Tom Hilton: Hello ladies and gentlemen; well we it hasn't been the busiest of weeks admittedly but we have seen the debut of one of the biggest stars to come from the X-factor.
We'll start with the debut of Cher Lloyd as she took on German and Lioness stable beauty Jeanette Biederman from Tuesday night.
Then we will discuss Nikki Sanderson vs Heidi Range in a bout that just took place last night, so if you are wondering why I have a big mug of coffee today, that's why.
Afterwards I'll be looking at five possible contenders in our humble opinion in the bantamweight division as possible contenders to Una Healy's title.
Then we will have another interview with our stunner Michelle Joy Phelps talking to Emilia Clarke in a frank interview on her career and her future plans.

Part 1:Cher Lloyd vs Jeanette Biederman Well your milage on knowing who Cher Lloyd is may vary but she has arrived into the BBU with a bang and it maybe hard to move her out the limelight she'll receive. Jeanette was in our first ever top 10 pound for pound rankings all the way back in February, mostly down to her finding work but also for her wins in Tokyo over the end of last year to the early part of this year. So for Cher to dominant the fight shows you how far the 23 year old could go and maybe with management you could be seeing a champion. Sadly it would be a Samia Ghadie type champion as boy did the low blows and other nasty tricks get Cher the openings she needed to batter the German into submission. Five rounds of action were marred with Cher frankly cheating and everyone who knows me knows I am not a fan of short cutters. The crowd seemed to enjoy seeing a German on the receiving end of the hammering so how can I complain right? I honestly think Cher can be a star as she seems someone who can get stuck in when asked upon to and she has the will to win. So when you speak about up and comers, you have to put Cher somewhere in that exclusive list that's forming in the flyweight division. I hope she decides to use boxing skills next time though, so I expect a letter or twit to tell me how wrong I am of little Mrs Lloyd.

Part 2:Nikki Sanderson vs Heidi RangeI stayed up late to watch this after Triple G had decided to break the eye Socket of special K, if you don't know what I am talking about you're not a boxing fan. But we also got two beauties of the ring looking for a chance to place their name in the ever growing list of names for a shot at the undisputed flyweight Queen Jenna Louise Coleman. The fight was interesting as going into the fight Nikki looked ready to fight any woman in the building and maybe would have with her ego. While Heidi range was shocking mute and even looked to be sweating bullets before the fight begun, which had to have made Nikki even more confident. But the early rounds all went to Heidi as she out boxed the brunette, perfectly timed counter punches were the order of the day and Nikki looked like she was going to be in the Kear's Kat's doghouse (if that analogy works?) That was till coach Gail Kim gave Nikki one of the biggest pep talks I've seen in celeb boxing and by pep talk I mean just the biggest earful of shouting to get her arse in gear in history, Alex Ferguson would be proud. Nikki started to pick up her guard and timed her assault to perfection as she cut up the blonde before smashing her around the ring. That was till the seventh when the round ended with the destruction of Heidi under another barrage of fists that led to the knock out. Nikki would go on to call out young guns like Ivana Baquero and Lorna Fitzgerald to fight her soon if they have the guts. I would personally add Melissa Suffield after she battered Lorna at the end of last month and Bonnie Seven could be a dangerous fight for Nikki. So we will have to keep our ears to the ground to see what is going to happen with Nikki and which of the seemingly endless prospects she gets to take the bait and possibly make her mark on them now before they become either naturally too good for her or she becomes too old.

