Tom Hilton: Hello ladies and gentlemen, well another massive week for the BBU has seen action as usual head all over the place, Birmingham, Cardiff and Vancouver were the venues in question.
Let us start with Fiona Wade vs Samia Ghadie on today's show, Emmerdale vs Coronation Street was what this fight was dubbed, but you can also say that it is a fight of two of the biggest stunners in the flyweight division around here.
Then we will discuss Jessica Lucas and Roxanne McKee's fight, both returning to Vancouver with Jessica looking to hold on to her unbeaten run in her career over the veteran Roxanne.
Third on today's show sees Jade Thirlwall and Louisa 'Foxes' Allen's bout, could Louisa go 3 and 1 over the Little Mix group or suffer another pounding defeat like her last bout?
Finally we will talk about Heidi Reed, the Icelandic star took on Jaimie Murray on the undercard to the Foxes vs Thirlwall battle, could Heidi continue her growth to possible title contender or would Jaimie upset her run as she has so many before her.
Just as a heads up, there will be a special episode of this show tomorrow, the show will be a preview of each BBU welterweight title tournament Quarter Final bout coming soon, so keep an eagle eye on that.

Part 1: Fiona Wade vs Samia Ghadie To a lot of people this fight was seen as Emmerdale and Coronation Street sending their best fighters in the BBU to battle, though Adele Silva might argue with Fiona over that honour.
But the fight had so much more riding on it then that, first you have to look at Fiona's side of things, she has started her career late, seeing her start off well, imagine though a win over Samia, it would do her career wonders.
For Samia; it was about beating back another contender who wants to overtake her, the past year has seen many young stars come up against her and if Samia is even honest; she hasn't defended her honour you could say as well as she should have, leading to her looking to be out the title picture maybe forever!
So as they fought it started with the intensity you'd see in a title fight, both girls getting right into each others faces, but maybe a surprise to some; Samia took the opening round with some good footwork and a great uppercut drive that stuck Fiona on the ropes with the final minute of the round to go.
Round 2 saw Fiona recover and take the fight back to Samia, her punches snapping the Coronation Street stars head around, Samia maybe wishing she was wrestling Catherine Tyldesley in that fountain again in the show then this hammering.
But to Samia's credit, she came back at Fiona as the next round started, the fight taking a pattern of back and forth as the fighters seek to control the pace and hopefully knock the other out as quickly as they could.
Round 5 saw Samia put Fiona down to her backside after a full blooded drive saw her bloody the nose of Wade, who gamely got up and would return the favour in the 6th with a vicious hook that lifted Samia off the ground.
The 7th had the crowd on the edge of their seats, both girls were clearly hurt, Fiona hunting Samia down but was too wild with her punches, leading to her being too open for a vicious right onto her chin to rock her, a follow up pair of hooks on to the nose of Fiona finished her off.
Samia I can tell you looked stunned to have won, she fell onto her stool and didn't even celebrate, it was Denise Lewis who actually had to lift her onto her feet and helped her take the cheers she deserved.
Normally I would call Samia for being a pain, that's not the word but I don't want to be fired of course, to be fair she showed her respect to Fiona afterwards.
I would talk about the fighters here on what is next for them, the rematch has already been agreed and I can't wait, hell I honestly would watch these two tour the country fighting! That is how good this was, so that's see how the next fight goes for a possible rubber third match.

Part 2: Jessica Lucas vs Roxanne McKee For those who know Roxanne as a stunning English Rose, she was born in Canada and holds dual citizenship, so this was a local derby for some with Jessica from my knowledge wanting to prove she is the true alpha fighter from that country.
It also helps the build up that Jessica is undefeated up to now, I can tell you as I have been in gyms visiting fighters for this show, that fighters love that added bonus of being the one to take that zero of an opponents career.
The fight saw that fact as Roxanne wanted to drive Jessica back from the off, she beat the younger girl to the punch and forced her to the ropes, something Roxanne hasn't done in a long time.
The 2nd round was scruffy, neither fighter really got a foothold early on as tempers were well and truly high, Jessica upset that she was put under the heel of her opponent in the first round, while Roxanne had the motivation to batter Jessica into a mess, Roxanne would find an opening to control the end of the round to make things worst for the locals.
Round 3 was a real classic round, both really going for the other as they battered each other around the face, Jessica's lip becoming a mess as Roxanne's left eye had a bad swelling forming under it.
But Roxanne made a mistake, she couldn't keep the pressure on Jessica, allowing her to continue growing into the fight, something that has been proven you do not do!
It continued to be shown to be a fact as a uppercut put Roxanne down to her backside, the footwork of the nimble Jessica giving her an opening to really open up on her.
Roxanne showed her confidence to get up, but she continued to be wide open, so much that she got hurt with another uppercut that finished her off in round 6.
Jessica continues to show she has great potential, her fight training and dance training she had before she got into the Team Canada boxing stable, it all seems to be coming together well, but this fight showed she certainly has some holes to plug up.
For Roxanne, it might sound strange with another loss, but she has shown she can look good if she let's herself go for it, it will be interesting to see if Team Canada keep using her for future fights.

