Part 1: Cheryl Cole vs Fergie I said before this fight that could we (me being American) not find a better flyweight out there to represent us then Fergie, a woman who is long in the tooth and never been an elite fighter any day of the week.
She was facing one of the greatest fighters in BBU history, the current BBU flyweight champion and the woman most see as our current number 1 fighter pound for pound.
So the odds were stacked to say the least, hell I might put myself forwards for team captain next time the cup takes place.
But you are wondering about the fight right? Well Fergie deserves legitimate credit for giving this fight a real go, the early action saw Cheryl maybe underestimate her like I might have done.
She kept pressuring Cheryl around the ring, forcing the champ to cover up when I expected Cheryl to blast her out the way.
But once Cheryl smacked her in the gut, that took the win out of Fergie's before knocking her out in the fifth with an uppercut and a left across her face finished the job.
Cheryl getting Europe on the board, it was harder then expected but once she hammered Fergie, the older fighter crumbled.
So I hope this is the last time we see Fergie representing America in these types of competitions, can we say she is British with the amount of time she was there?

Part 2: Samia Ghadie vs Danielle Harris After the opening fight this was more like it, both women have had strange runs let's say lately, Danielle hasn't fought often but has won several of her last fights.
Compare that to Samia Ghadie, who is a BBU hall of famer but is also someone who to say is on a bad run is a little bit of an understatement, she had lost to several younger stars, I said she is like a yo-yo, making it hard to predict her fights.
Both women certainly saw this as a fight they could win as they went straight for each other, leading to a brawling start to the contest.
After a very even start; Danielle started to take control of the fight through smart fighting, allowing Samia to come at her as she countered her, making the soap star lose her head and ended up getting even worse punishment.
Samia though was far from done, if anything she stepped up her aggressiveness and drove Danielle back, she ended up working the body of Harris till she tired her out.
Whenever I hear ring rust doesn't exist I laugh, Danielle proved ring rust was a factor as Samia opened her up, in the end the hooks of Samia knocked out Danielle.
That put Europe 2 up and America knew it needed to win the last 3 fights to win the Ryder cup, so to say I was miserable after this fight sums it up perfectly.
Especially as this is what I mean with Samia, Danielle was my pick to win this fight but I will give Samia credit, she showed the toughness what earned her titles and a place in our hall of fame.
Danielle meanwhile I was happy seeing again; even in defeat, I hope to see her again in a BBU ring but I know she is busy helping with stable management.

Part 3: Una Healy vs Minka Kelly Of all the fights this was the one I wanted to see the most, Una is a future BBU hall of famer, she is easily one of the greatest bantamweight fighters the BBU has ever seen.
Minka is one of the best FCBA bantamweight fighters, she has fought some of the best fighters in the world and has several titles.
So I know it will sound sad but I do like that both showed plenty of respect to the other, two great fighters should do that and turn the switch when the bell rings to start the fight.
The early action saw Una be the aggressive fighter to win rounds, Minka though was fighting like Floyd Mayweather, her movement was making Una land barely any real clean punches.
Minka started to throw punches in the third round, changing her tactics as she clearly felt that Una was being worn out, the switch did catch Una out and led to her being bullied around.
But Una showed her class to adapt and put Minka under pressure, Minka was beaten onto the ropes to the delight I can tell you of the Paris crowd, who evidently saw this leading to a clear win for team Europe.
A liver shot though swung momentum back to Minka in the sixth, with a right knocking Una down to the canvas, I can tell you the crowd was stunned.
The body shots that followed in round 7 saw Una need to take a knee as she was out of breath, Una was counted out to give my team their first point.
It was nice to see the fighters hug after the fight, Minka showing great class to help Una up and I will be the first to hope both women can have a St.Patrick's day rematch.
It has to be said that Minka had the perfect gameplan here, she started off letting Una waste energy and in the later rounds she targeted the body till Una couldn't continue.
This was easily the fight of the night and both women can hold their heads held high, especially compared to some of their teammates.

Part 4: Jourdan Dunn vs Martha Hunt A lot rode on the result of this fight, Jourdan could have shut off the comeback from team America, I'll admit that Martha didn't give me much hope in contrast to Jourdan.
The Brit was so close to being the BBU welterweight champion all the way back in January, since then she has continued to look strong in her fights.
Compared to Martha who has been stop start to say the least, she hasn't anywhere near the record that Jourdan has.
It has to be said though that physically these two are very similar, Jourdan has the height advantage but both have great stamina and good punching power.
Martha did as I said she'd need to do in my predictions, she flew out her corner and got right into the face of Jourdan to bully her around, even landing a hard uppercut in the opening round.
It took till round 3 for Jourdan to get on the scoreboard, pushing back Martha with hooks landing across the blondes face.
The fourth round saw Martha get knocked down, she showed her toughness to push her way back up to her feet and it has to be said that Jourdan looked too keen in her rushing her attacks to end the fight.
The fifth round was payback for Martha; she put down Jourdan after slipping under a right and coming up with an uppercut.
A vicious liver shot finished this back and forth fight, Jourdan shockingly went down and was counted out as she was close to tears due to how hard she was hit.
I was as shocked as the crowd seeing Jourdan counted out at the feet of Martha, I had Jourdan winning this fight but Martha pulled out the shock of the entire cup.
It has to be asked of Jourdan now if she can take being pushed around, she likes to do that to opponents, so maybe a blueprint has been created how to beat her.
This is a massive win for Martha, begging the question has she finally arrived as a top fighter, she looked awesome in this performance, showing heart to get up when put down, I hope she can keep proving me wrong and winning.

Final Part: Malika Menard vs Brooke Burns This was the decider for the Ryder Cup, I didn't have much hope going into this fight, in fact I was hoping Mary Elizabeth Winstead could have come over from the FCBA to help my team on to victory, sadly she couldn't.
So we were stuck with Brooke; a beach specialist fighting in a traditional ring and hasn't had much success in the ring.
Malika meanwhile is known as "la grand Malika" for a reason, she is a former BBU lightweight champion and is well on her way to being a legend of the organization.
The early action was surprisingly even; if anything Brooke was the one pushing the action, keeping changing her targets to stop Malika from being able to defend herself.
But Malika showed why Brooke is not in her class, opening a cut above the left eye, before she knocked her out with a flurry of punches, ending with a right cross.
The fight only lasted 4 rounds; with Malika winning the Ryder cup for Europe, her teammates rushed down to the ring to celebrate the moment with the trophy being lifted by Malika first before the rest of the team.
Brooke's looks I feel got her the gig for my team, but she isn't good enough to be anywhere that isn't a beach, so please turn down the chance to be on the next Ryder cup team America.
While Malika might head towards another lightweight title if she can beat a head of steam up, she is certainly go enough to run the division.
OK that's the end of today's show, thank you to everyone who has read today's show, hopefully we see you again next Sunday for the next edition of the Real View.
