Part 1: Dannii Minogue vs Geri Halliwell The main event of the Crossover preview card saw two legends of their celebrity boxing organizations meet in the ring, the ACB legend Dannii Minogue has a habit of embarrassing our English talent when they travel to Australia, well the BBU legend Geri Halliwell wanted to prove that Dannii could be beaten in her heartland.
They had history as Geri knocked out Dannii all the way back in 2012, that was in England and Dannii had clearly been stewing about it for a decade judging by her prefight comments to the media, she looked determined when she stepped into the ring, Geri was more relaxed, maybe believing she had a hold over the Aussie legend.
It looked early on like Geri might be right, her toughness was on show as she took several of her opponents big hits to land her own, using superior head movements to create openings to strike, taking the first two rounds to the disbelief of the crowd, who weren't as loud as they had been when Minogue had entered the ring.
But Dannii isn't one to give up so easily, in the third she found the stomach of Geri more to take some wind out her sails, leading to a nasty hook onto the English lasses ear that clearly buzzed her, Geri hung on to survive the round with jabs and clinches.
It wasn't long after that Geri was put on her backside in the fourth by a barrage of punches, Geri was up at eight with a shiner under her left eye for her trouble, while she fought valiantly, it didn't take much more for the referee to have seen enough, saving Geri from herself as she was simply being beaten up.
Dannii certainly loves this time of year, making it known that she wanted any of the English singers like Victoria Beckham or even her greatest rival Cheryl Cole a crack at her, it'll be interesting to see who steps up to take her on as a win over Dannii even in her let's say advancing years is a hell of a thing to put on your CV, of course the issue is getting the win.

Part 2: Renee Herbert vs India Reynolds The battle of the glamour models certainly caught the eye of many, Renee Herbert had a bit of a rough patch lately with her twin sister Elisha getting all the headlines, so imagine the headlines she'd get for defeating the undefeated India Reynolds, who flew down to Australia to prove she deserved to be in the conversations for titles.
Let's say the build up was frosty between them, plenty of words exchanged about how they felt about each other, when they got into the ring together, the looks being exchanged were certainly not of the friendly kind.
It was a feisty affair out the gates, both letting their hands go, the difference in the opening round was India using a few JMD tactics to open up Renee, who wasn't used to being hit in her chest, the second round was more evenly fought as Renee came right back at India.
Back and forth went the action, if India thought she was going to just bully Renee she was wrong, Renee stuck in well with the crowd behind her, the turning point coming in the fifth round when India got hit on her left eye to make it swell, Renee was like a pitbull going for it, till in the sixth India was put down for the count by a right hook flush on her chin.
This was a superb victory for Renee, who scored the biggest victory of her career, showing that her sister isn't the only potential elite fighter in the family, temperament has been her biggest issue, if she can put her energy purely into beating her opponents and not losing her head, then she can fulfil that potential.
India will have to lick her wounds after this, sometimes a defeat can actually be the best for someone, she still is undefeated in JMD competition but if she dwells on this loss then we might not see the best of her going forwards, which will be a shame as her talent should not be under any doubt.

Part 3: Jessie J vs Iggy Azalea Jessie J and Iggy Azalea have not always had the best results, but have shown to be competitive on their day, so which of the two songbirds could get the win when needed, we found out on Wednesday when they fought it out.
It was a clash of styles, Jessie known for being one of the more mobile welterweights around, Iggy is more the power puncher, loving to sit down on her hips and swing through her powerful hips, of course she also had the crowd support behind Azalea to try to help her on to victory.
The opening rounds were a mixed affair for both, Iggy started off well with some nice body punches but the second saw what happens when you let Jessie move around, her jab was bugging the life out of Iggy, who kept missing with some wild shots as she tried to hold Jessie in place.
The third was a more tightly fought affair, with Iggy closing the gap more to get in more of her punches, Jessie though wouldn't stay still long enough for a hook or uppercut to land, making the local favourite look frustrated to say the least, she wouldn't make a good poker player shall we say judging by the expression she had when she sat down on her stool.
Things didn't get any better for Azalea, she was too open in the fourth and paid for it with a wicked liver shot, another one was enough to send Iggy down to all fours, where she stayed till the ten count, giving Jessie a great win to end the long slump she was in.
Iggy will be deeply upset by this loss, she wanted to showcase her talents to her home fans after spending her career fighting in America, she even spoke about maybe getting herself into the ACB welterweight title picture, that plan is a long way away now, back to the drawing board and to find out how to improve on this performance.
While it's not likely Jessie can use this result to push on to bigger things, it should prove she has a role as a tough opponent for up and coming fighters, hell if Jessie could cut down to lightweight she might have more success with her style, hopefully we see her back in the ring sooner then later after this result.

Final Part: Alessia Uva vs Jessica Michibata On the island of Corsica was the venue for the final bout of this week, two glamour models met there to do battle, Alessia Uva was undefeated going into the contest after her first two fights, looking impressive in those encounters, Jessica meanwhile after starting her own career in the ring with a set of impressive performances herself has hit a wall seemingly for her talent, becoming more known as a sparring partner to Yasmin Verheijen then what she is doing in official fights.
Maybe that's why Alessia came out a little sloppy in the early going of the round, getting caught more cleanly then she was landing, Jessica stuck to her guns in close range, landing a nasty looking hook to the ear of the Italian prospect to make her back off, round one went to Michibata in most peoples scorecard's.
Afterwards the momentum swung around as Alessia started whacking in the better punches, using her speed to rattle Jessica through the second round, then adding in sharp hooks behind her jabs to really make Jessica have to escape from their exchanges with clinches and simply retreating.
Things simply didn't get better for Jessica as she was being bullied around the ring, gamely she fought on trying to find something to turn the tide, instead a right hook on the button in the fifth made Jessica say "goodnight Irene!" As she went down to the canvas like a sack of spuds, gumshield come out her mouth when she hit the deck hard.
Thankfully Jessica was OK afterwards, if understandably shook up by the knockout, turning to the winner, she wants a crack at the winner between the two famous Elisabetta's, with Canalis and Gregoraci meeting on a beach sometime next month, both would be a great learning fight for Alessia as she looks to gain the tools to become a world champion someday.
That's all we have time for folks, thank you so much to everyone who took the time to read these posts, we hope that you enjoyed them, also a big thank you to those who wrote bouts this week, we will be back next Sunday for the next edition of the Real View.
