Tom Hilton:Hello ladies and gentlemen; this past week the BBU PPV saw some of the best fighters fighting around the world on some of the most stunning beaches, so of course that is our focus of this weeks show. Starting with the BBU lightweight title fight, Dua Lipa challenged Alessandra Ambrosio for the gold, with Dua's undefeated streak on the line against Alessandra trying to make history. Then we discuss on a battle of young guns in the flyweight division, Diana Korkunova and Samara Weaving waged war with hopes of moving nearer a title shot at Cheryl Cole. Followed by Sylvie Meis fighting Vanessa Morgan, that was a battle of experience vs youth, with Vanessa hoping to keep her undefeated run going. Finally we will talk about Joanna Krupa and Natalia Vodianova, two stunning supermodels on the beach, could you ask for a better sight? In other news; the second fight in the BBU between Kate Upton and Kelly Brook will be taking place on Wednesday, this time under JMDD rules as they look to conquer the other in their series of fights, you won't want to miss that.

Part 1: BBU lightweight title fight The main event of this months PPV saw Dua Lipa try to finish her rise through the BBU lightweight division by claiming the title from the champ Alessandra Ambrosio.
Going into this fight; I had the odds slightly in Alessandra's favour down to experience, but Dua very much had a big chance of taking home the gold due to being 14 years younger then her opponent.
The build up saw both very friendly and respectful, as soon as they stepped into the ring, you could see how much this fight meant to them, Alessandra needing the win to tie the all time record of BBU lightweight title defences, Dua claiming the title after only 7 fights would be massive on the other side of the coin.
The tactics for both women were clear; Alessandra looked to pressure the challenger from the bell, make her fight off the ropes and nullify the physical advantages Dua had.
Dua meanwhile had to rely on her speed and impressive footwork, she couldn't let Alessandra dictate the fight or it would be a short night for her.
If you don't know the result, I recommended you go read the fight because it was a great back and forth affair, I will be spoiling the result from this part on so you've been warned.
Dua seemed to have control through the middle rounds, dodging punches and rattling the champ with her fast punches.
But Alessandra was able to catch Dua with jab and right hook, that hurt the youngster and Alessandra showed why she was a champion by hurting Dua with power shots as they got her on the ropes.
Round 7 saw the end for Dua's title hopes as an uppercut wobbled her, the follow up right hook looked to land flush as Dua's knees went and she tumbled to the sand and getting counted out.
First I want to praise Dua; she gave Alessandra plenty of problems to deal with, this fight came a little too early I'd say but I don't blame Dua's management for putting her in the fight, you can't say no to a title shot.
I expect she'll be back and from talks with her management, while she will be getting fights in America now, she should still be fighting in Britain too, so a Dua BBU title reign cannot be ruled out guys.
Now to Alessandra; well she has written herself into BBU history, she has held the title over a year and now has tied the defence record at 5 successful defences with Lisa Maffia, who she called out for her next defence.
I have to say that Lisa wouldn't be on my list of challengers right now, the fact she has lost a lot lately isn't a ringing endorsement for a shot, I guess the fact Lisa can upset Alessandra's attempts at taking the record for herself is the story that they hope to sell the fight with, I am not rushing out to see it myself.

Part 2: Diana Korkunova vs Samara Weaving OK so anyone who has seen my reviews of Diana fights know I have a sweet spot for her, I think she is a gem in the Sirens stable and I have stated many times that I see her as a future BBU flyweight champion.
I have to say that Samara Weaving is also someone I have grown to like the past year, she hasn't had anywhere near the same amount of fights of Diana, but she has looked as impressive to go on her unbeaten run.
So this was a tough fight to call, both women were respectful of the other in the build up, talking up the others abilities as they prepared for the fight.
The early action showed that respect wasn't for show, neither seemed keen to press on too hard in case they got caught coming in.
Till Samara was the one to step up a gear first; surprising Diana with a straight flush through her guard that opened Diana up for more power punches.
Samara seemed to have a plan to bully Diana around the ring; well Diana struggled to counter as she found herself herded against the ropes, no room to work from.
Till in the 3rd an illegal low blow sent Diana to her knees, I was screaming at the screen in our offices at the referee to put their glasses on as how they didn't see it.
Luckily for Diana fans she beat the count at 8 and actually managed to counter the overly keen Samara with a vicious right to the temple that hurt the Aussie.
The intensity in the next round was something to behold, both women went hammer and tongs to try to badly hurt the other, Diana keen for revenge caught Samara out with pin point punches ripping into the chin of Weaving to rock her back.
Round 5 saw Diana put down Samara with more powerful punches; gut check time for Samara as this was the first time she'd really been hurt.
Diana then paid Samara back with a low blow of her own to put Samara down again, that finished the fight as Samara just laid down cradling her body.
It was a shame the way the fight descended into dirty tactics, both were having a barn stormer of a battle without the low blows, the referees at times in the BBU need to have their eyes tested.
I agree with Samara that I'd love to see a rematch someday, maybe not right now as I can only see both women fighting even dirtier to get the job done.
I will say that this is another notch on the belt of Diana, I know I seem to be saying this a lot but Diana has to be another name on our BBU flyweight champion Cheryl Coles lips for a title shot, this is by far the toughest division in the BBU due to the depth of talent.
While Samara shouldn't be too deflated, the fight was amazing and she will most likely be in the hunt for the ACB title in future.

