Part 1: BBU welterweight title fight The main event of the New Beginnings PPV saw Damaris Lewis defend her welterweight title against Rozanna Purcell, both stunning models entered the arena in amazing shape knowing that what was at stake was too much to not be ready for.
A month ago Rozanna won a eight person tournament to become the number one contender for the title, she defeated Leah Francis to get this shot, achieving the goal many saw in her of being a contender, could she go all the way?
On the other side of the ring was Damaris, making her first defence of the belt, she has also been hunting down a tournament win in the FCBA's Diamond Boxing tournament, some are wondering can Damaris split her time between the two countries and organizations?
In the opener Damaris got caught out by the aggression from Rozanna, who stepped in early with some big shots as the champ seemed to take her challenger lightly, realising by the end of the round that she wasn't going to have this her own way.
Round after round Damaris was seeing how tough this was going to be, Rozanna might get knocked back but Damaris couldn't seem to keep her under wraps, getting smacked each time she looked on top of things.
The first major event came in the sixth, Damaris got clocked and Rozanna pounded her with several hooks, ending up with Lewis going down on her backside looking stunned, getting up at the count of six.
It looked like Purcell was going to end the fight, Damaris hunkered down as she waited for a chance, when you have the power Damaris has, well it is a hell of an equaliser as it showed when an uppercut rocked the Irish lass badly.
In the eighth the end came as the champ opened up on a hurt Rozanna, knocking her out with a powerhouse right hook that gave the champ the win, Damaris getting to hold the title a little longer.
Rozanna should be proud of her effort, I think if she keeps her head and doesn't get downhearted by this defeat we could see her back in the title picture, she has the skills, just maybe needs to work on her strength.
The champion Damaris again showed why she has become a champion, she has raw power to get her out of danger, she also has the skills to open her opponent's up, the only issue is her ego sometimes has gotten her into trouble, if she leaves herself open in this division like against her possible next challenger Leah Francis, she could get a ride awakening.

Part 2: Mollie King vs Dannii Minogue This fight came about after Mollie defeated Dannii's big sister Kylie in arguably a tougher time then most expected, Dannii made the challenge that she wanted to even the score with Mollie, on Wednesday we saw who got one up on the other.
The past two years has seen Mollie become a real contender, something has been missing for her to become a champion, with some of the results she has been getting lately you have to wonder if we will see another charge for a title shot this year.
Which could have easily been hindered by Dannii, just ask Cheryl Cole on what damage Dannii can do to a career, Cheryl took several years longer then I think most would have assumed due to veteran disrupting her plans with brutal knockouts.
Straight away you could see Dannii was in seek and destroy mode, cutting Mollie under her left eye with a hard cross punch, rattling the younger woman around the ring as some of Mollies fans must have been a little worried she was biting off more then she could chew with the tough Aussie.
The slugging power of Dannii that has battered many a fighter was rocking Mollie back in the early rounds, the English lass seemed determined to match Dannii punch for punch, all it did was cause her to look out gunned.
Things did change in the third as Mollie started to use her ring savvy to outbox Dannii, her speed along with stunning accuracy allowed her counter punch her way firmly back into this fight, Dannii getting annoyed shockingly showed how much she wanted to beat King, who was getting right under the ACB legends skin.
But things changed again in this exciting fight with a knockdown in the sixth, Mollie got caught with a left hook that send her tumbling down to her side, Dannii told her to stare down with a look I can call menacing but was almost demonic in nature.
Mollie got up and in round seven she made Dannii pay for not ending it, busting her nose badly with a right hook, Dannii beat the count after going down but thankfully the referee stepped in to stop the fight as Dannii's nose was a mess of blood, even her coach who wanted to complain settled down at the sight of her fighter.
It was a great comeback win for Mollie, who really looks on the road to the top again, the question as usual with her though is can she achieve that dream or will we see another fall from the mountain top as the champion kicks her back down it?
For Dannii, it is hard to say what she should do in her career, the obvious answer is take big money fights, is that with younger fighters still or go cougar? I won't tell Dannii what she should do as she has accomplished so much, she knows what she can do and what is best for her career now.

