Part 1: BBU JMD title fight Lucy Pinder had earned her shot on Wednesday by beating her bitter rival Katie Price a month ago, that was a message of intent to the champ and her stablemate Lacey Banghard.
Who so far has been making the division her own, Lacey seems very proud to be the JMD champion, doing press events for the BBU with the title on display for the nation to see.
But the big talking point of course was how could both women be in the same stable without fighting before the official fight, I heard stories of arguments but Melinda Messenger seemed to have it mostly under wraps.
As fight night rolled in; Melinda though didn't come out with either fighter, instead it was Kelly Brook with Lucy and Emma Glover with her friend Lacey, we can only guess that Melinda wanted the women to sort this issue out amongst themselves.
If anyone was worried these two would hold back, well they didn't need to as they went to war from the opening bell, Lacey wanted to clear prove she could match power with her bigger opponent, not the smartest tactic as Lucy kept shoving her back and landing stiff shots to her jugs for her efforts.
As the fight went on it became clear that this was a true clash of styles, Lucy was the powerhouse of the two, when she could keep things at distance she was able to bully Lacey around the outside of the ring.
But Lacey was the quicker and due to her size the more compact fighter, as she kept getting inside; she really worked on those boobs of her challenger to make Lucy grimace.
Each fighter took rounds for themselves as it was like a game of chess, one would add something to their attacks to get the upper hand, before being trumped by their opponent.
Round five was where the fight would end though, the round before had seen Lacey land a liver shot that clearly winded the challenger, with another one leaving Pinder open to a barrage to her body and her jugs till she fell to her knees and was counted out.
Afterwards was as interesting as the fight, Lacey wanted to humiliate Lucy as her right as champion decrees, but Kelly wouldn't let her, nearly leading to a bizarre fight between the JMD champ and the JMDD champ without gloves and Kelly towering over her counterpart.
Melinda rushed out from the back to intervene, in the end letting Lacey smother Lucy with her jugs, it should be stated she didn't smother her all the way out as she wanted her to see the title being placed on her.
I have heard some reports that the day after that they were brought into the Glamour office and told to shake hands, other then that their is no other news.
Lacey really seems perfectly built for JMD fighting so far; she is compact build yet yes her jugs are not exactly small, so she can be hit but when she gets inside my word has she proven to be deadly to taller fighters.
It is hard to see who can take the title off her but I know plenty will be looking to take the title off her, the person I'd love to see get back in the title hunt is Rosie Jones, who had a nine round war in the JMD title tournament that Rosie would go on to win, plenty of bad blood there between those two too.

Part 2: BBU welterweight title fight I have to be honest and say I was glad that their has been so much action lately that I haven't been able to preview this fight, my thoughts were that this was as true a coin flip as you could find.
Toni Garrn and the champ Joan Smalls were both undefeated, very similar in styles and build, the fact the build up was respectful and friendly made it hard to gauge their mindsets too, so I couldn't tell you who'd win.
The fight itself was interesting to say the least, the first round saw nerves from the normally steely German Toni, Joan was the one controlling the action as she moved her head out the way of tame testing punches.
But by the second round Toni woke up; she took the first to Joan and we got a great back and forth war, Joan looked great when she could move in close, while Toni looked slick on the outside.
The first major talking point was Toni catching Joan coming in with a hook that put the champ down, there was a wobble to the step of Smalls as she stood up.
But gamely Joan fought on, with Toni keeping Joan stuck on the back foot with her stiff shots bashing the beautiful face of the Puerto Rican.
In round seven though Joan found her answer, bashing Toni to the gut to wind her and then knocking her down to the delight of her fans and corner.
Toni couldn't beat the count and it has to be said that Joan just held onto the title by the skin of her teeth, this was far from the best performance from Joan but it was understandably so because of such the challenge she faced.
While I know it has to hurt badly, Toni should be proud of this performance, she definitely won't start as slowly next time and maybe that will be what gets her the title.
Meanwhile Joan continues to make the British welterweight scene her own, she stopped Petra Nemcova's undefeated run, Jourdan Dunn's before that and now can add Toni's name to the list.
It was nice to see that while there were moments the two women were shoving during the fight, they ended it by sharing an embrace and clearly still respect between these two women who might run this division for the next decade possibly, that is how high I rate both.

