Part 1: BBU flyweight title fight It was a battle of the singers for the flyweight title on the last PPV, Jade Ewen challenging Ewelina Lisowska main evented the card, Jade arguably the best flyweight in the BBU never to hold gold, was last Wednesday the night she finally grabbed the title?
Heading into the bout both did show a level of respect to the others talent, along with some sniping of course, Jade claiming she was the biggest challenge for the champion, while Ewelina basically called Jade a bully; who only won against those fighters she could control around the ring.
After the talk it was down to business, Ewelina started the fight off impressively behind her jab, peppering the challenger with her movement giving Jade trouble, with Jade looking annoyed as she returned to her corner at the end of the first round.
What was Jade's answer to the champion? Well she got in close to her, using her own wonderful body shots to bully back Lisowska, who wasn't looking so hot when being pressed back towards the ropes, short uppercuts started to come in to knock Ewelina's head back to really make the dominant champion look human.
By the fourth it was looking like Ewen might smash through Ewelina, the Polish singer showed she could adapt, roughing up Jade when she got in close with elbows pressed into her chest, there looked a missed headbutt to the chest to the English fighter by the referee as Jade wasn't pleased one bit.
That change of tactic started to bare fruit till in the end Jade got caught with an uppercut that rocked her in the seventh, then a clean shot to the body sent her down for the count to end a very spirited fight between these two elite fighters, I'd pay to see them fight again down the road.
Jade of course will feel horrible that for the second time she has not grabbed her chance at the title, at least this time she can say she gave a strong account of herself as her first attempt showed none of the skills that make her so dangerous, maybe it will never happen again sadly for her but third time might be the charm for Ewen someday.
Meanwhile Ewelina is just so hard to beat, only former champion Zara Holland has been able to do it, she is rugged tough, has impressive skills and has a strong power hitting base to make her truly elite, we know who she is fighting next, we'll reveal that later in today's show.

Part 2: BBU JMDD title fight The second title fight on the PPV card was between challenger Christine McGuiness and Bethany Lily April for the JMDD title, this was drama filled before a punch had even been thrown, with only three months ago Christine being robbed for the title off Tamara Ecclestone, Bethany a month after would win the title herself off Tamara, so was the true champion?
See Christine belittled Bethany's title win, claiming she deserved the diamond encrusted bra a hell of a lot more, Bethany while at first tried to be respectful, as it got nearer fight night she got angrier over the insults until she lashed back how Christine simply wasn't good enough and was making excuses.
As you can guess the temperature between them on fight night was frosty, there looked some extra tension in Christine's shoulders as she was beaten back by Bethany in the opening round, the challenger struggling to take the heat.
Changing up her tactics to use her impressive footwork, Christine showed her class to score first blood in the fight with a hard knockdown of the champion, a right hook sent Bethany to her side, with the Page Three model getting to understand why her predecessor had so much trouble with McGuiness herself.
Understandably that gave Christine confidence, Bethany wasn't going to go away that easily, with April using her power to push back McGuiness, they started to brawl more on the inside which favoured the champion more.
Leading into the sixth when Christine got hammered to the body, a liver shot took the fight out of her till she went down for the count of nine, while she was up she got beaten back till the referee saved her by stepping in to stop the fight, more heartbreak from Christine!
Who twice has looked very impressive in title fights, she just can't seem to find that extra piece to get the title itself, right now it's back to the drawing board before hopefully going for the title once again, she'll be hoping she hasn't missed her chance at glory.
While we got major news afterward, Kate Upton strolled out to the ring to get into Bethany's face, two of the best in JMDD right now facing off, as we now know both women will face off for the title later this month on PPV, can Bethany retain the title and keep her undefeated streak against very well the best JMDD fighter period?

Part 3: Hailey Clauson vs Behati Prinsloo The welterweight division has been heating up with contenders as the champion tries her luck in the Diamond Boxing Tournament, two such women fought on the PPV, fact these two blondes clearly dislike each other just added to the drama.
The verbal warfare begun as soon as they sat down at the press event, Behati called out Hailey not being a star in her stable, while Hailey pointed out that her opponent had been cut from two stables, as you can guess that was some of the friendlier verbal exchanges.
A lax guard from Behati led to early issues for the Namibian fighter, Hailey wasn't there to play games as she punched her way through the older woman's face, round one firmly went to Clauson as she bullied Prinsloo around the ring.
But round two saw Behati change things up, boxing well behind her jab, working to the body when she saw openings as she worked her range better, Hailey showing frustration as she swung hooks that found thin air.
This fight would go back and forth as shown in the fourth, an uppercut rocked Prinsloo before another put her down onto her back, Behati would get up at eight and found herself under fire right away from Hailey, who wanted to punish her.
One round later and Behati showed she still was aware of how to hurt Hailey, finding counter opportunities and taking them to knock back the aggressive Clauson, who ended up getting bullied back herself as Prinsloo wanted to make up for being put down.
The topsy turvy fight finally come to an end in the seventh, Behati tried to take the fight to Hailey, getting hurt though by the American, who would sent her down again, when Prinsloo got up, she got hammered back till the referee stepped in, Behati being saved from herself.
Hailey has always been one of the top contenders in the division, she has to be one at the front of the line for a title shot, though there is also Alexina Graham, Josephine Skriver also won on the card, with several other top fighters, it is becoming a packed field and Damaris Lewis is coming back to a minefield of top fighters coming for her.

Final Part: Jade Thirlwall vs Leah Perkins This was a fight that had been brewing over the past several weeks, both women winning their past fights and knowing that the trip to the flyweight title, which one of the top contenders moved closer to that goal?
What made it personal between them was the fact that knocked out Leah's sister Mimi, that led to trash talking between these two, Leah promising her sister she would get revenge for her, Jade promising to stop the Leah hype train.
The fight started off hot with both women going at each other hard, Leah got caught with an uppercut that allowed Jade to beat her back to finish the opener on top, the second saw Leah ripping right back through the defences of the English fighter.
Round three was a brawl, neither woman would give an inch to their opponent, with heads nearly clashing, the crowd giving a standing ovation for the girls in the round of the night, though neither girl was happy that they couldn't take control of the action.
Jade looked to have grabbed hold of the fight in the fourth with some nasty body shots, she caused Leah to back off before switching up top, that certainly put a smile on her face as she worked the Aussie back around the ring, showing her greater experience.
As was shown though the person with the greater grit was Leah, who battled through that in the fifth to catch Jade with an uppercut that nearly ended the night as Jade went down and only the ropes seemed to keep her up as she got up, while another two hooks knocked out the singer.
After that result we can announce that Leah will challenge Ewelina for the BBU flyweight title on this months PPV, that should be a hell of a fight between two women who love to be on the front foot, expect great skill along with brawling exchanges in that one.
That's all we have time for folks! Thank you so much to everyone who took the time to read these posts, we hope you enjoyed them, we will be back next Sunday morning for the next edition of the Real View.
