Tom Hilton: Hello ladies and gentlemen, well this week was a historic week for the BBU with the first ever Contender 6 tournament winner, while another girl made personal history in their careers early in the week.
We will start today's show by discussing the final bout of the round robin Contender 6 tournament, could the champion Tiffany Mulheron complete the clean sweep or could Diana Korkunova stop her?
Then we discuss the heated rival in the same tournament between Lily Allen and Heidi Range, Heidi was looking for revenge after losing to Lily last year, would she get it?
Third on the show is our review of the Jenna Louise Coleman and Stephanie Davis fight, Jenna was looking to finish the tournament on a high or would Stephanie get her first win in it?
Finally we discuss the fight between Laura Whitmore and Leilani Dowding, both women desperately needed a win to further their careers, a loss could derail it permanently.
Just quick other news, Liz McClarnon fought Eleanor Tomlinson last night, with Eleanor winning with not her best performance to be fair but still come out looking strong with a knockout, so it will be interesting to see where she goes from this result.

Part 1: Tiffany Mulheron vs Diana Korkunova The Contender 6 tournament has seen many pieces of drama through it's 5 month run, these two fighters were two of the biggest stories of the entire tournament.
Tiffany hadn't fought in 2 years before the tournament, a former flyweight champion that had seemingly fallen out of love with the sport, but had found it again and became our "comeback kid" due to her amazing run in the tournament, winning the tournament by going 4 and 0.
While Diana was our rookie of last year; she had shown last year that she has great skills, could she use them to go far in this tournament? Well she was 2 and 2 at this stage, beating fellow youngster Stephanie Davis and veteran Heidi Range, it could be argued though she still lacked that marque victory.
The fight started with both fighters mostly cancelling each other out; Tiffany would use her experience to try to outwit Diana, who was quicker and had a slight reach advantage.
As the fight wore on; Tiffany changed up her style, getting in close to try to bully Diana towards the ropes, keep the pressure on her and hope she made a mistake that she could take advantage of.
But round 6 saw Tiffany get caught out by a left hook and put on her arse! Diana looked to get on the front foot to finish the fight, punishing Tiffany's body and face.
Tiffany though got revenge by putting down Diana with an uppercut that put her down! The fight suitably full of drama as Diana got up and Tiffany then got on the front foot.
If this is all interesting you, I suggest you go and read the fight before I spoil the ending, it was a hell of a fight between the two fighters.
OK for those wondering about the ending; the fight got to round 10 with both understandably beaten up, Tiffany had been rocked in the last round and Diana finally finished her off with an excellent barrage of punches.
After the fight saw a lot respect between the two fighters; Tiffany not completing the clean sweep in the tournament as it has to be said was expected, with 6 top flyweights, to go undefeated would have taken something.
It has to be said though; Tiffany has been awesome to go on and win the tournament, she fully deserves a shot at Cheryl Cole for the BBU flyweight title, though it will be interesting to see if this defeat has effected her or if she uses it to fuel her determination to win the gold.
While Diana deserves a lot of credit; she finally answered a big question of "can she win a big fight?" The answer is a resounding yes and I believe this young woman could be in the title picture by the end of the year.

Part 2: Lily Allen vs Heidi Range These two are certainly not friends; having fought for the first time last year with Lily winning that fight, knocking out Heidi and bragging about it, which Heidi understandably was pissed off.
Heidi swore revenge in the build up to this grudge match, with Lily continuing to cockily dismiss the chances of her rival, claiming Heidi is simply her punchbag.
The temper of Heidi got her into trouble early in the fight, abandoning her gameplan and trying to trade fists with one of the hardest punches in the flyweight division wasn't smart.
Round 2 saw her realise her mistake and she relied on counter punches, letting the aggressive Lily come forwards, Heidi bobbed and weaved around her and started catching Lily with some stiff shots of her own to even things up.
In fact Heidi controlled most of the next round too; bloodying the nose of Allen to show that she is still dangerous with pinpoint punches catching her rival too easily for the Fight Club UK manager Katie Price.
That seemed to wake up Lily! Who dipped under a right from Heidi and rattled her with an uppercut, Heidi still was able to land some punches to Lily's nose to stop her completely bulldozer her then and there.
But in round 5; Lily had backed against a corner and an uppercut finished off Heidi's night as the blonde bombshell slide down the turnbuckles in a heap and was counted out.
Afterwards we almost got a brawl as Lily tried to go get Heidi to give her a walk of shame, Mel B responsible stepped in to stop it dead before it could happen, with Heidi certainly in no shape to be walked.
But that led to shoving and Mel threatening to punch the lights of Lily and Katie out, security had to pull Mel out the ring as she lived up to her scary Spice nickname by looking crazed as she tried to get her way back into the ring, luckily that didn't happen.
Lily now can use the tournament to get active again; she had a lull after she lost a title fight to Jenna Louise Coleman 2 years ago, now though she has reminded people she is still a danger to whoever is the champion of the division, so keep watch for Lily to kick on now.
Heidi meanwhile looks to be struggling to keep her spot in the Lioness stable, not that she is going to be cut any time soon, but in a stable that craves the best and openly ranks fighters, Heidi might be slipping down the internal rankings below Mandy Capristo.

