BEFORE: Several pundits believe Dutch model Marloes Horst has enough power to become a true contender but apparently her technique is flawed and can be exposed by a well-prepared opponent. The idea to fight Hannah Ferguson on the VIX PPV earlier this summer was a complete swing for the fences and the blonde model has to start from the scratch against Alexina Graham who seeks redemption after a tough decision loss to Nicola Mimnagh in what some fans claim was fight of the year. The redhead from Nottingham also has big plans to enter the divisional title picture again and Horst is one of those underrated fighters who are actually better than her record indicates.

Marloes Horst wears a light blue bikini set & orange gloves. Long blonde hair tied in a sleek ponytail. Alexina Graham wears a violet bikini set & white gloves. Long red hair tied in a custom ponytail. The fight is scheduled for ten rounds in the welterweight division.

Round 1:
Alexina makes a better start working upstairs to test out the blonde's mobility & defense in the early stages but otherwise lacks the aggressive factor while Marloes seems happy to sit back and wait for the redhead to make her move. The single-hand delivery is slow to develop into some meaningful results and the crowd gets a little restless when the two models clash heads half-way through the opener. Alexina decides to drop some body shots thereafter but Marloes blocks her off and heaves several aerial shots that miss the target and this slow-burner comes to a close with some random jeers making a noticeable statement this puppy can only get better.

Round 2:
Marloes gets more aggressive to open the second and gets behind her jabs to split the redhead's guard but she misses on the raw power supply and gets busted to the body instead as Alexina tries to stay in the zone and forces a close range dispute hoping to neutralize the blonde's best assets. She does a good job by thumping the older model around the elbows and frustrates her with a couple of brief clinches alas this is not what the crowd wanted to see so more jeers are heard down the stretch. The loss to Nicola Mimnagh might have triggered a warning light in Graham's camp as she remains lethargic in her display and still gets outworked in the final minute once Horst shakes off the cautious approach to blast the English foe across the mouth a couple of times shortly before the bell.

Rounds 3 & 4:
Alexina puts some heat on and lands more efficient punches early in the third but Marloes' guard holds up to the challenge before the Dutch model tries to swing a one-timer on target. She lands one nifty shot that briefly stuns the redhead but a jug-to-jug contact locks both models in the phone booth before Marloes shoves her opponent away. A right-on-right blast leaves both women stirred upon impact yet it's Alexina who recovers furst and clobbers the blonde to the post. She gets clinched into safety there and the back & forth action continues in the fourth when Marloes keeps swinging upstairs and digs some promising single punches into the redhead's face. Graham gets a little annoyed by the sheer volume of those hits but she remains stuck in fourth gear at best and can't quite muscle her way past the Dutch guard. She tries her chances downstairs but to no avail and Horst bumps her butt-in-ropes come the final stretch to clean up the exposed ribcage in the process.

Round 5:
Marloes blasts one over the top and leaves a bloody patch across the redhead's nasal ridge which sets the tone for remainder of the round. Alexina gets desperate and very predictable trying to smack the blonde up the middle but keeps leaking more head shots as Horst ups the tempo of her attacks. She forces Graham into mid-range cover but still scores with the single-hand delivery while the leggy Brit can't find her zone whatsoever and reverts into more desperate flicks that make no impact on the improving opponent.

Round 6:
Durability comes to the fore in the sixth when Alexina gets blasted with more head shots and slumps on her heels in noticeable fashion for the first time tonight. She swings from the back foot and tags the blonde's nose but eats a quick double from the inside that rattle her on the jaw. Woof. Another wobble follows and Marloes drives a right hook on the solar plexus that stuns Graham into loud spasms. She tries to bail out into mid-distance but trips over her own feet so the Dutch model has a free shot and she NAILS the reeling redhead square on the jaw again. DOWN GOES GRAHAM!!! She drops to her back with a loud thump and vertigo soon takes over. Uh-oh!!! Alexina tries to get up but slumps to rest on her right shoulder and shakes her head in visible dismay. It's a no-go!!! KO6 Marloes Horst in one-punch fashion!!!

AFTER: Trademark welterweight finish from Marloes who started out slow but landed the big punch her opponent couldn't find. Alexina will learn to regret that subdued early tactics and she still can't believe how this fight ended few minutes after the official verdict is announced. She vows to make immediate comeback and there are several willing free agents on the market for her to focus on but Marloes was one of them already and that bounce back attempt didn't follow the redhead's intentions at all. Denise van Outen remains a fan but she gloats over a huge victory for Team Blonde for the time being.
