This week we have a battle of youth versus experience, Sophia Bush and Demi Rose Mawby want your votes, the scenario you have to think about is who do you believe would win in a JMD rules fight between these two beautiful women?
Without further ado let's start with Sophia, the American actress has been boxing since all the way back in 2005, where she defeated her former One Tree Hill costar Bethany Jo Lenz.
Since then Sophia has mixed fighting traditional fights, JMD and even had a box car fight that isn't an official fight but it did big numbers at the time and was ahead of the curve you could say with bare knuckle boxing becoming popular lately.
In official fights she has fought the likes of Hayden Panettiere, Jessica Alba, Scarlett Johansson, her biggest rival though right now is Jenna Louise Coleman, someone I wouldn't mention to her unless you want to ruin her day.
Her style has morphed with age and fully becoming a bantamweight, Sophia now relies on getting to the inside to work, it doesn't mean her fundamentals have diminished, she still has a potent jab to set up hooks.
Her biggest weakness though is she isn't the quickest across the boards, which has seen her be outboxed on the outside by those with a longer reach now, while she also has a suspect chin when really tested.
Now to the stunning Brummie model Demi, who has graced Instagram, newspapers and magazines, while modelling around the world, she made her debut in 2017 in a JMD fight against Vicki Lloyd, who she bashed out in five rounds.
While Demi boxes mostly in America now, she was a home grown BBU girl for her first year, fighting the likes of former BBU JMD champion Gemma Merna and beating the former Hollyoaks star.
Since then she has quickly complied a list of top fighters on her record, Bella Thorne, Jessica Lowndes, she has fought and beat Hayden too, though the woman she hates the most is Demi Lovato, maybe partly because of first names, maybe because they are very similar in builds, leading to a natural rival.
Demi is seen by many as the now prototype JMD fighter, she is compact and powerful, enjoys scrapping with her opponent's on the inside, with her smaller frame allowing her to dominate those exchanges, she has also proven to have a great engine, going ten rounds several times.
Like Sophia though she isn't a speedster across the boards, with her smaller reach then most that leads to her getting caught coming in.
