These records are from 1st August 2021 to 1st August 2022, so that doesn't count the latest bouts and PPV, sorry for the delay in posting these rankings, so let's go over the change in rankings since the last set in May.
For starters Sophia Thomalla continues to be the best pound for pound fighter in the BBU, her dominant run in the bantamweight division, that now includes two number one spots in these rankings, which has proven a hard feat to accomplish with only really the likes of Jenna Louise Coleman and Cheryl Cole done it before.
Another big mover and shaker is Hailey Clauson, who was just outside the rankings last time, now with wins over the likes of Kate Upton and Tamara Ecclestone, she has risen right up to number two, the JMDD champion will of course look to sustain her run at the top and maybe overtake Sophia in a future rankings.
The two Holly's meanwhile have kept themselves in the race to be the number one in all the BBU, Holly Hagan has kept the BBU flyweight title through these past three months, while Holly Peers has held off her challengers since winning the lightweight title, it should also be said that the Italian corps in the BBU has really stepped up with Valentina Fradegrada and Bianca Atzei, though both have lost to the two Holly's in the past three months.
The big losers in the ever changing rankings were Karen Gillan and Olympia Valance, both former champions have gone quiet in terms of the BBU and ACB, while Ewelina Lisowska is just on the outside, with a few wins she will be right back into the mix.
As always we welcome debate when it comes to the rankings, if there's people you think should be higher up the rankings or lower, that we missed somebody, the next three months will be interesting to see how the BBU will change along with the rankings.
