Real View Intro: Hello ladies and gentleman; two fights this week got the spotlight as first we kicked off the action with Zara McDermott and Nicola Roberts sharing the ring together. That was followed on Saturday by Yasmin Verheijen taking on Scarlet Leithold. We also got the announcement for the next BBU PPV.
As always we recommend that if you haven't read the bouts from this past week that you go look them up. We will of course be spoiling them in our reviews. While also you will be robbing yourself the enjoyment of wonderfully written fights.
Also on today's show we will talk about the two title fights coming up on this month's pay per view. Two major matches that could very well see two new champions by the end of the night.

Part 1: BBU bantamweight title bout preview The seemingly unconquerable Sophia Thomalla again puts her BBU bantamweight title on the line. This time she faces the Irish star Nadia Forde as Nadia looks to try to win her first ever title in celebrity female boxing.
Sophia is undefeated in sixteen contests and has seven straight defences of the title. She has proven to be the top fighter pound for pound in all the BBU over the past two years it has to be said. With a mixture of power, speed and technical skills that so far have proven unmatched. Is there a fighter who can defeat her?
Well of course Nadia thinks she is the one to do so. She has won her last two fights and has been so close to the promised land of gold, she has touched the title without being able to do enough to win one before. She has campaigned at lightweight as well as bantamweight, so she brings some mean power to her fists and has plenty of experience in her own right.
Nadia is of course the underdog in this contest. Still if you have followed Nadia's career then you know she is one tough cookie. Sophia of course will look to make her crumble under pressure, the champion can't take her lightly or we will have another upset this year where we have had a few already.
The best chance for the challenger is to pressure Sophia from the opening bell. We have seen several fighters have success against the undefeated phenomenon. It's just about finishing the job that has been the problem as Thomalla proves to be very adaptable and has a great engine to go long in fights. That's why Sophia is a heavy favourite in this upcoming contest.

Part 2: BBU JMDD title bout preview Kara Del Toro is coming to the BBU finally and the stunning Texan gets a shot at the BBU JMDD title out the gate. Now that might upset a few people within the BBU or even some fans. The backstory to this is why she is jumping the queue to take on the champion Hailey Clauson.
First thing to know is that Kara is a former FCBA JMDD champion. She knows very much how to win the big one when the lights are on bright and the world is watching. She also has a victory over Hailey in an FCBA JMDD title bout. That occured earlier this year when Kara knocked out Hailey within six rounds, proving she can take down the beautiful busty blonde champion.
For Hailey this is a revenge mission. She is stepping into the ring with one real goal, that is to knockout Kara to even the score between them. While the first fight wasn't the most bitter affair you'll see. Hailey certainly didn't enjoy the outcome. Has she worked out the game plan five months later to defeat Kara?
What Kara did the first time around was mix things up enough to throw Hailey off. At times she'd be up in her grill, the next moment she was biding her time on the outside forcing mistakes from Hailey. Who did have success herself, it wasn't a one way fight but Hailey is going to need to close the distance early to test out Kara and see if she can crack the brunette.
This could very well be the fight of the night. You have the personal beef between them over who is truly the better fighter. Two elite JMDD fighters clashing for a second time. Kara won't want to lose her BBU debut after such success in the FCBA. There is so many stories and angles around this bout that it gets my must see stamp of approval.

Part 3: Zara McDermott Vs Nicola Roberts Two bantamweight contenders met when Zara McDermott and Nicola Roberts met in the ring earlier this week. Zara has been on a bit of a roll over the last few months in both bantamweight action and JMD bouts. While Nicola has always been a bridesmaid in the title situation, could the redhead prove she is more then a gatekeeper and thrust her way into the title picture?
It was a respectful build up for the most part. Nicola though promised to knockout Zara to end the run she has been on. While Zara didn't say much beyond she was looking forwards to the contest in the days before the gloves were laced up, eyes were locked across the ring and the bell dinged to get the party started.
Once the fight begun we got to witness a beatdown. Nicola was caught flat footed in the first round as Zara came out swinging. Several punches crashed around the cheeks of the redhead to twist her head around. Nicola tried to slug it out with her foe but power has never really been her strength.
While Nicola did try to get her footwork going. Zara was eating up ground quickly enough to get right back into the face of the former "Girls Aloud" singer. Leading to the end coming quickly in the third round as Nicola was caught flush on her left ear with a hook and several more punches send her down to the canvas. Nicola stared at the referee as the count was being made above her but she didn't have the strength to get to her feet.
It should be said while we don't normally discuss drama after bouts that often. (We leave it to you our amazing viewers to check that out). Nicola's coach Melanie Brown stormed off after the bell rung as she was clearly upset with what she felt was a lack of effort from her fighter. Whether it was a lack of effort on Nicola's part or simply was a bulldozing by a superior fighter on the rise. It will be interesting to see how frosty things have been in the Lioness Club gym since the bout took place.
Zara of course won't care a jot about all that. For her she is getting stronger with each bout and you'd have to believe is keeping her eyes firmly on the BBU bantamweight title bout taking place this coming Wednesday. She very well might be a front runner to take a shot at whoever walks out the champion.

Part 4: Yasmin Verheijen Vs Scarlett Leithold The Dutch revolution has been picking up steam over the past few months. Someone who seems to have been forgotten through it lately has been Yasmin Verheijen. A former BBU lightweight title challenger in her own right. Yasmin lost to the now current BBU lightweight champion Robin Holzken and is now on the path of redemption.
Her opponent Scarlet Leithold was in a similar position career was. Scarlett for every success she has she takes two steps back in her next fight. As with all fighters nearing their tenth fight, you have to show improvement and that you are on a successful run. Scarlett came into this bout with a record of three victories in eight contests.
You could tell once the bell rung there wasn't much confidence to go around either fighter. They ended up slugging it out in the opening round in what was a scruffy affair. It certainly fired up the crowd as they were roaring both women on. Which might have just added more pressure on both fighters.
By the end of the second round though we started to see a fighter grow into the contest. Yasmin caught Scarlett around her jugs and it made Scarlett blink. Yasmin kept mixing things up but her fists kept going down to the boobs of the blonde to have Scarlett wincing and threw her off her game plan.
An uppercut and a right hook to the nose was the start of the end for Scarlett in the fifth round. She wobbled back and a brutal right hook sent down Leithold to the canvas, she wasn't going to get up for a good minute it seemed as Yasmin had really battered her lights out.
This was a solid win for Yasmin as she tries to rebuild herself. If she can build her confidence up she very well get a rematch with Robin for the BBU lightweight title. She could end up being a nearly fighter if she doesn't fulfil the potential she showed early on in her career.
That's all we have time for folks, thank you to everyone who has taken the time to read these posts. Thank you also to Vassago for writing the fights that took place this week. We will be back next Sunday morning for the next edition of the Real View.
