Part 1: BBU JMDD title bout The main event of last month's BBU PPV saw Nabilla Benattia look to claim her first title. She had the steep task of dethroning Hailey Clauson. Who right now is arguably the best fighter in celebrity female boxing right now. Did Nabilla find the answer to defeat Hailey or did the champion reign supreme?
There wasn't much respect shown by either fight, snarky comments from the fighters. Nabilla telling the world she would be happy to take the weight from Hailey's back or to be more precise her breasts. With Hailey basically telling Nabilla she wouldn't be saying much after she was done with her.
Off they went at the bell with eyes full of fury. Nabilla took the early lead as she caught out Hailey with a straight into her face. The French beauty was fired up as Hailey had to be at her best defensively in the opening two rounds to not get hit with too many power punches.
Back came the champion roaring in the third and fourth round. Hailey looked like she meant business with her hooks banging into the jugs of Nabilla to rock them around. Nabilla didn't look so sure of herself on the back foot. Having to try to hold off the power of Clauson.
There was another twist in the fifth round! Hailey walked into a big punch to her pound boobs, down went Hailey after she ate several more clean hits. Hailey growled as she got up at eight with a pissed off look on her gorgeous face. Not happy at having to push herself up.
That fury clearly helped spur her on one round later. Nabilla looked to close the show but got smacked to her proud boobs with venomous intent. Nabilla would go down two times, the second time she wasn't able to beat the count as she was weeping in agony.
Hailey adds another victory as she is undefeated in 2023 with already five victories to her name. Of course this pace might prove dangerous as the wear and tear has to be accumulating onto her. Holding both JMDD titles proves how great she is fighting right now.

Part 2: BBU flyweight title bout It's funny how a fight that didn't seem like much at the time in the past would breed contempt in future. Marnie Simpson defeated Jorgie Porter in 2019. Fast forwards and Marnie was challenging Jorgie for the BBU flyweight title. With both women not exactly fans of the other.
It especially was venomous as Marnie was telling the press how she couldn't work out how Jorgie had jumped past her for a title fight. Ignoring that Jorgie had won her chance at the title fight before winning it, while Marnie lost her contenders bout the time she had a chance to get a shot.
When the fight did kick off, Jorgie was out the blocks quickly. It was clear she was in the mood to make a statement. Taking the fight to her challenger with hooks to the body, driving Marnie back towards the ropes. Making Simpson look annoyed as she walked to her corner.
Marnie came firing back at Jorgie, with her jab slamming square into the face of her opponent. After that things went back and forth between them, several rounds seeing one mistake by one fighter leaving them open to pounding punches into their faces. Nobody could question the will of the fighters to try to win.
But in the end it come down to one punch to make the difference. Marnie walks into a peach of a body punch. Collapsing down onto all fours, Marnie spat out her gumshield as she sucked in air. Getting counted out as her chance to do the double over Jorgie and win the world title ended in defeat.
This was an impressive performance from Marnie. She took some hard punches but kept on going. The confidence is clear to see as she holds herself with her chin up and a bright smile wherever she goes. It will be interesting to see where she goes next with her next defense. Hell the options for her are opening up for possible JMD fights and maybe even a super fight with the undefeated BBU bantamweight champion Sophia Thomalla, that's how far she has come in the past two years.

Part 3: BBU Italian lightweight bout This was one of the most interesting bouts on the card. Both Alessia Uva and the BBU Italian lightweight champion Valentina Fradegrada were ranked in the top ten of the pound for pound rankings. Showing how far boxing in Italy has come in the past eighteen months to two years.
There wasn't much love between these two. Alessia undefeated wanted to show that she is the best in Italy. Valentina Fradegrada has been arguably the face of Italian female boxing in its boom period. One of them had to prove they were the better woman when that bell rung.
At the start of the fight Alessia was right in the face of her opponent. Valentina getting bullied back to the delight of Uva's corner. Valentina had to push her back to create space to work. By the end of the opening round though Alessia seemed fired up as Valentina took a breath to relax herself.
After that though we saw the level go up for Valentina. She caught Alessia early in the second round with a hard right hook. Alessia was open as she got smacked right into her face by the champion, who showed her no mercy. Alessia got out the round bruised up.
The third round saw Alessia get up but was soon knocked clean out by an uppercut. It was a stunning statement knockout from Fradegrada. Who right now looks one of the most dominant lightweights in the world. It's just that final huddle of a world title that is eluding her right now.
Alessia meanwhile fought the wrong fight, she showed her inexperience at this level. If she had stuck to her boxing skills instead of trying to slug it out with Valentine, she might have had a chance to bring home the gold. Instead she has to try to wash the taste of defeat out her mouth and get back to what worked for her.

Part 4: Ivana Baquero Vs Jenna Louise Coleman IIII One of the most bitterest rivalries added a fourth chapter to its legacy on Tuesday. Ivana Baquero and Jenna Louise Coleman have been at odds ever since Ivana debuted seven years ago! Back then Jenna as the BBU flyweight champion had her feather ruffled by the young Spanish star. Jenna won the first bout that was Ivana's debut with a tenth round knockout.
It wouldn't be long though before the second encounter saw Ivana win on points in another fight of the year award winner. She then beat Jenna in their last encounter, after some trash talk and suspected mind games. These two decided to settle things once more in the squared circle.
The opener set the tone for the fight, it was a hard fought battle of wills. Ivana looking to be the inside fighter, against the will of Jenna to fight on the outside. It arguably could have been scored a draw or to either fighter barely as they tried to show why they would win.
Back and forth went the action as Ivana would plug away at the torso of her opponent. Jenna on the other hand would look to use the aggression of Baquero against her. The crowd roaring both women on as this was a war between two of the best around.
There was a break through in the fifth for Ivana as she blasted down Jenna with an uppercut. The English fighter beat the count at eight. Resuming having to hold and has her jab to keep off the rampaging bull that was Ivana.
Jenna though dug in and was rewarded for her grit as she caused swelling around the right eye of Ivana. With a right hook in the eighth catching Ivana flush on the button, gumshield flying out as Ivana hit the deck out cold. Jenna has even up the score between the fighters as she celebrates in a manner clearly not in appreciated by the Girls Friday stable. With their latest signing Dafne Keen giving a hard stare at Jenna
That's all we have time for folks. Thank you so much to everyone who has taken the time to read these posts. We hope you enjoyed them as much as we did writing them. We will be back next Sunday morning for the next edition of the Real View.