Part 3: Our top 5 bantamweight picks So Una Healy turned away the challenge of Dorota Rabczewska over two months ago, it won't be long till she will most likely pick her next opponent and while it isn't up to us of course, we have 5 names we think would fit the bill.
In no particular order: *Kaya Scodelario: This fighter is only 24 and yet has 10 wins under her belt and only two losses with a perfect 10 knock outs in her career. She has been fighting in America the past few months but I bet wouldn't turn down any sort of opportunity to become a champion.
*Jennifer Metcalfe: What a year this girl has had with only one loss to Jennifer Ellison at the start of the year, she has went from strength to strength with each fight. The only possible downside is she is currently locked into the Hollyoaks Super 6 tournament but could get clearance I'd believe to have a title shot and maybe defend the title within the tournament.
*Kimberly Walsh: Going outside the box slightly, Kimberly was on a five fight winning streak going into this year, which is a mammoth task in this organization. Sadly though her chances are slim due to her having been beaten by the champ a few years ago and having lost to Kaya in her last bout before she went to fight in America.
*Azealia Banks: Again a slight outside the box pick but this girls record is a perfect 6 and 0 in the U.K and has a perfect 6 knocks outs to go with it. The issue is two fold though, she suffered her first loss to Jennifer Lawrence in America in January and I honestly believe she might be seen as too big a risk for Una as Azealia has incredible power.
*Rosie Jones: Last but certainly not least on anyone's score cards, the only former BBU bantamweight champion on this list, she has a record of 9 wins, 3 losses and has a perfect 9 knock outs. The added bonus with Rosie is her and Una have never stepped into a ring together to fight it out so of all the fights, it's probably the biggest super fight on this list.
Now let me be clear, this is not a list that should be taken as gospel and Una's management should pick who they want.
But hopefully it has given these fighters a better chance and I know you our viewers will have your own picks for who you believe deserves the next title shot.

Final part: Emilia Clarke interview(The interview takes place in a cafe in London) Michelle Joy Phelps: hey guys and welcome to the latest interview from yours truly with one of the current biggest names in the BBU, Emilia Clarke!
(The camera zooms out to show Emilia in a black dress smiling and waving to the camera)
Michelle: wow I have to say to meet you in person, you are truly a stunner and I have to admit I'm sitting here in some awe knowing you as the dragon queen! Emilia:(laughing) that's just the role I play, I try to live up to her in my daily life and especially in the ring because being a badass isn't a bad thing right?
Michelle: I wouldn't know sadly, I'm slightly a tomboy but as you can hopefully tell I worry about my looks too much to be as awesome as you. Emilia: you'll have Cheryl Cole claiming bias again babe, so you better as a question before she turns up and I have to kick her ass around this cafe, at least a good fight might get us free coffees
Michelle: (laughing before calming down) OK so what made you jump into celeb boxing? Emilia: the thrill of the fight, I know that's a cliche but honestly as you know it's just so exciting to pit yourself against another woman who is coming to knock your head off and you want to knock hers off.
Michelle: sorry to ruin the mood but some people would say with Game of Thrones making you a major star, that you should have had more fights in your early career. Emilia: I was expecting that question, the simple answer is with the show, it became my main focus then playing Sarah Conner's in the last Terminator movie helped my film career but not my boxing. But now Game of Thrones is going on it's last hurrah, I get a chance to box more now and ironically while me and Maisie are rivals, we have been sparring lately on the set. It's been OK between us and even Lana Durham has been watching us and helping us out with her experience but she's more a bare knuckle type of girl so you have to take certain bits of advice and leave a lot back.
Michelle: the other question is your relationship with your stablemate Jenna Louise Coleman. Emilia: it's OK but as I said in my last fight with Maisie, I won't accept being number two in this stable forever and sorry to Lookout but if that means me and Jenna have to step into the ring for real, so be it.
Michelle: well do you honestly believe you can beat her? No one has in over three years, I could list her achievements but we'd be here awhile. Emilia: trust me I know them but I also know her so of any opponent for her, I'm her worse nightmare as we are the same age roughly, build, height. As I've said though, we know each others game inside and out and we have had some truly brutal sparring sessions where I gave her a beating.
Michelle: well there is also Cheryl Cole whose in America at the moment boxing and we hope hasn't completely left us but would you get it on with her after the insults she threw at you.. Emilia: certainly! I heard her comments and had to laugh at her, other than being with more talented girls in Girls Aloud and her one hit Fight for your love, which she's had to do a lot I hear, how can she call my career? So simply yes, I'd step up to her and shut her mouth up so the world can have peace and quiet from the mouthy bytch.
Michelle: final question; one year from now, if we did this interview again, what do you hope to achieve by then? Emilia: I want to be the champ, if that means beating up friends or Jenna then so be it but I deserve my recognition and to be respected.
(Both women shake hands and Michelles waves a waiter over she can order two big pieces of chocolate cake before she remembers to tell the cameraman to stop the tape)
