Part 1: Alessandra Ambrosio vs Kelly Gale The final BBU fight for Alessandra was always going to be highly charged, this was maybe even more then we could have ever imagined, her own stablemate Kelly Gale made the challenge to fight her last month after the PPV to fight, that led to one of the best fights this year in both organization's.
Alessandra for those new to the BBU has really done so much in so little time, only coming to the BBU and celebrity boxing five years ago, in that time she has been the first ever BBU/FCBA dual champion in a weight division, she has fought elite fighters like Miranda Kerr, Adriana Lima, Yvonne Strahovski, the list goes on and on.
Meanwhile it has been rumoured for a while that Kelly has been disgruntled, seen as in the shadow of Alessandra during the same time as she joined the BBU when Alessandra did, Kelly has been on the learning tree of Ambrosio for that time, she has made it known repeatedly that she is ready to make her own title charge.
That led to a tense press conference at their stable gym, the Girls Friday stable may have wanted it there to try to keep things cool, after some heated words and clearly both getting some things off their chest, they would get at each other in a snarling catfight, coaches needing to separate the two as this wasn't simply a passing of the torch moment or a friendly contest, both really wanted to put the other woman in their place.
The opening round was as intense as the press event, both digging some hard shots to the body, Kelly looked a little tense as Alessandra brought the fight to her, pressing the younger woman around the ring to the joy of the fans.
Back come Kelly with piston like jabs, great footwork helped her control the pace, Alessandra has never been the fastest across the boards due to how she loads up on punches, Kelly used that to her advantage as frankly she outboxed the legend for a period.
On come Alessandra in round four, giving Kelly more stiff punches to the body, the game plan looked simple for Ambrosio, take the energy out the legs of Gale and she will be easy pickings.
The problem was Kelly wasn't going to be that easy to dismantle, cracking Alessandra in the fifth with a crisp combo that sent the former champion down, Kelly would go on a great run of rounds pounding the face of Ambrosio, who was cut by the youngster.
Never doubt the heart of Ambrosio, the Brazilian warrior come on strong to really work back Kelly in the eighth round, Kelly getting frustrated that she couldn't take out Alessandra up till this point was making mistakes, which allowed Alessandra to cut her.
By round ten both were drenched in sweat with drained blood on gloves and on their chests, they fought hard but Alessandra finally finished things with a pinpoint liver punch that send Gale down to all fours, the fairytale ending to Alessandra's BBU career came true.
After the bell there was a beautiful moment as all sense of hate build up over recent years shed away, the two stablemates hugged and Alessandra made it clear to the world that Kelly is the future, arguably it was the perfect ending for Ambrosio.
But as we know Alessandra has one more fight left before she hangs up her gloves, fighting in the FCBA on her birthday in a months time, will Alessandra have another perfect moment or will it end in tears for her?
For Kelly it must be hard for her that she didn't prove she is superior to Alessandra, she can take heart that she was in a fight of the year contender with a hall of fame level talent and proved to some that she belongs at the elite level, can she finally make the leap to title contention this year?

Part 2: Miranda Kerr vs Joanna Krupa For the last few years this has been a fight bubbling under the surface, Miranda has been to a lot of people the absolute standard for celebrity boxing, conquering the ACB and BBU, while being an elite fighter in the FCBA.
Someone who firmly disagrees is Joanna Krupa, the stunning blonde has made it known that if they ever fought she'd have ended the myth that Kerr is elite, even claiming Miranda was afraid to give her a BBU lightweight title shot.
The title wasn't on the line for this bout, but Joanna had a great chance to prove she deserved a future shot by defeating the champ, both women squared up before the bell as they made it known they didn't like the other one bit.
At the bell Joanna surprised Miranda somewhat by coming out quickly, getting into the face of the Aussie to power her back, Miranda needing to push back the rampant Krupa so she could fire back.
After that the fight fell into a pattern, Miranda would outbox Joanna before pounding in her hammer rights, Joanna would come back the next round, even using a few tactics from the JMD realm to get Miranda off her game.
In the end Miranda would reign supreme, busting the nose of Krupa before putting her down, Joanna would beat the count, the pain was too much for her as she quit, referee needing to hold off Miranda, who wanted to knock her out cold.
Miranda showing once again why she is the best in the division, it will be interesting to see who actually gets the honour to challenge for either her ACB bantamweight title or her BBU lightweight title, they will be in for a long night.
For Joanna she can be proud of how she came out strong, it will probably hurt her more then her nose does that she quit, that really dented her title aspirations, arguably from listening to her maybe she is more interested anyway really in big money cougar fights right now, so maybe it isn't the end of the world for her.

