Part 1: Izabel Goulart vs Belen Rodriguez This had major title contention involved; the winner earned a shot at the next PPV against the BBU lightweight champion, held currently by Alessandra Ambrosio.
Over two months ago this fight was first discussed as simply put, these two women can't stay each other, put in the same room I don't think they could help but end up fighting.
As you'd expect both discussed how they were the better woman and going to the big title fight, the interesting part though was Belen complained about the venue.
This fight was help on the Copacabana beach, with Izabel and Alessandra are both from Brazil, Belen felt it was a conspiracy to stack the odds against her and get an all Brazilian title fight.
They both started off well; Izabel scoring points with her aggression compared to the more silky looking boxing skills of Belen on show, you could have argued either Izabel won the round or a draw.
After that round though it became a schooling for Izabel; Belen showed greater skills to outwork Izabel when needed on the inside, her footwork allowed her to out box the Brazilian at range and her jab was simply a thing of beauty.
Izabel tried to change things up as the fight got into the fifth, the saying about horses already bolting was perfect for that moment, Belen simply caught her out with a nasty hook across her nose that hurt Goulart.
Belen would finish the job in the sixth with an absolute brutal finish, it wasn't for those who don't like blood, Izabel's bloody nose took a beating as blood was knocked onto the referees shirt, a hook turned her lights out in front of a truly stunned crowd.
It has to be said this was a massive statement win for Belen, she showed Alessandra she is going to be coming hard for that title, if she can have another performance like this then the title will be changing hands.
Izabel on the other hand looked lost from the second round onwards; Belen was just too smooth a fighter for Izabel to trouble, maybe showing once and for all that she won't reach that elite level, at least not without a major step up in her skills.

Part 2: Inna vs Michelle Keegan After Inna got back into the win column last month with a let's say not entirely fair strategy, Michelle had put forth the challenge for this fight that Inna grabbed with both hands.
Now Michelle is a former champion and a woman I dub part of the "Dynasty Four" of the BBU with Cheryl Cole, Samia Ghadie and Jenna Louise Coleman, people I class as the elite flyweights of nearly the last decade.
Inna on the other hand has always been a tough test for anyone, nice skills and tough as nails, problem is she has never had that major scalp on her record, coming short in some major fights through her career.
At the bell it looked like Michelle was simply going to out box Inna, drilling her silky jabs right into the face of the Romanian, who was swinging too wildly to really land out of frustration.
It took a low blow to change the tide in the third round, the referees in the BBU really need to be tested before being put in the ring, this one was distracted by Inna's friend Alexandria outside the ring.
After that point Michelle couldn't stop the wrath of Inna, who simply beat her from pillar to post round after round, Michelle showing her toughness to even stay in the fight.
But by round seven she simply couldn't stay up and was knocked out by Inna, who just pounded her across the face, the referee should have stepped in but as already described the referee shouldn't officiate ever again.
I won't go into the post fight details, I'd need an entire show to untangle the story there of whose fighting who in future, who kissed whose feet, etc.
The main point I have is that Inna yes got a massive name on her record, the way she did it though isn't what I and I bet many of her fans want to see from her, she is taking the easy way to victories.
The reality is that Michelle looks to slick for her, Michelle is probably down beat right now but she should take heart that she had to be cheated to be defeated, she in my eyes would most likely have beaten Inna if the ease of the opening rounds were anything to go by.

Part 3: Carla Ossa vs Raica Oliveira On the same card as the lightweight title eliminator; we got another Latin grudge match, as Carla and Raica both exchanged words before the fight which certainly heated the action up straight from the off.
Raica actually shoved the referee aside and swung for Carla, that probably should have earned a warning but I am guessing A) with it being in Raica's hometown the referee didn't want the crowd getting upset and B) would you want to pull a hot blooded fighter back when they are swinging hard shots.
The opening round was not for the purists, it was exciting as hell though as both women hammering hard shots into their opponent, they weren't landing with the greatest of precision, when they did land though you could hear the crack of leather.
Which is why you shouldn't be surprised that in the second Raica was put down with an uppercut, the crowd roaring their displeasure I can tell you, gamely she was up and ready to go again.
To show how personal this fight was for both women, Raica actually lost a point for an attempted muay Thai style knee to the body, the referee deserves praise for doing there job and stopping it happening, so other referees in the BBU could learn something.
The big thing though was Carla didn't seem able to take the aggression of Raica, the Brazilian was relentless in her attacks, especially targeting the tits of Ossa to make her cry out as JMD style fighting wasn't what she signed up for.
In the fifth things come to a head as Carla trying to show her grit, walked straight into a nasty hook, more followed and in the end one hook too many sent the gumshield flying one way, Carla dropping to the sand out cold to the other side.
This was a massive win for Raica; whose record isn't the greatest but she took the undefeated streak of Carla, showing an aggressive side that should do her well in future, though adding boxing skills and not muay Thai might be wise too.
Meanwhile Carla got shown up that if she is bullied she wilts under the pressure, her coaching team need to teach her how to use an opponent's aggression against them with slick counter punching, though her own temper played a part in this defeat too.