Part 3: Sylvie Meis vs Vanessa Morgan Experience against youth was the story of this fight, Sylvie has been an impressive face of the Foxfire Atlantic stable since it's formation, while Vanessa came into this fight undefeated in 2 fights.
Sylvie was understandably confident; telling people like myself how she liked Vanessa but felt she was going to dismiss the youngster as she has plenty of others.
On the other side of the ring; Vanessa was talking highly of her friends Maisie Williams and Ivana Baquero's help, she felt it would be enough to help her overcome Sylvie's experience.
This was another good back and forth contest, the opening round saw Vanessa give Sylvie too much respect, with the veteran bullying her around the ring, the second round saw Vanessa come flying out her corner and surprising Meis.
That was the theme of the fight; one woman took control, then the next round back came their opponent as Sylvie maybe underestimated Vanessa, she sure as hell gave everything as the fight went on.
But Sylvie couldn't seem to take the pace of the fight, she looked drained in the 6th as Vanessa started to batter her, the volume of punches from the Dutch model decreased enough that Morgan just went through her like a buzzsaw.
A flurry of uppercuts caught Sylvie flush and down she went in a heap, with her counted out soon enough to shock from the crowd.
I want to say to Sylvie that she didn't let anyone down with this performance, on a night with great fights, this one fit the bill and Sylvie deserves credit for that.
The questions are though is she still good enough to make a different in the division, I know it is something she has been thinking of since the fight as I have had a few words with her, I hope she makes the right decision for herself on that front.
I also have had rumours come in on Vanessa's future, the kid has talent and I would personally love to see her find a home in a stable.
This was a great performance from Vanessa and would it really be a surprise if we put Vanessa's name in title contention by the end of next year?

Final Part: Joanna Krupa vs Natalia Vodianova When you have two supermodels; especially ones from Poland and Russia respectfully, fireworks have to be expected and judging by the way these two called each other out in the build up to this fight showed that definitely looked to be true.
Joanna has clearly an interesting time lately, married back in her homeland and she has been mixing her time in the ring between America and Europe these past few years.
Natalia meanwhile hasn't started off that great in the BBU, losing her first two fights, but she told the press that she was going to use those disappointments to fuel her to victory.
It showed in the first 2 rounds; Natalia really forced the action, bashing Joanna back behind her guard as her work rate was on top form.
But round 3 saw Joanna use her experience, she beat Natalia to the punch with a vicious right across the nose of the Russian, with follow up punches knocking down Vodianova.
Natalia beat the count; it was clear though that Joanna wasn't going to let her off the hook, battering the body of Natalia as clearly something was wrong.
Soon enough in the 4th round; Natalia took too many shots to the liver and went to her knees, where she was counted out to the joy of the crowd and the Lioness corner.
Natalia would hobble out the ring as her ankle was sprained we have heard from the first knockdown, I know Joanna disagrees with that assessment as she felt it was a lie, I can't comment either way on that front.
What I can say is that Joanna definitely hurt Natalia when she got her punches on her, Natalia worries me as she doesn't seem able to take a punch and the slump she is on will most likely continue unless something changes.
Joanna meanwhile continues being an enigma, she wins some fights as dominant as this one and has been on the receiving end of several beatings herself, so she needs to put wins back to back if she expects being touted more highly.
Sorry guys and gals but that's all we have time for, thank you to everyone who took the time to read our show today, we hope to see you for the next episode on next Sunday.