Part 3: Helen Flanagan vs Renee Herbert After last week Renee showed how dominant she can be against Sam Faiers, this week she took a major step up by taking on the former BBU bantamweight champion Helen Flanagan, could Renee take the step up or would Helen remind the world why she was a champion.
Before the bout both women were tense around each other, threatening the other as the referee had to hold them apart, you could feel that this was important to both women on how they would be perceived going forwards, a loss to this opponent unacceptable.
First round saw Helen land some good crisp punches on the inside, using her speed to move in close to work the body of her opponent, then slipping back to the outside, getting hit more as the round come to a close.
That was really the only success Helen would have, by the second round Renee was starting her timing right, bashing Helen to the face with pinpoint jabs, when Helen tried to force the issue she was knocked back by the stronger Herbert.
Round after round went by with Renee simply beating back Helen, who suffered a cut above her right eye during the fight, in the seventh Helen gamely tried to fight on, a right hook caught her flush on the chin, down went Helen out cold.
This was a masterful performance by Renee! She was simply too strong and showed real killer instinct over Flanagan, who has beaten plenty of bigger fighters during her time, Renee has really put herself on the map here.
For Helen well the talk about should she try to make flyweight rages on now, it isn't a new conversation as Helen has always been a small bantamweight, she carries her power well at the weight to go with her speed, what could be swaying any future decision is arguably the new bantamweight fighters coming through are physically stronger then they have ever been, maybe Helen really needs to think about her future as she gets older.

Final Part: Sacha Parkinson vs Elisha Herbert This was the bout prior to Helen's battering at the hands of Renee, Elisha wanted to prove herself against a former champion herself, though it has to be said Sacha isn't in the class of Helen.
Sacha was the bantamweight champion back in 2014 when she was twenty one, Sacha was seen to be someone who could lead the division for a long time, instead she could be proof of why you don't push someone so young, her confidence seems to have been literally beaten out of her by opponent's over the years.
Elisha herself only twenty one, seems to have a very bright future ahead herself, the way she holds herself is very reminiscent of Sacha at that age, it must have been strange for Parkinson to be faced with a mirror imagine of herself from her past.
Maybe those facts spurred on Sacha as round one she came out strong, having one of the best rounds she has had lately, Elisha not landing much of note as she seemed to want to build her way into the contest.
Again Sacha came out the blocks quickly in round two, getting in some good digging body shots, before the hooks and cross punches of the Aussie started to land more flush, Elisha beating back the blonde later in that round.
After the rhythm had come for Elisha, she was really pounding back Sacha, keeping her aimed at the ropes as she was winning exchanges with good hand speed mixed with power, Sasha gamely was fighting hard but really couldn't trouble the Herbert sibling at this point.
In round four it was lights out for Sacha, a left hook to her ear wobbled her, then another hook send Sacha down to all fours, where the English fighter stayed as she was too disoriented to beat the count.
Good solid win in the end for Elisha, though that slow start has to be a little troubling, against some of the elite fighters she could be in serious trouble before she really gets going, making her sister Renee arguably the better fighter of the two.
Meanwhile Sacha had the best start to a fight in a long while, maybe Elisha not pushing her gave her the confidence she has lacked for a while, but once she was pushed the walls come crumbling down again, it can never be taken away she was a champion, she will always be a what if on how good she may have been if pushed more slowly.
That's all we have time for folks, thank you to everyone who took the time to read these posts, we hope to see you back next Sunday morning for the next edition of the Real View.