Final Part: An interview with Melinda Messenger (Michelle Joy Phelps is sitting in the office of the This is Glamour stable, across a desk is Melinda smiling as she takes a drink of coffee)
Michelle: hey guys; I am honoured to be sitting in the Glamour stable office with my guest this week, the legendary Melinda Messenger.
Melinda: thank you for giving me time to speak my mind. (Winking at Melissa)
Michelle: so I have to start off by asking; what got you into being a manager?
Melinda: well there were a few reasons, the main one was that some of the fighters down below were asking for my advice on the sport, while it has to be said most of my boxing career involved me let's say shirtless, I do have knowledge of the BBU and FCBA, so I helped out as best I could.
When it really gained traction was when girls like Kelly Brook and Lucy Pinder asked me if I could manage them, I got this office and look at us now!
We have had titles and we have talents other stables wish they could have, I feel like we are still growing too with younger fighters like Kelly Hall coming through.
Michelle: I have to ask and I hope this isn't a bad question, but it is known that you and the Page Threes manager Samantha Fox are old enemies, did it have anything to do with you making a stable?
Melinda: haha it probably did have something to make me say yes to the girls, me and Samantha were friendly at one point but as we became bigger stars I know I saw her as a rival and she clearly did me.
It's one of those secret stories right that me and Samantha boxed each other for a few wealthy men in London, I can't say if that is true but I can tell you me and Samantha have had a few rucks over the years, she is tough I'll give her that.
Michelle: so with the cougar division being formed in America, would you fight Samantha?
Melinda: that grin you have tells the story about that, maybe ten or fifteen years ago if you said we'd love a grudge fight between us I'd say yes, but nobody wants to see us fight now.
I am not saying I wouldn't maybe have one fight for fun, now I run a stable full of women who need me focused on doing my job for them, for me to be focused else where would be me failing that, same with Samantha for that matter, I'll happily stick to trading words with her I think haha.
Melissa: OK so what's the future of your stable? As you have said you have some big named stars, are you looking for any new faces?
Melinda: managers always are babe, if we don't then your stable gets old and that isn't what we will let happen as long as I am around.
Look women like Kelly Brook and Lacey Banghard are two faces of our stable, they have held titles and I feel they bring eyes to our group.
But they need challenging from the fighters below them, that may mean cutting people if they prove ineffective at that job, there are plenty of models coming up who'd love their spots.
Michelle: on Kelly Brook; she has been quiet since losing the BBU JMDD title to Kate Upton, can you give us an update on Kelly?
Melinda: all I can really say is we have given her the month off, right now I hear she is sunbathing on a beach recharging the battery's.
Which she deserves to after having a great run over the past two years, I hear you guys call her the Renaissance woman due to her amazing up turn in form.
She will come back as strong and I am sure she will show any doubters that she is the woman to beat around here and America, just give her time.
Michelle: we wish her the best, final question is simply do you see this stable becoming the dominant stable in the BBU?
Melinda: I obviously hope so but that is going to be one hell of a task, you have some amazing fighters at amazingly run stables around the BBU.
Maybe it is selfish but as long as we do better then the Page 3 stable, then I am happy enough, we can grow from that point on to bigger things but being better then Fox, that is something to smile about.
Michelle: thank you for your time, sadly that is all we have time for this week.
Melinda: thank you for making the trip here; always happy to give you guys time.
Michelle: as always we thank you guys and gals for taking the time to read these posts, hopefully we see you next Sunday for the next edition of the Real View.

Huh? Lucy & Kelly asked you about coming over? Like no way in hell! You PAID them so they could backstab me and leave our beloved P3 camp! These girls really like some money but that was one simple theft! Grr... Not gonna mention how I whupped your ass sooo many times, huh? I owned your goofy ass everywhere! Boxing, oil wrestling, you name it! Watch out Melinda because maybe it's time for a proper P3 vs TIG stable war really soon! Over and not out!
