Tale of the Tape:
Maisie Smith:
Age: 20
Height: 5'5
W/L: 8-1 (8KOs)

VS
Olympia Valance:
Age: 29
Height: 5'8
W/L: 18-2
Former ACB bantamweight champion.

This week we have two of the best in the bantamweight division which is packed at the top with a great champion in Sophia Thomalla, Maisie Smith and Olympia Valance are both contenders and possible future champions, question is if they fought who would win in the ring?
So let's get started and focus on the red corner of our poll, Maisie Smith has certainly captured peoples attention, pundits seeing her a possibly taking over as a face of the BBU someday, at just twenty years old that is a bold statement to make, as her record shows it has not fazed her one bit.
In her career she has beaten the likes of Ellie Goulding, former BBU bantamweight champion Una Healy and fellow young contender Lottie Moss, going seven undefeated to start off before giving Sophia Thomalla her toughest test in a BBU bantamweight title fight.
Maisie's strength is her inside fighting, with her powerful legs honed through dance training from her time on Strictly Come Dancing, she can bully opponents around the ring, she might physically be in the best shape of any bantamweight and maybe of all fighters in the BBU right now.
The only two glaring weaknesses that have shown themselves are when she fights she tends to plant her feet a little too much, she has good footwork but she bogs herself down looking for a knockout punch to settle fights, her other weakness has been her temper, which she has lost at times in the ring and earned herself hard whacks through her wide open guard after missing wild punches, put that down to youth maybe.
Now to the blue corner of our poll, we have the former Neighbours actress Olympia Valance, who has one of the most impressive records around, along with an ACB bantamweight title reign to her name, she has become one of the new faces of the ACB in its new era, along with being a title contender in the BBU in recent years.
Career wise her biggest win for that ACB title success, knocking out the legend Miranda Kerr to claim the belt, she also has wins over the likes of Michelle Rodriguez and Una Healy herself, while her two defeats were in title fights, the first in a BBU bantamweight title bout against Daisy Ridley, the second to Elisha Herbert as she lost her ACB title to her.
Boxing style wise Olympia is a text book boxer, she has done boxing training before she went pro, it shows with her crisp jab, good footwork and she is great at range, her physical strengths come from her stamina and natural reach as one of the taller bantamweights, she has the ability to go deep in fights as proven by her ten round war with Lacey Turner.
Her glaring weakness though has been her inside fighting, she isn't great at getting opponents off her as her height works against her when fighting more compact fighters, also while she isn't a soft hitter by any strength, she is built more for cardio and speed then outright power, so she hasn't a one punch knockout power if she gets in trouble.