Part 3: Jenna Louise Coleman vs Stephanie Davis These two fighters are on totally different paths lately; Jenna after having a difficult finish to last year, she has stepped up again to that elite level.
While Stephanie who had an undefeated streak going into the tournament, now she is trying to find a win, so could she pull a win off against Jenna?
Well early on she looked nervy; Jenna outboxing her in the opening round, smartly not rushing in as Stephanie is still dangerous due to her power punches.
Stephanie came out her shell in round 2; pressuring Jenna back early and keeping the former flyweight champion on the backfoot, she looked somewhat her old self as she pinned Jenna behind her guard.
But after that it turned as Jenna landed several vicious looking hooks to the body, opening Stephanie up more up top, that allowed her to batter the Scouse lass back to the ropes and around the ring.
Round 4 saw the finish as Jenna landed a thunderous uppercut that shut the eyes of the youngster and put her down, Stephanie did try to get up but was badly rocked!
Jenna looks back to her best; which is worrying for the flyweight division around here, she already set the BBU record of most wins in a row, had an amazing run with the title, she could very easily run this division again if not for maybe the fact that Cheryl Cole is on a run like she has been.
Hopefully we can see Jenna vs Cheryl again this year, but for now Cheryl had a lot of big title defences in front of her.
While I honestly can't answer what's up with Stephanie other then she stepped up too soon, hopefully she can find her confidence again as she has great potential.
Gail has a lot of work to do and Stephanie sadly looks back at square 1 again, if she does start rising up the rankings again, this time take it slow to get rid of all her faults, so don't write her off yet.

Final part: Laura Whitmore vs Leilani DowdingThis was the low key fight of the week; 2 bantamweights who were desperate for a win after frankly terrible times over the past 2 years. Laura; who I have had my say on before in unflattering terms, had only 1 win at the time in 5 attempts, it honestly couldn't have been a classic as I don't remember it one bit, so maybe the lady herself can remind me. While Leilani returned after a long lay off and found herself laid out by the cocky, mouthy self professed bytch Kate Lawler, in a grudge fight over a decade in the making. So neither is threatening the elite and the early action proved that, neither took control in the opening 2 rounds, slipping them with frankly more work rate then any skill. Round 3 saw Leilani put down Laura with a two punch combo, one off the temple; one off the jaw to put down the presenter, who gamely got up and was bullied backwards, with blood running from a cut above her left eye. But if you had any doubts how far back the middle of the road Leilani has went; the fact she couldn't finish the badly hurt Laura should be a testament to that fact. Instead Laura in round 6 knocked Leilani down with a pile driver like right to her chin, with Leilani laying spread eagle and probably slept well all that night judging by the way she snoozed through the 10 count. So the big news out of the fight is that Laura wants to take on my gal Denise Van Outen, that's because I called her a jobber and now she wants to make things personal I guess. Well Laura I have to say that this result didn't prove anything; Leilani looks a shell of the fighter she was several years ago, instead I see her as easy pickings for a lot of fighters, Elizabeth Tan being the worst for future reference. So do I still see Laura as a jobber? Frankly yes; I can tell her from Denise that she is looking forwards to proving that fact when they fight, though of course I have to be impartial for this job, so won't predict that result; though I think you guys can guess who I'll be rooting for. That's all for today's show; I hope you all had fun reading these posts and want to say thank you to those who did, the Real View will be back next Sunday.