Part 3: Jade Thirlwall vs Louisa "Foxes" Allen This had grudge written over it after months of back and forth between the Little Mix band and Foxes, she called them all talentless well you can guess the rest wasn't very nice either.
So it has led to Louisa running the field, she beat Jesy Nelson and Perrie Edwards, Leigh - Anne Pinnock though stopped her unbeaten run with a devastating beating, leading some to think this fight wouldn't happen, what with Jade doing amazing in the FCBA in the last 12 months.
But Jade wanted Louisa as bad as Foxes wanted this, though some wonder if it was a showcase fight for Jade to use to get a title shot at Cheryl Cole.
The grudge element certainly was there as Jade went straight for her rival, driving her back onto her heels from the opening bell, Louisa just having to cover up as she was forced around the ring.
Round 2 saw Louisa come out to fight, leading to both fighters giving the crowd something to cheer, each just beating the other around the others faces and body.
Louisa showed her own power though as in round 3 she manages to batter Jade to her knees, though her celebration was premature as Jade beat the count looking mighty pissed off.
The end to that round saw Louisa low blow Jade and even as the bell rung, she tried to wrestle Thirlwall out the ring in terrible scenes, I am stunned the gloves didn't come off at that point.
Jade though had the bit between her teeth, Louisa maybe not focusing on her punches properly, letting Thirlwall power through her and land a haymaker that ripped the gumshield out of Louisa's mouth, a follow up right ended the fight with probably overkill if we are honest but what great grudge fight does that not happen in?
The rematch between Thirlwall and Cole for the BBU flyweight title looks a step closer, for me I am happy to put my name behind that, so let's see what happens on that!
For Louisa, maybe she needs to take on Lily Allen to prove whose the superior Allen, but she will need to get in the gym as soon as she can and spar like mad till she stops these mistakes, she is already at a point in her career where she can find herself back in the top end of the game or as a jobber.

Final part: Heidi Reed vs Jaimie Murray Both these girls have had even starts to their careers, some tough defeats to go along with the amazing results, but it was still interesting to see these two match up.
The girls seem to have a level of respect for each other to save the action for the ring not with wasted energy calling each other out.
Opening rounds were interesting to say the least, Heidi didn't seem interested in really going for her older opponent, letting her work as she fought off the back foot, mostly covering up and moving around the ring.
Jaimie meanwhile of course won the rounds, but she looked frustrated; unable to do more then land a few punches per round of any note.
Till Round 3, where Jaimie managed to find a gap and as Heidi tried to clinch up to shut down her opponent, instead Murray powered her onto the ropes and seemed to love finally getting her fists into the body of the younger woman.
That forced Heidi to step it up, something she did and seemed happy to do it as she made Jaimie miss before wrecking her to the body, really forcing Jaimie to retreat around the ring.
The fight turned 180 degrees with Heidi really doing damage to Jaimie, who couldn't find the speed to match up with her opponent, it didn't help that the focus of the model was the body of Murray, who started to look tired as the fight went on.
By round 6; Heidi landed on hell of a right hook to the liver and as anyone will tell you, that is one of the worst places you can be hit and it ended the night for Jaimie as she was stuck on fours for the count.
Jaimie is going to Australia it seems to fight the cougars there, some interesting fights to come and against older fighters she always does well.
While for Heidi, well she has really turned her career around, it didn't start off great but has really been an amazing 2017, can she end it as well?
That's today show, hopefully you enjoy the show and remember tomorrow sees the special and the normal episode will be on Sunday as always.
