Part 1: Charlotte Crosby vs Georgia May Jagger We kicked off this weeks action with two blondes who it has to be said have under achieved, they fought in Sunderland, so it was a homecoming for Charlotte as she looked to get into the right path after a mixed set of results over the last few years.
Georgia meanwhile arguably to most has been getting fights due to her famous surname, she went into the fight with just one win in five attempts, Charlotte was dismissing her before the opening bell as things were heated before the opening bell.
The first two rounds showed off the clash of styles to come, Charlotte kicked off the fight full steam ahead, working the body in close as she roared ahead in that opener, Georgia meanwhile out jabbed Charlotte in the second, keeping her aggressive opponent at bay till Crosby was spitting feathers over getting caught so much.
It was clear by the fourth that Jaggers tactics were to hassle and frustrate Crosby, it worked as Charlotte was getting more furious by the second, when the Mackem got in closer to work she would be held, when at range Charlotte ate more jabs then she'd probably care to admit.
An uppercut in the five started the downfall, Charlotte was too wide open as she looked to hurt Georgia, ending up being hurt herself as she went down for a count of six, while she beat the count that time, Georgie mercilessly beat Charlotte back till a left hook on the ear followed by a straight flush on the chin knocked out Crosby before she even hit the canvas!
This was an upset but one you could see coming early as Charlotte fell into bad habits, when things start going against her she doesn't think of ways of adapting, she simply gets upset that leads to more mistakes that ends up with her out cold wondering who hit her.
Georgia to her credit showed an improvement here, she is starting to use her brain more, her technique still needs a little work but she outboxed Charlotte comprehensively by the end of the fight, definitely a good starting place for her to work from now.

Part 2: Italian Lightweight title fight The rarely seen Italian Lightweight title was defended on Friday night, with the champion Elisabetta Canalis defending her title against Federica Nargi, could Federica prove she is going to be the face of a Italian boxing going forwards or would one of the veterans show she hasn't got what it takes to be a star?
Both of these women's careers have went in opposite directions in the past two years, Federica started her career off poorly, hence she has only recently gotten a positive record with her sixth win in eleven fight, she lost her last fight to the BBU lightweight champion Miranda Kerr, so has went back to national level for a chance at gold.
Elisabetta meanwhile looked like she could be an elite fighter at one time, especially when she won the Italian Lightweight title off Laura Pausini, sadly for her she has never really kicked on and now she is seen as one of the Italian old guard.
It was intense between the fighters with not just a title to fight over, plenty of national pride to fight for too, leading to a fun opening round as Elisabetta showed her skill to keep Federica with her jab, while the younger woman was aggressive trying to go for the knockout.
After that though Federica started to wear down a game Elisabetta, pressing her around the ring as she showed great timing when to strike, it was helped seemingly by Elisabetta not being a hard enough puncher to scare Nagri off in their exchanges.
Finally in the fifth the punches were too much for Canalis, who ended up eating two uppercuts to rock her badly, a right hook ended the title reign as she took a tumble to the canvas, the crowd went wild as they have possible seen a new era for Italian boxing begin.
On that vein Valentina Fradegrada has already thrown her hat in for a title shot, it'll be interesting to see if that happens, it will really show the growth of Italian celebrity boxing over the past year, with the famous Luca boxing stable still going strong, Glamour Boxing Academy pushing Federica and the IBB which is a stable for Italian fighters, we could see a new Italian BBU lightweight champion someday sooner then later.

Part 3: Raffaella Modugno vs Abbey Crouch Raffaella Modugno was hoping to revive her title chances with a win on Friday, she took on a woman that is best described as a jobber, the question was though how much did losing to Alexina Graham take out of her.
There was a few worrying signs in the opener for the local favourite, Abbey surprised Raffaella with several good clean shots, a right hook on the nose of Modugno knocked her back onto her heels, nearly causing the Italian stunner to trip over her own feet as she tried to fight back.
That confidence for Mrs Crouch led to her overcooking a few punches in the second, Raffaella tore into her body as that first round seemed to wake her up, Abbey got battered back to the outside of the ring as her frailties showed themselves.
Things ended quickly as in the fourth an uppercut rocked Abbey, she tried to defend herself but the powerful Modugno simply smashed through her guard with another uppercut, Abbey ended up down on her side out flush, Raffaella posing afterwards like she had the catch of the day with her right foot on the hip of Crouch.
This fight did what it was supposed to on paper, after a bad first round for Raffaella she found her mojo to rip through Abbey like a buzzsaw, it should put her back on the right path to the title again, she is still early in her career so a loss doesn't hurt her too badly.
Abbey meanwhile got the pay day and we hear has a fun time on the beaches of Italy, so while not a fun night at least she can post photos of her fresh tan, in terms of boxing she has the name and looks to get big money for the jobber run.

Final Part: Melissa Satta vs Laura Barriales To think it is basically a year since Melissa found herself on free agency and surprisingly she hasn't found a new stable, in her pursuit of that goal she fought Laura, who hasn't the greatest record by any stretch but has proven to be a headache to opponent's if they don't take her serious enough.
The first two rounds showed the class Melissa has, a good solid jab kept Laura at range, with some hard digs flying behind it to keep the Spanish beauty on the outside, it looked like it could be an easy night for her.
But a laxness started to show and Satta learned why Barriales can be dangerous, with an uppercut surprising her as the Italian found herself being bullied back, then through the fourth Laura out muscled Melissa in their hotly fought exchanges.
It's funny how one punch can change a fight, a right hook opened a cut on Melissa's nose in the fifth, that seemed to stir awake something inside her as she ripped in some nasty punches around the body and even breasts of Laura to really put the heat on her.
Laura struggled to deal with the added pressure, leading to an left hook on the ear hurting her then a right on the chin sent her reeling to the canvas, while Laura tried to get up, she was too dazed to do so.
It was a good solid win for Satta, who seems like the forgotten woman by some, in my eyes she is one of the top ten welterweights in the BBU at least, on her best day she can be a top five, probably has been her losing the bigger fights and if she is to prove herself, that's where she needs to improve on.
Laura meanwhile has good strength and technique, problem is once under pressure she seems to wilt, a nicely timed uppercut in this fight nearly changed the form completely but it might be something she can't fix sadly.
That's all we have time for folks, thank you to everyone who took the time to read these posts, we hope you had fun with them, next week we will be back with the next edition of the Real View.
