BEFORE: Brazilian super model Izabel Goulart is feeling dangerous after an upset victory over Brooks Nader last month and she quickly accepted Karolina Kurkova's challenge for another slugfest on the beach. Truth be told Kurkova probably regrets making her move before Goulart knocked Nader out but she won't back down on her words and brings the Lioness Club pride to the Dubai sands in order to remind the fans she's still an elite BBU gatekeeper for better or worse!

Izabel Goulart wears a floral blue & green themed bikini set & silver gloves. Long dark brown hair tied in a sleek ponytail. Karolina Kurkova wears a light blue bikini set & red gloves. Long blonde hair tied in a braid. Both women are barefoot. The fight is scheduled for ten rounds in the lightweight division.

Round 1:
Izzy feels like she can totally overrun the blonde veteran and jumps into a hectic jabbing drive but Karolina is somehow ready for it which results in a back & forth tangle in the center of the makeshift ring with both models working on speed dial to secure the early advantage. The crowd very much enjoys the show but the revenue is otherwise minimal with many of their efforts bouncing off the guard & forearms before Kurkova finally lands a true heater on the nose to wobble the brunette on her heels. Another quick hook tags the jaw and Izzy has to bail for cover kicking up dust in the process. Karolina stalks her back to the turnbuckle where she cracks another fine combo on the breasts before Goulart ultimately clinches her into safety to run out the clock.

Round 2:
More high swinging from both women who remain committed to the aggressive plan which kinda neutralizes Izabel's original plan since she expected to dominate the action coming off that prolific Nader upset however Karolina refuses to back off and sticks more hard leather into her face much to the crowd's delight. Another wobble from the Brazilian model and Kurkova whacks her up the middle before piling a jug muggin' series to back the brunette onto the ropes where Goulart has to apply the clinching breaks again. Karolina shakes her off this time and drives a vicious gut shot on the navel that drops Izabel into loud spasms so the Czech model can stuff her with more nasty harpoons thereafter. Bell.

Round 3:
Karolina gets more aggressive as she feels Izabel can truly be had tonight... she powers ahead with another head-hunting combo and knocks the Brazilian back to her heels but just misses with the proper put away drive. Izabel flashes some nice footwork to escape the phone booth heat but she has to reload her challenge and tries her luck in mid-distance during the second minute. She lands some quick punches into the blonde's face but lacks the proverbial zip and BBU TV's Kate Abdo is unsure if she can muster anything beyond a drawn round here as Kurkova shouts back at the crowd triggering a loud reaction at the bell. Izzy takes her eye off the blonde and eats a brutal hook a split second afterwards to stumble back to her corner looking rattled to say the very least.

Round 4:
Izabel mounts a comeback and sticks it to Karolina's midsection during a furious phone booth battle. The blonde soaks up the head but allows Goulart to shove her back and then a huge right hand catches the Czech model on the nose which triggers a hectic Brazilian slugging push that backs the European woman onto the ropes. Izzy finally hits the jackpot and blows Kurkova to the body crippling her with some dominant shots until she gets clinched into safety as the blonde runs out of steam to behave otherwise. Izabel still shakes her off and rips a gut-checking drive to sink the fellow model into loud spasms come the bell.

Round 5:
Karolina wants to avoid getting busted up again but she misses on the funky approach and eats more head shots from point-blank range with Izabel finding her groove on a regular basis now. Both models kick up more sand when they dish out the classic slugging punishment and it's anyone's guess who breaks down first here... a wild hook on the nose opens a nasty gash for Karolina so she has to check out first... only for Izabel to smack her with a chin-checking double that leaves the blonde stumbling back to the turnbuckle. Izabel roars into a swarming haze that adds more lumps on Kurkova's face... the Czech guard collapses in quick fashion but Izzy just runs out of time to finish the ailing blonde off and gets pulled away at the bell with Karolina collapsing on her knees out of sheer fatigue by all accounts.

Round 6:
Blonde gets up for the sixth but she needs an oxygen refill and Izabel just won't allow her to take one as she WRECKS her face from point-blank range in the opening minute and stuffs her into a hole in the sand while the crowd noise gets louder. Another chin-checking double sends Kurkova over the edge and she wobbles forward with a whimper to meet the slam dunk uppercut that LAYS HER OUT on the sand moments later. Uh-oh!!! That should be that... and it is!!! KO6 Izabel Goulart!!!

AFTER: Some fans claimed both these veterans are stuck in the gatekeeper category for good but maybe Izabel gets one golden chance at the straps riding her glamour value against some of these Page Three models that seem to always punch above their pay grade. Kate Abdo supports the idea of Izabel earning her chance despite Alessandra Ambrosio former status that seemingly sucked all the air out of the Brazilian room and BBU doesn't recoginze a Pan-American or even beach boxing titles so let's see where the Sports Illustrated legend goes from here in the foreseeable future.
