Part 1: BBU flyweight title fight We got a treat on Friday night of a title fight that has been brewing for a month, Michelle Keegan looked to win another BBU flyweight title in her career against the hard hitting champion Zara Holland.
When Zara became the champion she set out an open challenge to any top flyweight to come fight her, up stepped the perennial contender Michelle with simple words "I will fight you" that set off in motion a fight that had the BBU world buzzing to see if the skills of Keegan could take down the juggernaut that is Holland.
At the bell both came out roaring, fists were well and truly flying as neither wanted to back down to the other, not a smart strategy by Michelle as Zara was winning the exchanges, simply too powerful and strong for the veteran that early on.
Things got worse for Michelle as a few clean cross punches set her on her backside in the second, some swelling on her face as including myself, everyone watching at ringside was shocked how dominant Holland was being.
Whoever told Keegan to go out fighting like that had made a tactical error, Zara simply was bulldozing her challenger, making the former champion look like a punch bag for fun, putting her down again in the third with raw power bloodying the nose of Keegan.
Who gamely fought on into the fourth, arguably her corner should have threw the towel in as there was no Cinderella comeback, Michelle was knocked unconscious by hooks, she looked a real mess as she went down.
This was simply domination and proof that Zara is going to be scary for a lot of fighters, she has the power and speed to beat any fighter in our eyes in the works at this weight, whoever defeats her may become a legend in their own right.
We have heard rumours that Zara might be defending the title on this months PPV too, seems she really wants that top pound for pound slot too here, along with making a statement to the division that she is going to run through it.
For Michelle, well she is a first ballot future hall of famer when the time comes, at thirty three though after a hard career it is worrying to see her in this state, hopefully it isn't going to be a sign of the rest of her career but sadly we see it in a lot of sports where a super talented youngster breaks down in their early thirties.

Part 2: Samia Ghadie vs Nikki Sanderson For the second time in recent months these two beauties stepped into the ring together, years of fighting over sexiest actress in a soap and boyfriends has festered a real hatred between these two stunning women over a decade, not helped by the fact they used to work together.
The first time around Samia knocked out Nikki in six rounds, surprisingly if the stories are to be believed, Samia was the one angling for the rematch, I was told about some rumours how it happened but I won't repeat what I heard.
Anyway these two rivals looked ready before the bell even rung to tear their gloves off and simply batter the other bare fisted, if looks could kill and all that, trust me for those who think rivalries in celebrity boxing are as fake as some in pro boxing, you should be around these women at PPV after parties to see the looks exchanged and the things I can't repeat that happen.
Surprisingly as they kicked off it was all Samia through the first three minutes, Nikki was subdued as she simply guarded herself while at most throwing since punches in turn, maybe going for the old rope-a-dope style that made a certain "Greatest Ever" famous.
The second saw Nikki take more risks as Samia left her head open to counter punches, the younger fighter got Samia riled up as she kept knocking her back, showing there might be some strategy to what she was doing.
Though that seemed to be thrown out the window in the third when Ghadie got back on top, Sanderson was on her bum with a nice jab followed by a straight into her beautiful face, Nikki was up at seven looking thankful when the bell rang to end the round.
If you thought the early rounds were topsy turvy, things didn't settle down as Nikki actually recovered quite well to batter back Samia, who looked shocked as again her left eyebrow was split open, with the fifth seeing Ghadie knocked down, before the referee stepped in to save Samia from more punishment.
It was clear as day that Nikki wanted to knock out Samia clean, tied now at one win a piece, will Nikki be begging for a third fight to finally settle this? I haven't a clue as I don't want to get into the politics of all that.
What I will say is at this stage in their careers, arguably other then a few other BBU veterans, this is the biggest fight for both women, though by the comments we have been getting both could be set to become punch bags for the new class of fighters coming through, it's a shame but that's what happens as we have seen with true greats.

