Part 1: BBU flyweight title fight preview This Wednesday on PPV the flyweight title will headline the card, the undefeated Ewelina Lisowska will step into the ring with the champion Zara Holland, both women could be the long term future of the division, so a win could mean more then simply a belt, it could be the start of a long term rivalry.
Let us start with the challenger Ewelina, the Polish singer is someone who has swept aside all challengers so far, going ten fights unbeaten since debuting in 2019 by knocking out Jeanette Biedermann, she has been signed by the Lioness Club stable and has beaten the likes of Cher Lloyd, Nadine Coyle and Ola Jordan to earn this shot.
What Ewelina does so well is simply box, that might sound a dumb way of putting it but with her kickboxing training background before she turned to celebrity boxing, it has given her impressive footwork, a beautiful jab to work behind, along with putting punches together so crisply, that is why she has risen through the ranks so quickly.
The problem she will have is across the ring from her is arguably the biggest puncher in the division, the champion Zara has lost only one fight since her debut, which was ironically her debut at bantamweight to Charlotte Crosby, realising that she needs to compete at flyweight to maximise her physical advantages, Zara has been unbeaten in the flyweight division.
Her scalps include the former champion Diana Korkunova, she has knocked out Cheryl Cole and Jorgie Porter, she has done that by using pressure to get her opponent's where she wants them, then using her raw power to land some hammer like hooks and uppercuts that either knocked you out quickly or hurt you till you can't take anymore.
Looking over the fighters this is a coin flip in a lot of ways, on the challengers side she arguably is up there with the best pure boxers in the celebrity arena, she can box on the move or stick in to hurt you, she will need to use her smarts to win the title.
Zara meanwhile has the bigger fight experience beyond just title fights, if she can pin down Ewelina then it should be goodnight Vienna, the issue is can she do that or will Lisowska simply out fox her through the rounds till she makes a mistake.
The top of the flyweight tree here in the BBU is simply amazing, even more so when you think these two women along with Diana Korkunova can be here for over a decade, they could be elite for all that time, we could see them share the belt over that time, I find that exciting as we had the dynasty four as I call them (Samia Ghadie, Jenna Louise Coleman, Cheryl Cole & Michelle Keegan) for the last decade, we now seem to have replaced them with the next generation.
On my prediction for this fight, I mean this is so hard to choose, it could go in any direction, so I won't make any prediction and will simply enjoy the fight as it plays out, the only prediction I have is I think this could be a classic.

Part 2: Emma Rigby vs Clara Morgane The main event from last nights card saw two women desperate to right their careers after a few disappointing results, with Emma seen at one point as a possible champion that hasn't fulfilled that dream, Clara as the former champion looking to regain her elite status.
At the weigh in both women were very heated, Emma very sure of herself as she taunted Clara over her past career choices, leading to some shoving and heated words as security had to separate them before it boiled over into a brawl.
The first round saw that energy from the weigh in passover to the fight, both slugging it out as Emma surprisingly went to the chest of Clara, maybe practicing for JMD fights, it suddenly caught the former champion off guard as she retreated backwards.
In the second the tables were turned as Clara paid Emma back tenfold, both were throwing punches anywhere they could land, with Clara pressing the younger blonde against the ropes in heated exchanges.
Back and forth went the girls in highly spirited fighting, it has to be said it was also sloppy at times with Clara low blowing Emma, who threw a forearm into the chest of the French legend, which just boiled tempers over even more.
By the fourth Emma started to control the action, Clara didn't have quite the speed she used to, which was allowing Emma to close the gap and to hurt her on the inside, bloodying the nose of Morgane to really show how hard she was hitting her.
The sixth saw the shock result complete, Emma pounded Clara with a pinpoint left/right hook combo that send Morgane to the deck, eyes were shut as she was snoozing for a while with those power punches.
This was a great win for Emma, who it has to be said hasn't shown any hints of worry at her record, maybe that is part of the issue as she makes the same mistakes, never seeming to correct them, this result can't really be taken away from her.
For Clara, well she still has a French national super fight with Elodie Yung possibly on the table, though Elodie might be moving well past Clara if she can win on Wednesday against the other top contender Sophia Thomalla, so Clara might be looking down for awhile.

