Part 1: ACB bantamweight title fight The main event of the latest PPV saw the ACB bantamweight title be defended for the first time by Olympia Valance, she took on veteran Rose Byrne, who was seeking her first major title win over her long career, who left the Gold Coast Beach on Monday with the belt around their waist.
It was quite a respectful feel to things in the build up to the fight, it was also clear that both women wanted the title badly as they stepped into the ring, eyes locked across the ring as they waited for the bell, when it come Rose came flying out the gates to push back Olympia.
Back came Olympia in the second, it became clear the fight was going to be a clash of styles, Rose was using her experience along with good inside fighting to bash Olympia into corners and onto ropes, Olympia meanwhile used her speed to pepper the face of Rose, stick and move when she could.
The turning point came when Rose's nose was busted, that lead to her nose keep getting hit square on, then in the seventh Rose took a right hook to her nose, an uppercut followed to sent Byrne onto her back for the count of ten, her dreams of holding gold crumbled in front of her.
It was a crushing moment for Rose as this might be her only chance at holding a title before she retires, she still performs at a high level now but being over forty the saying "how long is a piece of string" comes to mind with how long is her career going to go now.
Olympia on the other hand has her first defence out the way, she is clearly proud of being the face of the bantamweight division in her home country, with some young stars like the Herbert sisters coming through, Olympia will have her hands full keeping the belt.

Part 2: Hailey Clauson vs Kelly Brook Young vs old, a tale as old as time when it comes to boxing, the young lioness wanting to take the old lionesses position as head of the pack, in the case of these two it was who could show they deserve to be in the title picture, while the other would be kicked down the pecking order to stew in defeat.
Things were tense as soon as the press event took place, Hailey making it known to us in the media and VIP guests that she sees Kelly as being finished, a stepping stone as she put it to be knocked aside, Kelly meanwhile called Hailey a gatekeeper and maybe worse a B grade fighter trying to make it with the A grade elite like herself, they nearly came to blows then and there as the trash talk started up.
If people thought the grudge like drama in the build up was simply to sell tickets, the first round dispelled that theory as both swung in hard hooks from the opening bell, it looked like a bar room brawl between two of the toughest, strongest women in the room, by the end of it both women looked sore right away.
Then things took a turn for the worst for Kelly, first in the second Hailey showed off her boxing skills, jabbing and using her height advantage to batter the face of Kelly, then in round three while things started more evenly with them both switching to JMD style fighting, a thumping right hook to the chin sent Brook onto the sand; while she got up at eight, arguably the fight should have been stopped then as Hailey just smashed Kelly aside before another right put Kelly down for the count.
This might be Clauson's most impressive victory, more so by the manner that she dealt with the former multiple time and weight champion, this was a performance that to me should get rid of the "B level, A level" argument around her, to me she is an elite fighter who will win a title someday.
For Kelly well it's another loss, she had a renaissance in her career a few short years ago, could she do it again? The signs aren't looking so good, she is over forty now and while she is still in great shape, over one hundred fights will create a lot of wear and tear on anyone, Kelly may need to start looking at cougars to box or change up her training to find some extra miles in her tires.

Part 3: Ela Kawalec vs Jessica Clements II These two have quite the history, first meeting in the ring two years ago, Jessica would beat Ela in seven rounds with a beautiful knockout shot that seemed to be it between them, fast forwards two years and a lot has changed, namely that Jessica went into that fight a member of the Sirens stable, this time the roles were reversed as Ela stepped into the ring holding that honour.
As you can guess that led to a "frosty" exchange between them, Jessica made it clear that she was better then Ela and that her stable made a mistake getting rid of her, Ela meanwhile pointed out that she was undefeated after five fights, while also in the poll to be the next JMDD challenger here in the BBU, so Ela was certainly not overwhelmed to share a ring with Jessica.
It was Jessica who took the fight to Ela in the opening two rounds, Ela showed a great defence with her footwork and strong guard, problem was you had to give the opening two rounds to Clements on aggression, she was keep driving back her replacement with real venom behind each strike.
Back came Ela in the third as she realized that she could win boxing defensive for ten rounds, leading to more hectic exchanges that got the crowd roaring, Ela snapped back the head of Jessica, before the fourth saw both have success in a scrappy round that could have went either way.
After that though Ela picked her spot to really hurt Jessica, who was too busy zoning in on Ela's boobs to notice her left was too low, a clean right hook to the chin certainly woke her up to that fact, with Ela pounding back her bitter foe around the ring, Jessica looked hurt as she came out to fight in the sixth, where she first went down for the count of nine to another hard right, pride maybe told her to get up, she regretted it when Kawalec simply bulldozed her back down and it was all over!
This was an impressive win for Ela that shows how far she has come in over two years, the Siren's stable has really found a gem in her, she is also in the running for the next JMDD title shot if she wins the poll, Ela could be a sleeper to beat Kate Upton if that clash were to happen.
Jessica on the other hand will be stewing that she made one mistake, though it was a one a top coach would have seen and corrected, she took liberties in the fourth with the jug mugging tactics, it wasn't going to work again as she left herself too wide open, we still expect a tie breaker between these two amazing fighters someday, maybe with a title on the line as both are certainly good enough to be champions.

Final Part: Molly Mae Hague vs Shannon Singh This fight kicked off the PPV and was full of intrigue, before a punch was even thrown us in the media were interested in what was going on as the This is Glamour manager/coach Melinda Messenger made it known that she was the one who signed both to fight, the winner getting a spot in her stable as the loser got to eat sand.
The fact both were "Love Island" alumni will have sold the fight to some people, I don't want that show but could see the ill will between them as clearly both are used to being the center of attention where they go, Shannon made it known she was still fuming after her short stay on that show, Molly meanwhile made it known she was learning from her boyfriend pro boxer Tommy Fury.
Opening round was a nice showcase for what both fighters brought to the table, Molly looked crisp with her punches as she looked more the textbook boxer, Shannon meanwhile was using her strong thighs to generate her power, she looked like she has swapped a few punches with rivals on a night out in her native Fife as her guard was more open, brawler style.
Molly's class seemed to be coming through in round two and three, taking some big hits but landing the flusher punches, smartly keeping away from the ropes as she let Shannon swing and miss, solid technique from the bubbly blonde as she showed her skills.
But Shannon wasn't giving up so easily, ripping through the defenses of Molly in the fourth, using nudges to send the taller fighter back onto her heels, Molly was taking some brutal hits from Singh, who was clearly amped up trying to get the contract.
We finally got an answer in the sixth who was getting the contract, both women were hurting as they came out to fight, Shannon picked her spot perfectly as she deflected a straight then landed a sweet counter right into the liver area, down went Shannon for a count of nine, the referee would stop the fight later as Molly was pinned on the ropes sobbing her eyes out.
Afterwards Shannon punished Molly with a post fight humiliation, leading me to think Molly won't let that go unanswered forever, for now though it's Shannon getting the golden ticket to now join her friend Bethany Lily April in the This is Glamour stable, she will need to work on her defense but she has a good solid coach in Melinda, along with a wealth of talent like Kelly Brook and Lucy Pinder to learn off as she goes forwards in her career, at 22 there is certainly no rush to put her in the title picture yet.
That's all we have time for folks, thank you so much to everyone who took the time to read these posts, we hope you enjoyed them, we will be back next Sunday morning with more from the Real View.
