Tom Hilton: Hello ladies and gentlemen; the BBU has been around the world this week, starting off in Australia and heading to the Philippines to finish the week.
We'll be starting with the main event in Australia, Samara Weaving and Penny Higgs both want a shot at the ACB flyweight title, a win against the other certainly would help them on their journey to the top.
Then we discuss the fight between Fearne Cotton and the ACB flyweight champ Bonnie Sveen, both have had a lay off from the ring and wanted to come back with a bang.
Thirdly we go to the Philippines; Martha Hunt and Lenora Rae both were looking for their first win, with history on their backs as the first two BBU fighters to go to the Philippines.
Finally Louisa Lytton looked to upset Vanessa Morgan to get her first win, could she beat the unbeaten Vanessa?

Part 1: Samara Weaving vs Penny Higgs These two both want the same thing, so of course the best way to settle things of this nature is to battle it out and when you want a shot at a title, then that makes it worth it.
That's the mindset for these two; Samara came into the fight undefeated after 3 fights, while Penny is a former ACB flyweight champion, so both can make claims for a shot at the title.
The fight itself was a good back and forth affair; Penny's height allowed her to control the early action, her punches forced Samara on the outside of the ring.
But Samara came back at Penny; showing her good flexibility and power to get inside and bang away at the body of Penny, looking to cut the taller woman down to size.
As the fight continued; Samara caught Penny across her chin to rock her in the sixth, putting Penny down for the count.
Samara continues her unbeaten run and looks in a good place to challenge for the ACB title, but she'll have to wait for Danni Minogue to have her shot at the gold first.
While Penny is in a funny position; physically she is one of the most imposing figures in the division, but she has lost too many lately to be classed in the elite right now, not to say she can't be in the elite bracket with a few wins, right now it doesn't look like it will happen though.

Part 2: Fearne Cotton vs Bonnie Sveen This was an interesting clash of styles; Fearne relied on her movement to stick and move, while Bonnie uses her power to bludgeon and batter opponents.
Neither had fought this year and hoped to use the other to make a statement going forwards, Fearne saw beating the ACB flyweight champion as getting closer to a BBU flyweight title shot.
Bonnie on the other hand is after a fight with the legend Dannii Minogue, rumours of arguments over split of money has stalled that fight and probably seeing Dannii fight Eva Longoria a month ago didn't help her mood.
The early action saw Fearne control the pace, proving too elusive for the ACB champion as she bobbed and weaved around the power punches of Bonnie.
But as soon as Bonnie was able to land; boy did she hurt Fearne, powering the older woman around the outside of the ring as she worked the body.
Till a hard right to the body put Fearne down to her knees, she couldn't beat the count as she struggled to catch her breath.
Another win for Bonnie as she continues to look impressive, she might be the strongest flyweight around and while she has a few things to learn in my opinion, she could very well be a BBU flyweight champion.
While Fearne needs regular work again, she looked good early but ring rust may have had an effect on her here, she still can beat plenty of women in my eyes but is getting close to being completely past her prime, so she has to work hard now before it is too late for her to make a real mark in the BBU.

Part 3: Martha Hunt vs Lorena Rae History was made with this fight as this was the first time the BBU had been in the Philippines, Martha and Lorena were certainly an interesting choice as neither had won a fight going into this one.
So this was massive for both women; a win here would lift the chip off their shoulder, while the loser will be wondering where they go, it was certainly full of drama in the build up as they exchanged insults and nearly come to blows at the press event.
Both women certainly wanted this; though the first round was funny to watch as both didn't rush each other, testing each other as confidence wouldn't be high for either after bad results.
But Lenora was the first one to step up the pace, knocking Martha around the outside of the ring, bullying her opponent as she looked to have the strength advantage.
Martha had to adapt and she did by using her speed and flexibility to dodge the power punches from Lenora, countering to force Lenora back at distance.
Back and forth went the fight as both were very physically similar; till the 5th round saw Lenora suffer a cut under her left eye, which Martha kept targeting and hurting her.
The 6th saw the finish as Lenora tried to finish the fight before the cut got too bad, but it left her open to big counter punches that rocked her, till the controversial ending saw Martha use her left forearm to pin Lenora against a corner, where she battered her with her right till the referee stepped in to break them up, Lenora fell to her knees and couldn't beat the count.
It wasn't the cleanest finish to say the least, Martha shouldn't have been able to pin Lenora with her left, so Lenora has some claim of wanting revenge.
But the likelihood is that Martha will try and get more winnable fights now to move up for a title shot, we have seen women like Lucy Hale come back from horrible starts to their careers to become a champion, though I don't think Martha will be like her.
Lenora looked her best here but other then Kristy Gallacher, I don't know who she can beat to be honest, she needs a coach to get her boxing skills up.

Final Part: Louisa Lytton vs Vanessa Morgan This was a fight between the undefeated Vanessa after 1 fight and the woman who hasn't won a fight in Louisa, so this was seen as simply a building fight Vanessa's career.
Though Louisa didn't see it that way; she spoke about how her career on the small screen is getting better and how she feels in great shape.
While Vanessa looked to simply keep on powering forwards, she is after emulating her friends Ivana Baquero, Malese Jow and Poppy Drayton by getting big fights.
The fight showed the problems that Louisa has had since her debut, she has a lax defence that Vanessa kept exploiting.
Louisa tried hard to get into the face of Vanessa, but Louisa got hit with power punches that rocked her and by round 3, she was open to an uppercut that finished her night off with her snoozing.
Vanessa would call out Ellen Page in what could be a fun little fight if Ellen can turn up at her best, as her record shows though that usually doesn't turn up, so Vanessa could be 3 and 0 soon enough.
Louisa meanwhile needs a wake up call, physically she is fit enough; but her skills are terrible and her defence is basically nonexistent, so I don't see her ever winning a fight unless she changes things up.
That's all we have time this week; hopefully it was a fun set of posts, thank you to everyone who has taken the time to read them and I hope we see you next Sunday for the next edition of the Real View.
