Real View BBU Hall of Fame 2022 inductionThis year we went with someone a little different to what we normally do for our Hall of Fame, usually we have the fighters front and center but it cannot be forgotten that the people who run the stables deserve so much credit, for managing fighters diets, training and even the egos of some to get them titles to add to their legacies, so we are proud to announce that this years inductee is the Lioness Club manager Kate Garraway! In a year that has seen the Lioness Club reach ten years of their existence, Kate has run the stable faithfully for it's owner through all the hardships and wonderful moments, she has had a few little dramas outside the ring with other stables, predominantly she has been a shining light to other stables management teams on how they should be run. Though she only had one fight in her career in a grudge fight with Andrea McClean in 2012, which she lost it should be said, she had led her stable to nine titles over three divisions, with the likes of Cheryl Cole, Charlotte Church, Hall of Famer Jessica Schwarz and several fighters coming through their ranks like Ewelina Lisowska already claiming gold, the stable has become one of the most successful in all of celebrity boxing. What is next for the Lioness Club stable I don't know myself, in Kate's hands though there shouldn't be any worries, we salute Kate's work and that of the Lioness Club in its storied history, good luck to them in their future. Hall of Fame inductee 2022: Kate Garraway

BBU Rookie of the Year:Another year goes by with more fresh faces looking to make their mark in the BBU, this year saw a host of very talented young fighters come through the ranks, giving more competition to divisions full of tough competitors. There was only one woman though who really stood out amongst the pack, breaking records and capturing the fans imagination, so we are proud to announce the winner of this years award goes to Bethany Lily April! She debuted in January in the JMDD division beating Danielle Lloyd to start off a run of wins that would lead her in record time to the title, eventually defeating Tamara Ecclestone to win the growingly famous BBU diamond encrusted title bra. Not many rookies can say they took Kate Upton to the limit, but she did in a losing effort that helped cement her as someone who will be in the elite for a very long time, though her end to the year wasn't great, expect Bethany to be right back this year fighting big fights and looking to add a second title to her already growing legacy. Rookie of the year winner: Bethany Lily April

BBU Flyweight of the Year:The flyweight division continues to be a competitive one as this year saw three different champions who all could have won this award claim the gold belt, it was probably our hardest choice for this award and that's saying something with the talent involved in the division. But we felt one woman finished the year the best of the three champions and had the strongest year of them, so we are proud to announce the winner is Ivana Baquero! After a quiet few years the Spanish spitfire Ivana finally seemed to be given a real push by her stable, kicking off the year by stopping the always dangerous Gina Rodriguez, Ivana would then go on to beat former stablemate Maria Ozawa in just a single round with a barrage of punches that ended her Japanese rivals night looking at the lights. That seemed to be the catalyst for something special, next came her bitter rival Jenna Louise Coleman, as usual they fought with a real hatred, each punch thrown with venom, remember that Ivana fought Jenna to a close decision loss on her debut and won the subsequent rematch in ten rounds, this time she blasted out Jenna in seven rounds to show how far she has come in the past few years. Then came the big one, Ewelina Lisowska who could have won this award herself for a special year defended the BBU flyweight title against Ivana, both went at it hammer and tongs till Ewelina got caught out, leading to Ivana claiming her first of possibly a few titles. Since that title victory she has added former champion and multiple award winner Diana Korkunova, then finished the year in another heated battle with Inna, next year is hard to predict how many more defences she can have in such a stacked division, I can tell you she will fight her heart out to keep the title. Flyweight of the year winner: Ivana Baquero

BBU Bantamweight of the Year:This year we saw more great action in the bantamweight division, with several new faces in the contender race adding some fresh drama, there was one woman who emerged as the Queen of the castle by the end of the year. We are proud to say this years winner is Sophia Thomalla! who is now our BBU bantamweight champion after the Boxing Day PPV. What a meteoric rise for Sophia, last year she won our rookie of the year, this year she has taken a massive step up, the kick boxing German singer has really captured the hearts of many of the BBU fans. Undefeated in nine fights in her career, Sophia started her year by knocking out the tough Elodie Yung in a battle of wills, that set her on the path to the gold belt with victories over former champion Una Healy, the energetic Emma Rigby and she defeated Helen George all with brutal knockouts. Then came the big title fight against the woman who could have won this award had she retained the BBU title, Charlotte Church and Sophia went to war round after round, the toughest test of Sophia's career saw her overcome and claim the title for herself. As we speak already challengers are vying for her attention, can Sophia go one better next year and possibly win the best fighter of the year award? Keep an eye on Sophia to keep this majestic run going. Bantamweight of the year Winner Sophia Thomalla