Part 3: Una Healy vs Kate Lawler On this card I have to say this was the fight I was most looking forwards too, in one corner you had the former BBU bantamweight champion Una on a slump, in the opposite corner was a woman who in no way lacks confidence, Kate is someone who'd fight anyone who says a bad word to her.
So of course Kate was the one doing all the talking, telling the world that Una was finished, she was the one prepared to put the death nail into the career of Una in the BBU ring, a bold claim.
Una for her part stayed silent through the build up, now Una can speak her mind when she wants to, it seems that she was fully focused on proving Kate wrong, so much so that she had dedicated her training to trying to fix all the issues she has picked up over the past two years.
Still even after that training Una got off to a God awful start, Kate come flying out the gates as she usual does, decking the former champion and shockingly putting her down, Una beat the count with Lawler cockily smirking at her.
That lack of respect would bite Kate in the backside during the next round, stepping out with her guard too open as she tried to repeat her opening success, Una showed her class to counter punch Kate right into her lips.
Things cranked up in the next two rounds with both women giving it their all, both smacked in some hard hooks up top that was amazing to watch, neither wanted to give an inch as you could feel how much this fight meant to both women.
But for Kate maybe she was too arrogant in this affair, again she kept leaving herself open for counter punches, Una duly taking the chances as she beat back the Londoner to the ropes, till in the six Una ended with a stunning hook on the temple that sent Lawler down for a long count, Kate was out cold before she hit the mat.
It is great to see Una back smiling in a ring after a victory, some wondering if it was a confidence issue or were we seeing the end of a legendary career, on this performance I tend to think the first box, Una yes went down in round one but showed that grit that got her to the top, along with silky smooth skills mixed with her power, an Una Healy at her best is a dangerous fighter to any celebrity boxer in the world today.
Kate shouldn't be too disheartened by this defeat on that respect, she needs to get out of bad habits though if she wants to be an elite fighter, physically she is always in great shape and she will always have fans with her exciting front foot attack style, that guard last night was way too open as she clearly thought she could walk down Una, big mistake as that proved.

Final Part: Nozomi Sasaki vs Lottie Moss Last nights opening bout started the night on the right foot, as with all the bouts it was an international clash between Japan and England, two young women seeking to make their mark in the sport by using the other as a stepping stone.
In some ways it was a more interesting story about the two fighters management then themselves, only a week ago the manager of Front Street Japan Hamada attacked a referee after her fighter lost, she was allowed at ringside after we hear she paid a substantial fine and promised it wouldn't happen again.
For Lottie we found out that her big sister Kate has been helping her out, though we also found out that Kate has been trying to find Lottie a stable to sign with so she can fulfil the potential she has, something I agree with wholeheartedly.
Anyway back to the ring for the action, well it kicked off with Lottie surprisingly bulldozing her opponent back, Nozomi was getting tackled to the body by Lottie, who was planting her feet more then we normally see from her.
The next round saw a more evenly fought start to proceedings, Lottie had to work a little harder, by the half way point she was blitzing through the defences of her opponent to bash her back into a corner.
Hamada was fuming but could only watch the assault continue, blood started to run from the nose of Sasaki, who couldn't deal with the battering, taking a knee before the referee finally stepped in when Moss just kept beating her down.
After the fight we didn't hear from Hamada or her fighter, it was a terrible performance by Nozomi, who couldn't deal with the aggression of Lottie, when she should have held on or use a jab, she was caught too flat footed for her own good.
Lottie meanwhile looked the best she has in ages, Kate might have helped get the easy match up, but Lottie looked sharper then she has in awhile, also showing another skill set as predominantly she has been a stick and move type of fighter, last night she showed that she can bang away as now she starts to fill out thanks to her training, remember she is still only in her early twenties!
On that note I want to mention that last night also showed the depth of the bantamweight division, which for me has been the most competitive in all of celebrity boxing, I would be here awhile listing the top fighters in the division, the dangerous fighters coming through the ranks and even the veterans that may not be title contenders, yet still can give a young fighter a nightmare of a contest, the division is one people should follow here in the BBU.
That's all we have time for folks, thank you to everyone who has taken the time to read these posts, we hope you enjoyed them, we will be back next Sunday morning for the next Edition of the Real View.
