Part 1: Sayaka Isoyama vs Miri Hanai We kicked off the week with an inter stable battle as the Front Street Japan stable seems to have a few issues to sort out, their owner wanted to prove a point by pitting two fighters she hadn't been impressed by against each other, Sayaka Isoyama hadn't won any of her four fights, while Miri Hanai won once in five fights, only one could impress Hamada.
Both stepped into the ring wanting to prove themselves judging by how they looked, the opening round both went toe to toe to start as Hamada watched them, Sayaka looked the crisper puncher at range as she stood back to create space, the smaller Miri was annoyed as she tried to close the distance.
After that though Miri found her way in, using her JMD experience to batter the jugs of her opponent, Sayaka certainly didn't enjoy that, getting backed up around the outside part of the ring, her inside fighting skills were not able to hold off Hanai as she chopped away at the body of Isoyama.
Till by round five Miri had Sayaka groaning out in pain, Sayaka went down to all fours as her liver got hit, Sayaka couldn't beat the count as she was panting, Miri got all the plaudits off her stable mates as Sayaka became the forgotten woman in the equation.
Miri got a confidence boosting win and bragging rights, though it will most likely be JMD where she goes back to, she is a natural JMD fighter and I don't mean because of her physical attributes, though those obviously help her, she goes for an opponent's jugs with real venom.
While Sayaka seemed too timid when her faced with pressure, her future chances of getting a victory are slim, she needs to find a fighting spirit to overcome or she will end up taking more beatings, that's if Hamada allows her back in the ring as she might be now relegated to sparring duty.

Part 2: Jessica Henwick vs Sarah Butler Tuesday night saw the debut of Surrey born actress Jessica Henwick, she has been slowly making a name for herself in America in shows like Game of Thrones and Marvel's Iron Fist, she came home to England to make her debut against horror actress Sarah Butler, who was looking for her first win after making her debut around eighteen months ago in a defeat to Kacey Clarke.
Going into the fight you had an interesting difference of emotions, Jessica was bubbling over with excitement to have her first bout, on the opposite side of the spectrum was Sarah, who was taking it all with a laser focus as a thirty seven she hasn't exactly got a marathon length of a career ahead of her in boxing at a top level, it's either now or never for her.
It was Sarah who kicked off the round the better of the fighters, Jessica looking a little nervous at first with the punches coming her way, being pressed around the outside part of the ring, Sarah was motivated to get that first win on the board.
Jessica started to slow off her skills in the third round, dodging to land some beautiful counter punches, making Sarah have to back off, Sarah having to think about how to combat it without having any tape to go off, so needed to try to pressure her rookie opponent into mistakes.
While that tactic worked for a round, Jessica was able to catch out Sarah, leading to the fifth round where Jessica's speed over her opponent paid off when she put her down with an uppercut, before finishing the job one round later with a nice crisp hook to put Sarah down for the count, earning herself a nice debut victory.
Sarah looks to have some talent but maybe starting as late as she has hampered her chances to really get a win on the board beyond maybe beating one of the career jobbers, she does seem a solid first opponent if you really want to test a fighter out though as Jessica certainly didn't have this fight all her own way.
Which of course talking of the winner, if she can keep her focus then she could make a good run at getting right up the rankings, she has martial arts experience, as we've seen with fighters who have either prior boxing training or forms of martial arts training seem to do well in the celebrity boxing ranks.

Part 3: Lily-Rose Depp vs Rhiannon Fish Now to Friday night where Lily-Rose Depp looked to get her first victory in her career, the youngster had three fights going into this one, losing all comfortably it has to be said, with some pundits including ourselves seeing her as too light to really compete in celebrity boxing, could she prove us wrong?
In the opposite corner was Aussie Rhiannon Fish, who has won plenty of fights unlike Depp, problem has always been consistence, for every great performance she pulls out a stinker isn't far behind it, which has meant gold has never really looked her way, even as she certainly has the raw talent to be a top fighter.
Lily-Rose was the one to kick off the fight on the front foot, while she hasn't the power to threaten anyone, she does have very quick hands, though it also looked like Rhiannon was if you pardon my pun; taking Depp lightly, she wasn't forcing the issue at all in the opened, allowing Lily-Rose to freely move around her.
After a telling off by her coach Melanie "Scary Spice" Brown, Rhiannon decided to take the fight to her opponent, Lily-Rose showed that lack of real sting to her punches as she couldn't hold off Rhiannon for long, body punches flew in from the Aussie, making Depp wince as she certainly didn't enjoy them.
Finally in just the fourth row Lily-Rose found herself being tee'd off on, as she tried to protect her body, an uppercut took her legs out from under her, while Lily-Rose got back to her feet, she was beaten senseless by Fish till the referee thankfully saved Depp from herself, stepping in to stop the fight as Lily-Rose simply couldn't defend herself.
While it isn't a marquee win for Rhiannon at all, she will try to use the confidence gained by this win to hopefully build real momentum, she needs to be more focused as that first round was a good hint why she has never really pushed on from prospect to contender level compared to her Lioness Club stablemates.
Lily-Rose meanwhile has another date in the ring, she has Jorgie Porter wanting to make a statement against her, Jorgie should win that fight with ease, Lily-Rose hasn't the body mass to take blows or to land any with real conviction, maybe with growing older she'll fill out more, till then the punch bag title she has is very much warranted it, in fact if she was less famous she might have had a challenge named after her like Georgie Thompson.

Final Part: prospect watch - Amber Gill So we have a little extra time this week, finished our linear title contenders last week, this week we decided to look at a prospect who deserves having the spotlight placed on them in our eyes, starting off with the Geordie reality star who shockingly hasn't been on Geordie Shore, former Love Island winner Amber Gill is under our spotlight.
At only twenty four years old she has plenty of time to evolve as a fighter, though she has shown so far she likes to scrap on the inside in her two fights so far in her career, going undefeated in those two fights last year, she has good raw power gained from her fitness regime that saw her loss weight in the same way our current BBU flyweight champion Holly Hagan did.
Now Amber started her career off lightly it should be said, Louisa Lytton while physically impressive herself, has never won a fight and is widely seen as a good starter opponent, still Amber gave her a hard shift from bell one to the finish, starting off trading jabs with Louisa, once Gill found the opening to work it was open season on Lytton, with the actress being knocked out in just three rounds.
Amber got a much better workout by local rival Perrie Edwards, both slugged it out in close as Perrie had a point to prove, winning at least two rounds against Amber as she roughed up the youngster, the Little Mixer couldn't hold off the rampant Gill for too long, Amber hurt her and never let up till Edwards was out for the count in the fifth round.
Amber looks to have the physical skills and maybe the break from the ring has been about honing the technical side a little more, with the right coach she looks like someone who could find themselves in the top of the BBU rankings.
Right now though Amber seems to have her sights set on her fellow Geordie fighters, announcing she wants to be the Queen of Newcastle, which while not a hot bed for elite boxing in male boxing has suddenly become one in female celebrity boxing, when you have Cheryl Cole, Jade Thirlwall, Perrie Edwards, Marnie Simpson and now Amber Gill in the mix, to emerge as the best fighter in that group will take some doing.
That's all we have time for folks, thank you to everyone who has taken the time to read these posts, we hope you enjoyed them, we will be back next Sunday morning for the next edition of the Real View.