Part 3: Vogue Williams vs Rozanne Purcell For the past year since both these women debuted, they have been desperate to fight it out, with St Patrick's day seen as a possible date for a showdown, but Vogue chose Martha Hunt to fight then in what Rozanne dubbed as a slight.
So the BBU committee stepped in and the winner would earn a title shot at as it turns out Joan Smalls after her win over Toni Garrn later in the night, both women finally agreed to fight it out.
The trash talk involved both calling the others record and modelling careers out, the fact both were undefeated belittled their comments on each others boxing careers.
The action saw both women going straight at each other and let their tempers drive them on, it wasn't a classic technical fight as a slugfest that could be seen on the streets.
Rozanne took the opening round but was pushed back by Vogue in round 2, both scored big punches that rocked them as they looked to score the knockout early.
Round three saw Vogue score a flash knockdown, she riled up Rozanne up and it proved to be the downfall of the younger woman as she tried to even the score straight away.
All it led to was her being way too open and Vogue punished her with an uppercut that shut her eyes, this time there was no comeback for the pageant winner.
Vogue would rub in her victory by kicking Rozanne back to the canvas and taunting her, Rozanne just stared away looking embarrassed as she kneel she'd made the biggest mistake of her young life.
So now Vogue has the keys to the kingdom, question is can she win the title or will Joan prove too tough for the still fresh in her career Vogue.
Well Vogue definitely has the skills of a champion, the real question is does she have the steel under pressure? She hasn't been truly tested so this will be the first time.
On Rozanne; I hope for her sake that she learns from this mistake, we like her from the time we met her but I have to be honest and say this was a terrible performance from her, so taking a step back to build up is what she needs.

Final Part: Helen George vs Nicola Roberts When I started doing these shows, Nicola was in great form and looked like she could be in the hunt for the title but sadly drifted away from the shot as her form dipped.
While Helen was on such a great run before Nadia Forde stopped her march towards the title, so a win was needed by both women to get back on the golden road to success.
There was a few words of anger between the two in the build up, they kept it mostly all business and the stare down was intense.
The early action showed why we rated Nicola so highly when we first started doing this, she was very precise in her punches and outsmarted the reckless Helen in the first few rounds.
Even when Helen had success it didn't last long in those rounds, which is why she had to adapt and change things up before she simply got knocked out clean by her opponent.
It took till round 6 before Nicola showed any faults, she was caught with a lucky shot it could be argued to her nose that bloodied it, suddenly Helen had an opening to work from after being so frustrated up to that point.
The barrage of jabs Helen started to land on that bloody nose and a cut that formed under the redheads eye really turned things around.
In the seventh she finally able to score a knockdown, which Nicola looked badly rocked from as she stood back up, uppercuts drove Nicola back and a hook finished the job as she fell into the ropes clean knocked out.
I'll give Helen admitting that wasn't her best performance, I have seen fighters ignore frankly diabolical performances, she has to work on her temper as it caused her massive issues early on and as I said a punch I will call lucky changed the action in her favour, before that she was going to be routed on the scorecards.
She called out the BBU bantamweight champion Helen Flanagan, who I might add still has to get past one of her toughest challenges in Doda, it is too early after this for her to be calling out top talent like that.
But I hear Kimberley Walsh and Shona McGraty have been looking for a pop at the loud mouth blonde, those two would certainly be great fights for her to build up towards a fight with whoever the champion is by next year.
While I do feel sorry for Nicola, I urge young boxers in the celebrity game to watch her technique, she is so smooth in her movements that it's a shame that she hasn't the power to go with it.
I hope Nicola can find some form but I don't see her ever being a champion, she is still dangerous though so shouldn't be seen as easy pickings by rookies yet.
That's all we have time for; thank you to everyone who took the time to read these posts and I hope it was fun, we will be back next Sunday as usual.
