Part 1: Lorena Rae vs Elsa Benitez The main event for the Black Eagle Boxing card on Friday night saw two beautiful models take center stage, Lorena has shown flashes of brilliance but has never been able to be consistent, Elsa only had one fight prior to this one, so surely a slam dunk for the German fighter to win on home soil right?
Even the talk before the fight was about how Elsa wasn't confident she could beat the younger woman, Lorena didn't trash talk much but did make it clear she was coming for a knockout to open up eyes to her title aspirations.
The opening round though wasn't much a showcase as neither really pulled the trigger, testing each other over the round as Lorena maybe was thinking too much, thinking that Elsa was playing possum.
As the second round begun all Lorena did was make Elsa think she could actually with it, through the second and third the Mexican cougar channeled her Latin spirit to get right into Lorena's face to batter her body, by the end of the third there was red marks on the abs of Rae.
That must have been a wake up call for Lorena as she started to fire in more punches after, the fight swinging to the odds on favourite as she begun to hurt Elsa, swelling her left eye with some nasty punches digging around it.
By the sixth the turn around was completed as Elsa looked a mess with blood running from her nostrils, Lorena bashed her down with a right onto the almost shut eye to send Benitez down to her backside, Elsa decided better then to get up for more punishment as she stayed down for the count.
It has a terrible start for Lorena, who looked a little afraid of her own shadow, once the punches come she showed that potential she has, you wonder though how much the losses she has had has taken out of her.
For Elsa well she clearly is just after the extra pay to go along with her bumper pay modelling, once she was on top you could see the skills she does have, her heart clearly wasn't in this fight as she didn't take any risks.

Part 2: Ann-Katherin Brommel vs Alesha Dixon Of all the fights coming into the Black Eagles Boxing card, this was definitely the most talked about due to the animosity they showed after Alesha's last fight, Ann-Katherin called out Alesha and got the usual vitriol back from the talent show judge.
If Brommel's plan was to use this fight as a way to rebuild her momentum after a stinging loss in her last fight, well the opening round was scary for her as Alesha bullied her around, even nearly shoving her out the ring in a ill tempered opener.
Back came Ann-Katherin with her jab, ramming it cleanly into the beautiful face of Dixon, who gamely kept coming forwards but was being beaten back in the second, Eagles coach Gina Wild certainly enjoyed that turn around.
But Alesha wasn't done giving Ann-Katherin a healthy dose of tummy shots, back and forth went the action in the third in a stirring clash of styles, Brommel working well on the outside, Dixon looking the better fighter on the inside.
The forth saw the first signs of a fighter pulling away from their opponent, Ann-Katherin plugged more punches into the face of Alesha, countering with a hard straight that send down the English lass, the end came in the fifth as Alesha couldn't take the brutal hooks to her head, ended up slumping onto all fours with no hope of standing.
It was an impressive finish for Ann-Katherin, though the early action wasn't great it has to be said, she came out the gates slowly and to be frank a harder hitter would have really hurt her.
Instead Alesha hasn't got the power at lightweight clearly to even disrupt the journey women level fighters, she might be better sticking to cougar fights right now if she still wants to box, the lightweight experiment hasn't worked well for her.
It should be said next on the agenda for Ann-Katherin is a hard hitting clash with Japanese former BBU champ Sayuki Matsumoto, who is still a very dangerous opponent for anyone, so Ann-Katherin has to be the underdog, maybe a step too much for her.

Part 3: Sandy Moelling vs Danielle Lineker A little cougar action to kick off the Eagles card with Germany vs Wales, neither has a record to write home about but they are both good little boxers who maybe were unlucky with how their careers turned out in the ring.
This was seen as a revenge mission for Sandy, her stablemate Collien Fernandes lost her debut fight five years ago to Danielle, which Gina Wild had clearly not forgotten in her prefight comments to the press on this bout.
It certainly seemed to inspire Sandy as that opening round she flew out the gates, Danielle was thumped onto the ropes, with her toned body taking the brunt of the power punches from Sandy, problem for Sandy was her power isn't the greatest.
Still it was doing the job in the second too, Danielle couldn't seem to take the heat as she was covering up more, Sandy looked supreme with her engine warmed up, the body seemed to be where the Eagles though Lineker could be gotten at.
But the joy from the Eagles was quickly taken away when finally Danielle timed a perfect counter, that opened up Moelling to some brutal uppercuts as the Welsh lass looked to make up for lost time.
After that Sandy couldn't handle the assault, she was beaten around the ring by the merciless Danielle, who was hitting Sandy so hard that the left eye of the German fighter was swelling up.
The fifth saw the end as more pounding punches smacked Sandy down to her backside, she couldn't beat the count as she looked distressed over her eye, Danielle getting maybe a career saving win.
For Sandy it could be the end as rumours are starting about her future in the Black Eagles stable, for the record we have heard nothing about this so of course rumours can be that, her performance wasn't bad here, the lack of power is troublesome.
Danielle on the other hand really couldn't take a defeat, being a free agent any win she can get keeps her career facing the right direction, while maybe she is too old to make a serious push at the titles, if she sticks to cougar style fights maybe she could earn a fight with the biggest cougar money maker in Dannii Minogue.

Final Part: Amanda Holden vs Geri Halliwell Over the past few years Amanda Holden has been on a little Renaissance run in her TV career, maybe helped by how her social media presence of posing in bikinis and looking better looking then women half her age at fifty years old.
Geri meanwhile has always been about sex appeal to a lot of people, from her Union Jack dress in the nineties to posing in bikinis herself, these two women are still stunning and judging by how they acted around each other, they are natural enemies.
Career wise in the ring it has been polar opposite success for both women, while they had lost the same amount of fights, Geri had eleven wins to just one for Amanda, prompting some to wonder if it was really just a vanity project for Geri then her looking for a real challenge.
The first two rounds saw Geri swamp Amanda under punches but nothing too serious beyond a hard right to the ear that did wobble the blonde, who was landing several good counter punches to show she wasn't going to be so easily beaten.
In fact the third saw Geri rush into gut busting punches, her once famous abs couldn't seem to take as much punishment as they once did, with Amanda starting to back up the redheaded singer.
Geri landed a few good punches to start the fourth, then shocking a hard right to the body sent down Halliwell to all fours, she claimed to slip to the canvas but it was clear as day that she was put down with a punch.
While Geri steamed about that, she was badly hurt in the fifth by a shot to the liver, down onto all fours she went before being counted out in a bit of a upset to say the least, Amanda had her second win in her career.
It does make you wonder what Geri has left in the tank, even her former band mate turned coach Mel B wasn't shy in telling her to retire, this does seem a demanding result for her as this was on paper a slam dunk result.
Though to Holden's credit she might have found her level in cougar boxing, like in other sports where you see seniors on their tour win things they never did when in the prime leagues, Amanda fighting other cougars might be where her skill set will work, she has shown good counter boxing skills, though her suspect chin is still there for another woman to crack with a hard hook if she gets too cocky with this success, we talked about Danielle Lineker before, maybe someday Amanda and her will fight it out.
That's all we have time for folks, thank you to everyone who has taken the time to read these posts, we hope you enjoyed them, we will be back next Sunday for the next edition of the Real View.
