Part 1: BBU JMDD title preview As was announced last Wednesday, the BBU JMDD title will be defended by Kate Upton for the first time, she has given Alice Goodwin the chance to take the diamond encrusted bra in what should be a war.
I have heard bits from both fighters coming into the contest, I can tell you there is some spice to this fight, with them having a point to prove to the other over whose the better woman.
Let's go over the fights; first up is Alice Goodwin, she is most famous for being a page three legend, in the ring she has had a few stables but has settled very nicely in the Chimera stable run by Stephanie McMahon.
With that backing has come a new edge to Alice's game, Charlize Theron coaching you will certainly help as Alice has added better technique to her raw power approach, meaning she looks more comfortable using jabs and combinations then just outright swinging for the fences as she tended to do in the past.
It should also be noted that she came second in the Contender six tournament earlier this year; only Bo Krsmanovic could stop her, that's our BBU welterweight champion and the winner of said tournament, so she has definitely shown improvement.
But she is facing the woman who dubs herself the Queen of female celebrity boxing, Kate Upton has been a major force in this sport since debuting in 2011, she might be the fighter of the decade!
When she isn't modeling around the world, she has won three FCBA welterweight titles, is the current FCBA JMDD champion and is the BBU JMDD champ of course, being only the second ever fighter to hold a BBU and FCBA championship in a division at the same time.
That leads to the big question on everyone's mind, can Alice overcome Kate on Wednesday? But the question should be can Alice finally turn up on the big stage to win?
She has had three title fights in her career, all ended with her failing to capture the title, with first Charlotte McKinney in 2016 stopping her claiming the FCBA title, followed by Hayley Atwell last year for the BBU JMDD title and ending with Tanhee Atkinson beating her to keep the FCBA welterweight title.
Alice has all the tools to be a champion, she showed us all the year she debuted how tough she was when Katy Perry and her went to war over ten rounds in a classic, so what is holding her back claiming a title?
This will be the biggest mountain she has had to climb though, Kate is a first ballot future hall of famer, a real legend that is I firmly believe really just entering her prime! That's a scary thought but one Goodwin needs to overcome for her own legacy.

Part 2: BBU lightweight title preview Rochelle Humes will be seeking to win her second BBU lightweight title this Wednesday against the seemingly all conquering champ Alessandra Ambrosio, here's our preview of their backgrounds and what we think you can expect.
So far there has only been a few words exchanged in the build up to the fight, it is telling that they seem a lot more focused on training then the media side of building this fight up.
You can say with good reason; as said above Rochelle is a former champion, she won the belt back in 2011, ironically it was an October when that happened, is that an omen that history will repeat itself.
Now it has to be said that Rochelle went to America to fight in the FCBA the past few years, an experience that frankly was terrible for her, not winning a right while there.
Since returning to the BBU after a break, she earned this title shot by winning her two comeback fights, a first round knockout against Jessica Michibata and a doctor stoppage in the fourth round against Yasmin Verheijen shows how dangerous she can be at her best.
The champion Alessandra Ambrosio though is now on her eighth title defence in a historic title reign, she became the first person to hold a BBU and FCBA title at the same time, though she only holds the BBU title right now, while being on a unbeaten in the BBU of thirteen straight wins.
But there is an issue for the champ, just this past Friday she fought Emily DiDonato on the latest FCBA PPV, losing by a sixth round knockout that will surely have some effect on her.
It means that Alessandra will likely be going for the finish early in this title fight; the longer it goes, the better it is for the younger fresher fighter.
Rochelle will try to use her speed and power to overwhelm the model I believe, hope to pressure her opponent into a mistake so we will hear "and new champion" across the arena.
For Alessandra she can't doubt herself going into this fight, in my eyes she needs to get at Rochelle early and make the challenger doubt herself, if she let's Rochelle off the hook early it only spells disaster for Ambrosio.
So will Alessandra retain the title or can Rochelle claim the title for a second time in her career? This could turn out to be a classic if everything falls into place.

Part 3: Nadine Coyle vs Chelsee Healey This fight opened the week with a bang, neither woman has been pulling up trees let's say the past few years, so of course they saw the other as a launch pad to thrust their careers back into the limelight.
There were doubts over the fitness of Chelsee, who of course for those that don't know, had a child several months ago, had losing all that baby weight really got her back to where she was or was she going to struggle in this bout?
She admitted that it might be an issue at first, but didn't see Nadine as any kind of threat to her, seeing this as a tune up fight, which let's say even with Nadine's record, there are easier tune ups in the world of celebrity boxing.
All the while it has to be said that Nadine seemed more interested in Cheryl Cole then Chelsee, anyone who knows them knows they would fist fight if in the same area, surely she should have been totally focused on the opponent in front of her though.
The opening rounds saw Nadine use her greater reach to her advantage, boxing back her opponent to the outside of the ring, she couldn't seem to land her power shots though, instead usually missing before earning a body beating in reply.
Then Chelsee started to show off her mobility, dodging punches coming from the more aggressive Nadine, who did have success in the fourth round, for the most part though it was the actress coming out on top of exchanges.
While not the most exciting fight to watch, Chelsee was showing great patience, especially compared to the more swing happy Coyle, who was taking shots too cleanly to the body for an of her fans liking.
Leading to eighth round, the finish came as Chelsee landed a picture perfect right to the solar plexus; Nadine was badly hurt, Chelsee pounded her face bloody till Nadine fell to her knees and was counted out.
Things started OK for Nadine, she controlled the ring with her reach, once Chelsee found a game plan that worked though, Nadine had no answer for it, something she needs to do in future.
Meanwhile Chelsee is talking about JMD fighting, I think she can be successful but I hope she understands that counter punching in JMD seems to be harder to do, she will be pressed back and will need to show her toughness to win fights.
Fitness wise though this was a great workout for her, Chelsee got rounds under her belt, showed she doesn't seem to have much ring rust and got the win, not much more you can ask for as a returning fighter, who looks to have a bright future.

Final Part: Abbey Crouch vs Alexina Graham Thursday night saw the debut of Alexina Graham, the Victoria Secret Angel has had a fast rise in the last two years on the catwalk, she will be hoping that her boxing has as quick a rise.
Across the ring from her was Abbey Crouch, whose one of those stories of a good start to her career, then has slumped ever since, only winning four times in nineteen attempts.
There were questions around how long will the Kear's Kat's put up with Abbey losing, but they didn't seem too bothered in that, which begs the question how motivated Abbey really is with that background.
When these two locked up; it was a slow start for both, leading to not the most exciting opening round you could see, Abbey you could say did enough to take it by being a little more aggressive.
After that though Alexina started to have more success, maybe nerves had got to her early, as she grew in confidence that was when she started to show off her skills.
Abbey couldn't deal with the hand speed of the taller fighter, leading to first Abbeys mouth being bloodied, then her nose got busted up by a nasty right hook that would lead towards the end.
By the fifth round Abbey was left way too open, it could be argued that Gail Kim in her corner should have threw the towel in, Alexina stopped the need for it by knocking out Abbey to the delight of her fans in the arena.
It was a good debut for Alexina, obviously as we see her in the ring more and her level of opposition rises, let's see how far she can go.
Alexina's training in boxing before taking it up in the BBU will be a big help, though with the amount of celebrities who do fight training before going to the BBU/FCBA means it hasn't the advantage it once did.
Meanwhile Abbey has plenty of problems she has to worry about, I think the Kear's have clearly given up on her doing much in her career now, she has to decide whether to stay with her stable or maybe move on to push herself to try to get out this slump.
