Tom Hilton: Hello ladies and gentlemen; well this has been one hell of an action packed week in the BBU, from bouts around the UK to the PPV on Wednesday, so plenty for me to discuss.
We will be focusing on the BBU PPV though for this week; with the first port of call for this weeks episode being the lightweight title fight between the challenger Sophie Turner and Alessandra Ambrosio, could Sophie take the title?
Then we will discuss the welterweight number 1 contenders bout between Melissa Satta and Petra Nemcova; which of these stablemates will be moving on to face the champ Joan Smalls.
Thirdly we will talk about the big name fight between Hannah Ferguson and Hailey Clauson, both stunning blondes had a score to settle in the ring on Wednesday.
Finally we discuss the fight between Ola Jordan and Victoria Justice, could Ola's experience help her on her hunt for flyweight gold or would youth triumph on the day?
In quick other news; Tina O'Brien beat Zaraah Abrahams over 10 tough rounds in one of the fights of the week that I suggest people look up.
Also this week; Danielle Harold battered Alesha Dixon in a merciless fashion to show that maybe Beever's Babe's may have been too quick to cut the cute blonde to a rival stable.
While Elisabetta Gregoraci proved to be too strong for Jodi Gordon, showing she might be in the running for a lightweight title shot.

Part 1: Lightweight title fight: This fight had a lot of press understandably going into, Sophie Turner of course is famous for Game of Thrones, Alessandra for her Victoria secret angel wings, the lightweight title on top added to the buzz for such a clash.
There was also a lot of talk about new school versus old school, Sophie is the youngster that seems to be ripping up trees in the BBU to get to the top, Alessandra is the established older fighter, who even including here was surprisingly the underdog to her much younger opponent!
While Sophie seemed respectful of the champion; Alessandra claimed Sophie was only getting a title shot on named value alone, which put the cats firmly amongst the pigeons, any respect went out the window as whether the comments in the build up had rattled Alessandra, we'll never know.
What we do know is that this is one of the fights that might be challenging for fight of the year! The opening two rounds set the busy pace they'd go at throughout the fight.
Alessandra took round 1 easily; in fact she clearly rattled her challenger with body punches in the early going, round 2 though showed Sophie's speed was firmly in her advantage, confusing the champion what angle punches were going to come in.
Round 3 saw them just beat the holy hell out of each other in one of the greatest toe to toe exchanges I believe in BBU history, honestly go back and watch that round, it was stunning that nobody got knocked down, both had to shake it off as they went to their corners though as they were both buzzed by the others punches.
Round 5 saw a stunning knockdown for Sophie; a right smacking the temple of Alessandra put her down and I think most pundits including myself saw this as being the end of the road for the champion.
But Alessandra proved in this fight that she is one hell of a tough woman, going down again in the 7th, she looked toast as she got up at 9.
Now it can be argued many different ways what happened at the end of that round, was Sophie too quick to look for the finish when Alessandra countered with a vicious right uppercut that put Sophie down? Was it simply a lucky punch? Or both?
All I know is Sophie showed her toughness to continue but the bigger punching of Alessandra finally got the champ over the line in round 9 as one of the most beautiful uppercuts I've seen in any ring caught Sophie flush on her chin with such force, that Sophie was knocked out cold.
The interaction between the two women afterwards shows that they will most likely meet again, hopefully in a BBU ring as this was a fight that is up there as one of the greats in the history of the BBU, I mean that from the bottom of my heart and I want to thank both for their efforts in producing such a fight.
But what did we learn from this fight; one, if there is any doubt on Sophie being an elite fighter, this fight should prove doubters wrong, she was truly amazing in this contest and if Alessandra wasn't as stubborn, we would have a new champion.
Second, we learned that Alessandra is one of the toughest women in the lights division, to come back from two knockdowns to win is truly phenomenal.
Lastly, these two can create magic together, Sophie has a little work to get back to fight Alessandra but depending on how Alessandra's reign goes, these two might fight for the title again and next time, Sophie might finish the job she started in this fight.