Part 3: Lucy Fallon vs Helen Flanagan Show business I have to admit is funny to me, though that might be because nobody has tried to replace me yet, when I hear stories of how one fighter who used to be the big fresh faced star gets jealous of the new shiny prospect, it does make me happy I never had the skills to become an actor in such a cut throat business.
Case in point Lucy and Helen, of course for Coronation Street fans and of early BBU fans, Helen was the new face that was going to be a major star, maybe stories of her wanting to mud wrestle fellow celebrities at the time like Luisa Zissman didn't help her cause, as proven in the past two years she has struck gold in the BBU after being a prospect for so long.
Lucy meanwhile is the latest Coronation Street actress with big things planned like Hollywood, if Michelle Keegan (the last person with that tag) is anything to go by, she maybe needs to look slightly lower with her options to build her résumé, in her boxing career she is seen as a future champion amongst soap experts that bet on Helen to do the same about a decade ago.
So of course these two have beef, rumours on set that Helen used to try to bully Lucy because she was scared of her future star power have of course been rubbished by Flanagan, neither disputes they hate the other though.
The early odds would go with the former champion, who maybe brought into them as she was boxed back quite easily by the youngster, Helen not exactly giving her all it has to be said in the opening two rounds, looking a little too cocky for her own good.
Things did not get better for the veteran as in the third she took a knee after a hard hook hit her square under the armpit, I have spoken to fighters before about that happening and it hurts like hell due to the nerves in there, Helen was up at six looking down right miserable.
Then came the classic rookie mistake, Fallon was off her stool like a rocket in the four, trying to end the night early but walking into powerful shots from Flanagan, who might not be one of the fastest punchers in the bantamweight division but she hits like a mule.
That mistake would cost Lucy in the end as in the fifth round she was battered into a corner before being put down for a count of eight, while she showed toughness to stand up, Helen pounded her till the referee had seen enough and thankfully ended the punishment of the youngster before she seriously got hurt.
Hopefully this is a learning fight for Lucy, she has some great skills for someone still very young, if she is to fulfil her potential her management needs to give her a few mid range fighters and not dump her in the elite barrel quite yet.
For Helen she should be proud in the end she showed her class, only thing is and I might get an earful for this, she was too cocky to start in my eyes and if she does that when Lucy is more seasoned, well it won't end the same way, I don't see this feud over by a long way.

Final Part: Caroline Austin vs Raffaella Modugno We finish this weeks show by ironically going to the beginning of the weeks action, two hard hitting welterweights fought it out as Australia's Caroline Austin battled the Italian Raffaella Modugno in what was tipped to be a great fight for both.
Raffaella is the latest Italian prospect to join the BBU, at thirty two years old in some ways it is hard to call her a prospect but damn has she hit the BBU hard, knocking out Peta Todd and Abbey Crouch to start off her career on the right foot in dominant displays.
In her way trying to take her undefeated record was the once hottest prospect in the welterweight division Caroline, whose form in the Contender Six tournament two years ago showed maybe she stepped up too soon.
When the fight begun it was Caroline who cams out strong, dancing up on her toes firing out her jab, showing some of the skills that had made her such a highly rated prospect at one time, Raffaella though showed some of the power from her back foot that has gotten her so much acclaim so far.
While the second again showed Caroline could maybe out work Raffaella at range, she couldn't keep her back as the Italian started to walk her down more, both landing some hard shots as the aura of Modugno started to grow.
After that second round it became one way traffic as Caroline started to look flustered, her confidence doesn't seem to have recovered since her dismal tournament run, her punches were erratic as she looked desperate in her actions.
That led to the fifth where she simply got smoked by a beautiful left/right combo that send her down to her back, Caroline most likely would have been snoozing for a good while if not for smelling salts as she was out cold!
Another impressive win for Raffaella, who has made it known she wants the former champion Manuela Arcuri to fight her, that should be a great national grudge match for the Italians and the BBU fans when that happens, with we hear other BBU fighters looking closely at this up and coming contender, expect more big fights this year for Modugno.
For Caroline simply put she is in rebuild mode, if she is serious about her career then she needs a few weak opponents to rebuild her confidence, skill wise as shown in the first two rounds she can be dangerous, problem is she seems afraid to get hit now, which leads her to get sloppy and ends up being knocked out in a division you really can't be sloppy in.
That's all we have time for folks, thank you to everyone who took the time to read these posts, we hope you enjoyed them, next Sunday the next edition will be up so keep your eyes open for that.