BBU lightweight of the yearThe lightweights again had some cracking wars, we got to see the progression of women like Jodie Comer, the emergence of Ela Kawalec as an elite contender in this division and the JMDD one, there was one woman who stood out though, that was the BBU lightweight champion Miranda Kerr!Going all year with the title firmly around her waist, Miranda has had a relatively quiet year just pounding out challengers coming her way, ironically kicking off the year by beating Joanna Krupa on her best friend Alessandra Ambrosio's BBU farewell card. She would actually lose in Australia her ACB bantamweight title to Olympia Valance in a war, she gave Olympia all sorts of problems but the soap star was able to grind out the victory over the future BBU hall of famer. Back came Miranda in brutal form against Ann-Katherin Brommel, smashing her German rival out for the count, in her best performance arguably in recent years, which is saying something with her massive wins, she continues to roll back the years, don't expect her to relinquish the title so easily. Lightweight of the Year: Miranda Kerr

BBU welterweight of the yearThis was another tricky year to pick the best in the division over the past year, we have a new champion who has only had one fight in the BBU this past year, with several elite fighters around the champion gunning for her position, who then was the best over the past twelve months? We picked someone who might not come directly to mind but has quietly moved themselves into pole position for a shot at the title, the winner is Hayley Clauson! This has been a real step up year for Hayley, she has went unbeaten in her last four fights over the year, starting off former title challenger Toni Garrn, knocking her out in a good back and forth battle, Hayley showed her growth as a fighter in that bout. After that she has beaten future BBU Hall of Famer Kelly Brook, defeating the undefeated Brooks Nader, Behati Prinsloo and Nicole Harrison suffered at her fists, putting herself right into the title mix for this coming year, will she finally fulfil her potential? Welterweight of the Year: Hayley Clauson

BBU Viewers Fight of the Year: Our first award voted by our fans sees what you all thought was the best fight of the year, as always there were some real classics, wars in the ring, even a bare knuckle fight in a bar, drama isn't far either from these big fights.
But there was one comfortable winner of the award, that was Kate Upton vs Bethany Lily April! Fighting for the BBU JMDD title, there were knockdowns flying, plenty of venomous punches and insults exchanged as it was clear both women truly hated each others guts.
If you haven't seen the fight then please look it up, along with going to the archive to see the great fights over the years in the BBU, on Kate and Bethany, we suspect this won't be the only time they fight it out.

In third place was the BBU flyweight champion Ivana Baquero! In second is the BBU JMDD champion Kate Upton! And finally the winner, who won by a country mile shockingly is Bethany Lily April! She makes history as the first woman to win the rookie of the year and fighter of the year, that tells you how great a first year she has had, winning a title in record time in the BBU, taking the JMDD title from Tamara Ecclestone and fighting Kate Upton in several months from her debut. How will this year turn out for the popular blonde? She has already shown interest in the FCBA, she has plenty of rivals here who want to take her down, can she repeat her success this year? Fighter of the Year winner: Bethany Lily April First of all, there is no world in which Bethany Lily April is better than me. I'm twice the fighter she is, twice the woman she is and I'm just freaking better.
Second of all, look at the match that did win fight of the year - where I jugged that pretender the f*ck out. I took her title and her pride, so the idea that she is Fighter of the Year over me is absolute BS!
Third, apparently people want me to repeat me smothering her out - like she deserves - because I'm the Queen and she is just a freaking peasant. People seem to think she is going to be the next Kate Upton, when the reality is, she's just going to be my next victim.
Bethie, it's a simple choice. You can acknowledge I'm the better fighter and I deserve this honor OR you can get smothered/splashed the f*ck out again. Your call, but I am NOT going to tolerate you for a moment thinking this is your time or your place, when you're mine.
Try not to cry when you apologize...

Oh hush Kate, this is why I have no respect for you, whiny f**king cow! I have shown my class this year by winning a title faster then you could, you claim I am not going to be the next you, honey I am going to be the best on my own merit. While I have my stablemate Lucy Pinder to knockout first to remind whose the best in our stable, don't think I am hiding from you Kate, I will come even the score with you before long, I owe you a breast smothering you'll never forget. I also want to say a massive thank you to the fans who voted for me, I have surprised myself by how quickly I have risen up the rankings to win a title, now I have to prove I am not a one year wonder, that means beating the best, so bring it on girls! I am so ready for you Kate, come on then!

It's one thing to win in the polls - it's another thing to win in the bedroom, on the beach or in the ring. Wherever I choose to own you next.
Of course, I've got plenty of other people to own in the meantime but when I finally decide to own you, you're going to get my full attention.
And don't you ever call me a cow - you're the one who is going to f*cking moo next time when I own your udders. I'm going to bury you in MY tits and you won't ever come out of that jug shock until I let you.
Because I'm so much better.
So much stronger too - so just don't whine at me when I jug you out again, b*tch....