Part 2: Welterweight number 1 contendership This was a fight that had been brewing since roughly the day the Sirens stable was formed; Melissa Satta and Petra Nemcova are two very talented fighters as proven by the fact both are in the hunt for the welterweight title at the same time.
I was in two minds whether to write a piece purely on these girls feud before the fight took place as this two have tried to one up each other, have traded insults and almost come to blows if stories are to be believed seeping out the stable.
So the build up being surprisingly quiet off both told a story in itself; clear the stable is doing everything it can to keep this in closed doors and when it was revealed that neither head coach was in each fighters corner for the fight, well that showed that the stable was letting the two girls go at it on their own terms.
The fight itself saw Melissa take the fight to Petra; who smartly kept her guard tight as the hot blooded Italian star tried to bully her rival back.
But if there was any doubts these two don't like each other and won't do anything to win, Melissa frustrated at her lack of success piercing the guard of her stablemate, decided to go to the jugs of Petra, which normally would be a warning as this wasn't a JMDD fight.
He must have been told to let things go within reason as Petra paid back Melissa with vicious looking punches to the jugs of Melissa to make her groan out.
Petra took control of the middle rounds with her punches knocking Melissa around the ring; even fatting the lips of her fellow model as the thudding strikes even had some wincing in the crowd at the hits.
Till Melissa seemed to find the answer to the Petra problem; her work to the body seemed to take some fight out the Czech star and allowed her back into the fight.
But in round 6; Petra landed a vicious two punch combo that put Melissa on her bum, then as Melissa beat the count and actually taunted Petra, it only led to her being caught again and this time knocked out by a venomous right on her chin.
After Melissa was brought back around; Petra showed why she is the leader of the Sirens camp, showing no ill will to the woman who has bad mouthed her and threatened to beat her arse for months within their own stable, instead they embraced and Petra praised her rival.
Now though for Petra is the welterweight title fight; Joan Smalls the champion will have watched this fight closely for any weaknesses to exploit, those body shots Petra ate may be something she uses to her advantage.
But Petra has proven she is something special, something Joan has been called too, so this upcoming title fight could be a classic waiting to happen.

Part 3: Hannah Ferguson vs Hailey Clauson It's amazing to think of the divide that was between the BBU and the FCBA, most talent that picked one organization stuck to that organization, with some crossover stars like Mary Elizabeth Winstead and Michelle Keegan.
Now we have champions like Cheryl Cole and Alessandra Ambrosio who work in both and are desperate to be the first ever dual champion.
But seeing Hannah Ferguson; one of the best pound for pound stars in the world of celebrity boxing is just unreal, with Hailey Clauson surprisingly over shadowed for one of the rare times in her life, something I know she hated from speaking to her.
The fact that Hannah beat Hailey in their first bout also stung the younger blonde model, so this wasn't a friendly bout by any stretch.
The opening round showed why Hannah is such quality; a right knocking Hailey onto the ropes and she looked stunned by the power of her rival.
Hailey smartly adapted; using her speed to dance around Hannah, keeping away from that big right hand to escape into freedom, till she stupidly got into a brawl with Ferguson and got hammered to the ropes again.
The younger fighter kept making mistakes, any time she got any momentum; she'd make a mistake that ended with her getting her arse handed to her.
Round 4 saw Hannah just beat Hailey to the ropes and finished her with a stunning right that gave Hailey a nice nap for the night.
Big questions continue to be asked about Hailey; she is still very young and has the looks that will always get her fights, but she keeps showing herself up.
Against Hannah you can argue it was simply she was overmatched, nowhere in the fight did she ever look a danger to her opponent though, she never got really going and I don't see that changing unless she is serious about this, she'll never reach the potential people see in her.
On Hannah; I hope she she will come back to the BBU, but judging how she has unfinished business in the FCBA, it could be a while sadly.

Final Part: Ola Jordan vs Victoria Justice These two have been trying to find themselves after becoming free agents, with both wanting the BBU flyweight title that Cheryl Cole holds.
Victoria has especially been vocal on getting a shot at Cheryl; with comments in the press about the champs chaotic love life and things about her being an attention seeking well word I can't use.
Ola on the other hand was mostly focused on this fight; calling Victoria a failure and telling everyone how she was going to enjoy wrecking the youngster.
Fight night saw both show their talents off early; while Victoria is much younger and had the reach advantage, Ola showed off why she is so dangerous in the ring with her movement from her dance training seeming to even things out.
It took till round 3 for Victoria to look to stamp her authority on the fight; keeping Ola planted on the outside of the ring to control her movement.
But round 4 saw a stunning moment; Ola catching Victoria to the chin with a meaty uppercut that put Victoria on her backside and looked to have finished the fight then and there.
But Victoria got up and fought on; though Ola made her life miserable for the next two rounds with real punishing shots to the body and up the centre; Ola couldn't finish the job off.
Ola getting her nose busted open was what got things turning in the favour of the youngster, who kept picking off Ola to her face with stiff shots that got her confidence back and pushed the Polish dancer onto her heels.
The 7th saw Ola get stopped after being put down by a right hook, she beat the count but was beaten to the ropes till the referee stepped in to wave the fight off.
Ola's complaints about the stoppage had Victoria miffed enough that the two started brawling, Ola in too much a bad state to really give Victoria too much trouble as security had to pull Justice off her rival.
This fight showed why Ola is highly rated; even as she is most likely on the decline right now, she gave Victoria one hell of a scare and I'd bet she would a lot of fighters still in the BBU.
While Victoria showed she has the heart to pull through a bad spot; something that has been questioned in the past as a weakness, she showed maybe leaving her game, though she still has things to add to her skill set before she can be considered a true top class star in the ring.
She is heading the right way in a very packed field that to me sees Lily Allen, Tiffany Mulheron, of course Jenna Louise Coleman, Diana Korkunova, Ivana Baquero, Elizabeth Henstridge and several more as possible champions! Can Victoria eclipse all those?
Sadly that's the end of today's show; I hope you guys enjoyed it and I thank you for taking the time to read these posts, remember we will be back next Sunday as always.
