Part 1: Jennifer Metcalfe vs Vicky Pattison We kicked off the week with a unique bout for the BBU, in a field in Yorkshire a feud that has been going on the past few years entered it's third chapter, with the humiliation of the body saddle for the defeated woman.
Jennifer and Vicky were tied with one win a piece, over those two fights they had learnt that they didn't care one bit for each other, with plenty of shoving, sneaky low blows and insults being exchanged between them in those fights.
Both went into this ring with hate in their eyes, flying out the traps at the bell in what was a taster of what was to come, both women lashing in hard shots, shoving each other, it was an ill tempered affair as this meant a lot to them.
One would get on top of things before the control switched over, Jennifer was more happy it seed getting into the face of Vicky, while the Geordie was looking to use her extra speed to outwork Jennifer in their exchanges.
Round after round went by with cheeks looking puffy, a little blood was spilled from both fighters as neither could pull away, it took till the sixth round for the first sign of someone taking a big step to victory, Jennifer knocked down Vicky for a count of eight.
Vicky got up and after surviving a charge from Jennifer, she caught out Metcalfe in the eighth to put her down, while Jennifer got up she was mercilessly beaten till the referee stopped the fight, causing Jennifer to suffer the indignation of the body saddle, which we are sure won't go down well in the Lookout camp.
This was a cracking back and forth affair with two women who seem built to fight each other, the fact they hate each others guts adds to the spectacle, expect more of these two sharing a ring together in future till one finally can cement they are superior.
With this win Vicky has to be back on the path to the title again after Daisy Ridley defeated her in April, a few more wins like this and it will be hard to ignore her in the long run in this division.

Part 2: Una Healy vs Sophia Thomalla This was the main event from Friday nights card, the former champion Una like a veteran gunslinger hoping to shoot down the hopes of the rising star Sophia, BBU bantamweight champion Charlotte Church would have probably been watching this one the most closely of the fights that night with both likely contenders for her title.
Before the fight things were tense between the fighters, Una was wanting to prove a point as she told the press that Sophia's kick boxing training wouldn't help her, the fact that Sophia was undefeated after five fights didn't faze her, so much so that Una wouldn't touch gloves with the German actress.
At the bell Una tried to lay the groundwork to victory right away by charging at Sophia, who stayed patient during the first two rounds, using her footwork and a staunch defence, while Una won those rounds by pure work rate, the hint of what was to come was there.
In the third Sophia finally pulled her trigger, blasting Healy across her breasts to start, then as the former "Saturday's" singer dropped her guard, Thomalla pounded her across the face with cross punches that had her coach Gina Wild smirking with glee, seeing the legend be smacked around like a human punch bag.
Una tried her best in the fourth to get back on the front foot, Sophia though wasn't showing her any respect at that point, simply smacking down Una first with a left then a right hook, while Una battled to her feet, soon enough an uppercut ended the night with Healy staring at the lights wondering what hit her.
This was a great statement win for Sophia, she never looked in trouble against arguably the greatest bantamweight in BBU history, she was patient with her attacks, waiting for an opportunity to really hurt Healy and boy did she take it!
Una meanwhile continues to now be a gatekeeper, the once indomitable champion has by the looks of it had too many wars, she still has the power and smarts to take out an opponent who doesn't pass the litmus test that is her, with her speed waning and her punch resistance starting to go, sadly Una will need to reinvent herself if she is to ever be a contender again.

Part 3: Doda vs Sara Carbonero With the Euros now starting up with Poland and Spain in the same group, of course it was fitting we had a clash of two stunning women from those countries on Friday night, Doda is a former champion taking on a tough up and coming contender in Sara.
There were a few fireworks verbally before the fight as Doda made it known as only she can her feelings towards her opponent, Sara showed no fear as she fired back the insults to show this wasn't going to be a friendly affair by any stretch.
Sara flew out the blocks to drive back Doda, she nearly caused an early wardrobe malfunction in the first round with an uppercut to the breasts of the Pole, who looked rattled by the phone booth style fighting of Carbonero, who was neutralizing the power of the former champion.
In the third Doda finally found her range, she rattled Sara with her swinging hooks, once her elbows were able to stretch the brash singer was forcing Sara to go on the defensive, evening the scores up by the end of the fourth round to the delight of her corner crew.
But in the fifth we got a shocking ending to the fight, Doda got reckless wanting to pound out her rival with hooks, a solar plexus shot hurt her, then more leather into her face caused a cut before she was knocked down, Doda got up to more heavy leather, thankfully for her the referee stopped the fight with Doda a mess.
This is a massive win for Sara that should put her on the map in only her seventh fight, she looked crisp with her punches and was smart to not give Doda room, if you can stop the singer loading up on her punches then you take part of what makes her one of the best in all the BBU, Sara should be rated in the unofficial top ten bantamweights now.
For Doda well it's another painful defeat, whether it was overconfidence when she was on top or maybe another sign of her temper getting the better of her, she is still a force in the division when at her best but are we starting to see those issues take center stage more then her qualities?

Final Part: Emma Rigby vs Vera Brezhneva Looking at these two fighters records you'd say they are on opposite sides of the bantamweight spectrum, Emma has always been known as potential that is still searching for elite status, Vera has flirted with that elite bracket but keeps being knocked out of it.
So the odds were on Vera to win but lately Emma has been finding on a little run, hinting that maybe there is something finally coming of her career, though you feel like another bad performance could be around the corner, was this going to be where that performance come in?
The first thee rounds were all on Vera's side of the scorecard, she was in top form to bash Emma into her face, leading to a knockdown in the third round that made it seem like it was going to be one of those horrible nights for Rigby.
But things turned around as that knockdown seemed to wake up Emma, she started to use her footwork to dodge then set up her uppercuts, Vera looked a little shocked at this blonde spitfire suddenly coming out her shell.
Pushing around the Ukrainian stunner, Emma shocked the crowd and myself in the sixth, landing a brutal right hook to the chin of Vera, sending the gumshield flying as Vera went down to the canvas out cold, absolutely amazing ending to the fight!
I've been talking to other pundits and we all agree that Emma is one of the most exciting fighters to watch, she can be brutally knocked out, land brutal knockout punches, win fights comfortably and throw victory away, win fights from behind, you don't know what you will get from her, is she now a contender? Its hard to tell, though results are finally going her way.
For Vera this had to be a sickening blow, winning so comfortably in those first three rounds, mentally it was clearly hard for her to adapt when the fight started to turn, on a night she'd probably have loved to have mocked Doda over her defeat, instead both have to go back to the drawing board to fix issues highlighted in their fights.
That's all we have time for folks, thanks for everyone who has taken the time to read these posts, hopefully you enjoyed them, we will be back next Sunday morning for the next edition of the Real View.

Excuse me but how in the world is Una Healy called the greatest bantamweight in BBU history? I can understand Alesha Dixon being the most popular - she goes down on her knees so often no wonder she's popular - but guess I have to challenge Una for a fight soon! I never beat her before so I'll have to close that loophole on my Hall of Fame record!