Part 3: Daisy Ridley vs Fleur East Since losing her title it has to be said that Daisy has been on a funny run of results, beating Doda is always a massive achievement, losing to a ring rust Helen Flanagan was a disappointing night to say the least.
It seems like the Knockout Babes management has decided to give Daisy some different tests to try to help her move on with her career, case in point Fleur East, who might very well physically be the best fighter in the BBU and arguably the celebrity boxing world.
Fleur has a point or two to prove, she has beaten some quality fighters, yet she is someone who got canned by her stable, along with losing her only shot at a BBU bantamweight title, she came into this fight claiming she was going to show up Daisy for daring to step into the ring with her.
The opening round was proof positive why Fleur is a dangerous fighter for any opponent, she was bashing in some nasty hooks to the body, her power giving Daisy something to think about right away as she started so strongly.
In the next two rounds Daisy showed why she is such a high level talent, her punches were crisp, footwork on point as she danced around Fleur, using her slight reach advantage to keep East on the outside.
But Fleur wouldn't be denied so easily, she roughed up Daisy on the inside, forcing the actress into firefights she didn't really want to be in, the crowd loved it as they roared the two gladiators on, as it was becoming a great clash.
In the end though Daisy seemed to have the greater tools at her disposal, slamming in a picture perfect uppercut late in the fifth, that had hurt Fleur, who was becoming more erratic in her attacks in the sixth, which led to a pinpoint hook on her chin that sent her down for the count.
Great win for Daisy to kick off this year, the bantamweight division is in such health that she will need to work hard to make her way back to the top, hopefully if she is getting different fighters to test her skills, that will improve her enough to reach the top again.
For East well it is more heartache, she looked great when on the inside, it is setting her punches that seems her Achilles, if she can get more work and time in the boxing gym, then maybe we will finally see her achieve her dream, right now it is hard to see her doing so.

Final Part: Diana Korkunova vs Sommer Ray The return to the BBU ring of Diana after losing the BBU flyweight title was always going to be massive, after losing the belt to Zara Holland I as I know so many people wanted to see how Diana would cope with her first defeat in so long.
Her first opponent was the relatively new face Sommer Ray, making her debut in the BBU, the fitness model along with being an influencer, was adamant that she was going to hurt Diana badly, getting the biggest upset of the year it has to be said in our eyes.
Seeing the fighters square up to each other, right away you could see the difference in build, Diana is more lean, Sommer more toned, though in terms of weight and height they are very similar.
The opening two rounds showed that Sommer was not in the ring to make up the numbers, she blitz the former champion out the gates, while Diana kept a strong guard, shockingly she looked a little worried more then composed at what was coming her way.
In the third round Diana finally came to life, showing off her impressive boxing skills to counter Sommer, then bash her around the ring, showing off why she is a former champion with crisp punches that had the Sirens corner team looking more relaxed.
But Sommer would shock everyone at ringside by blasting Diana with a brutal right hook, down went Korkunova as the crowd went wild, Sommer looked confident that was the win under her belt, Diana put a stop to that by getting up at eight.
Sommers inexperience showed as she threw wild punches looking to end it, Diana was cool as she easily parried or counter punched her way back into proceedings, Korkunova's shoulders relaxed as she knew that she could turn this around.
Seeing her chance in the sixth Diana took it with both hands, first barrelling into a surprised Ray, who seemed to think she had taken the fight out of her opponent, with Diana first putting down Sommer with a straight after pounding her with a flurry, Sommer got up but moments later was pounded down to the canvas in a brutal style as Diana looked like she wanted to take her head off.
This is an interesting fight to comment on, for starters it was a hell of a fight between them, they deserve a lot of credit and maybe they suit each other down to a tee, Sommer the aggressive slugger against the more refined boxer Diana.
The thing is that Diana should have dealt with this challenge easier, I know facts don't always tell a story, that's true as Diana looked out of sorts to start, she seemed to be in her shell till suddenly she was looking for blood, brutalizing her opponent by the end after struggling so much.
Sommer meanwhile looked great at the start, how much was that down to Diana being woeful? When Sommer was on top she started to get too wild with her punches, missing too many times, I think if you get her in a stable then if she learns better fundamentals you have a future champion, if she continues to just train in short spells between fights then we won't see much from her.
This seems like we will need to see how things play out before judging really what to take from this fight, for now all we can say is Diana is on the first rung to getting her title back, some improvement is needed more on the mental side.
That's all we have time for folks, thank you to everyone who took the time to read these posts, we hope you enjoyed them, next Sunday morning the next Real View will go up, so see you then BBU fans.
