Tanya what the best Russian fighter looks like.
In the early going though it was a closely fought opener, Belen was the one on top by the end, bashing back Anne to show the blonde her raw power as the crowd got to see what the fuss about the presenter was about.
In the third Anne after taking a pounding was sent to the canvas by a right across her nose, she got up at eight still gamely trying as Belen looked ready to have an early night, get some ring rust shaken off and on to the next challenge.
Anne hadn't read the script as she caught out Belen in the fourth with a hard left that cut the brunette above her right eye, uppercuts flew in to knock back the favourite as Anne's supporters roared their heart out.
The upset was complete in the fifth as first Belen went down due to more uppercuts, then she was beaten against the ropes and if not for the referee she might have been stretchered out the ring, her legs were jelly as she tried to argue that she was OK.
Well for those who love a good upset we have had an early upset of the year contender, Anne has shown glimpses of what she can do, it has to be argued though that this was downright toughness that saw her through this bout, Belen beat her pillar to post, one opening and Anne went for the kill in brutal fashion.
Meanwhile for Belen, you have to wonder where her head is right now, she was coasting up till that moment in the fourth when she let her guard down, she was too lax and either this will be a walk up call or maybe the start of a collapse as we have seen from some prominent contenders in days gone by.

Part 3: Krystal Forscutt vs Brooks Nader Another step up for Brooks Nader, who has been impressing pundits since her debut late last year, this wasn't going to be easy though as she tool on former title contender Krystal Forscutt on Krystal's home turf on the Australian beach.
Only last week did Brooks demolish Jennifer Hawkins on the beach, several pundits like Green and Gold magazines Sarah Cummings seem skeptical when we spoke to her that Brooks could take on such a hard schedule in such a short space of time.
Brooks seemed very confident but Krystal is always in a class of her own when she heads onto the beach, she has a swagger as her record in beach boxing has always been very impressive, she didn't seem to bat an eyelid at her opponent.
As expected Krystal wanted to impose her will early on, Brooks showed a little inexperience as she didn't expect the early charge, Krystal working the body to rattle the American in the first two rounds.
Things started to change in the third round, Brooks settled down somewhat to give Krystal a few digs to her body, both going hard in the best round of the fight, Krystal showing a few cracks in her armour.
That led to the comeback from Nader, who swung in a few JMD quality punches that opened up Krystal to some brutal hooks up top, those hooks took their toll as Forscutt started to wobble till finally a hard left hook/uppercut combo put the lights out for the veteran.
It was a good win for Brooks as she was pushed the hardest she has been so far in her career, she maybe needs to tone down her arrogant comments but so far you have to say it is job done.
For Krystal well it is back to the drawing board, maybe underestimating the younger woman as she left herself too open after a great start, though maybe I am being harsh to both women on that.

Final Part: Lara Bingle vs Sylvie Meis A week ago Sylvie suffered a loss to Leah Perkins, so question was how well could she bounce back going into this fight, the thing in her favour is that Lara had no wins in her four prior fights, so it was an interesting fight to see what the big story coming out would be.
Lara understandably was her most confident going into a fight since her debut, claiming that Sylvie should have stuck to sunbath then trying to box, Sylvie meanwhile had kept quiet as she probably felt smarter to stick to recovering from her last fight then talking trash.
The opener was certainly a fiery one! Lara raced to get into the face of her opponent, Sylvie couldn't handle the early heat as she was bounced back into the ropes, a knee was missed by the referee from Lara, I say that dubiously as I can safely assume it has been seen.
Again in the second Meis didn't look up to her usual standard, Bingle didn't seem to have the firepower to really do any lasting damage, letting the visitor off the hook, worse she started to get desperate with wild shots that found only fresh air.
That led to the turn around Sylvie wanted, her eyes burning a hole through her opponent as she came firing back hard, Lara looked a little shell shocked by the punches smashing her guard apart as Sylvie was running on hate and adrenaline it seemed.
The end was nigh as it came in the fourth, Sylvie sent Lara down, before gamely the home favourite did get up, it was only a matter of time before she was counted out, thankfully Lara's coach Nicky Whelan saved her by throwing in the towel.
This might have been Lara's best chance to break her losing run and get the chip off her shoulder, again she fluffed her lines with big questions now emerging over her future in the Bronzed Oz Boxing stable, could she be booted out for replacements?
On the other hand Sylvie was right to be upset about the knee, she did cool down somewhat to tell us that she should have knocked Lara out from the start so she couldn't throw the knee to begin with, now she is fully cooled down hopefully she is just enjoying the win, the cougar keeps marching on.
That's all we have time for folks, thank you so much for taking the time to read these posts, we hope you had fun reading them, we will be back next Sunday morning for the next edition of the Real View, remember to stay safe.
