Real View Hall of Fame Induction 2024So the last two years we have given the hall of fame rightfully to two of the founding faces of the BBU. This year we decided to give it to a fighter who has been an amazing force in the BBU and British female celebrity boxing in general. We welcome Kelly Brook to the Hall of Fame. How many women can say they started boxing in 2002 and still be going strong! She debuted ironically in a loss to Liz Hurley, who very well may get her own induction someday in the future. Who would have thought after that she'd have the career we know now? Two FCBA lightweight titles who come in the late zeroes, while she held the Queen of the Ice Hotel title from 2008 to 2012. Some could argue she is the greatest queen the ice hotel has seen. With her rivalry with Laetitia Casta in the ice hotel being a major part of what got her recognition as a fighter. There were quite a few lean years in terms of action. Losses came and Kelly looked like she might be a stepping stone for an future elite fighter. The doom and gloom was truly around her. There was even some talk she might retire around the mid 10's. But why she is in our hall of fame is because of what happened to her. First she found a stable that made her their poster girl. This is Glamour stable placed Kelly front and center for all to see. They then brought her over to the BBU for her first ever contest for the organisation, beating Daisy Lowe in a JMDD fight that saw new life put into her career. Afterwards she fought and developed a rivalry with Kate Upton. One that would lead her to become the BBU JMDD champion in 2018. For a year she held the title. Being in some wars that showed that the second wind of her career was real. Finally in 2020 Kelly dethroned Bo Krsmanovic for the title. The reign only lasted a month as she lost it to Doutzen Kroes. Every time the questions around Kelly pop up, she keeps finding answers to quiet the critics down. Kelly isn't done yet of course and we look forwards to what the next chapter in one of the careers that deserves more of a spot light on it brings. 2024 Hall of Fame inductee

Rookie of the Year:Another year with more great new faces. Hopefully you have been able to get behind some of these new fighters as they go through their journey. We have an interesting choice for this year's award as you'll see in a minute. We are proud to announce that the winner of this year's award is Natalia Siwiec! The polish beauty is our oldest winner at forty, now you might say that isn't exactly a rookie age but she stepped into the ring for the first time the past year. In May she kicked off her career by knocking out Hall of Famer Alesha Dixon with no mercy. In total over her debut year she won five times out of five bouts. She added Jordan Carver, Clara Morgane and Elizabeth Gillies through the year to her CV. Finishing her year off by defeating the tough Alexandra Stan in a hell of a battle, knocking the Romanian beauty out in seven rounds. Now Natalia probably won't be fighting in a decades time but she has shown her toughness and skills over the years. She joins the likes of Sophia Thomalla, Bethany Lily April and Diana Korkunova, all who have become champions. So Natalie has the talent we believe to add to that class of fighters. Winner Natalia Siwiec

Flyweight of the Year:It doesn't matter which organisation it is, the flyweight division in female celebrity boxing is always seen as the marquee division. This year saw plenty of fights from this weight and plenty of women look to climb to the mountain top. We even had a classic between Michelle Keegan and Jessica Alba this past year. There could only be one winner, claiming her second flyweight of the year trophy. Jorgie Porter! The BBU flyweight champion went unbeaten over the year. Taking her form from a year ago that managed to take this trophy and the title belt. While last year there was some arguement on how much she deserved it. This year I think it's undeniable. Beating Marnie Simpson, Zara Holland and Bianca Atzei. She has taken herself to a whole different level since winning the title. Winner: Jorgie Porter

Bantamweight of the Year:Over the last twelve months the bantamweight division has seen new challengers try to topple the queen. We have to be honest that this award might soon be renamed after our winner Sophia Thomalla, who wins it for a third year in a row! Arguably she is the pound for pound queen in all the BBU and maybe all of celebrity female boxing. The German presenter is still undefeated in her career, turning away the likes of Maisie Smith again and Nadia Forde as examples of his dominant she has been. Sophia look simply unstoppable. What makes Thomalla such a hard fighter to beat is her boxing IQ, along with great physicals. Can she be stopped? Well there will be plenty who will look to step up to the challenge once again, so keep an eye out for Sophia's title defences to see if she can be shocked? Winner: Sophia Thomalla

Lightweight of the Year:The lightweight division is always a fun one to follow. The top contenders keep changing and we had some major events throughout the year. One of which lead us to our awards winner as we are proud to announce the winner is the BBU lightweight champion Robin Holzken. While Robin came into 2023 unbeaten in three fights, it was last year when she really stepped up another level. Defeating the likes of Bianca Balti and Karolina Kurkova. She'd then make a big statement by defeating Alessia Uva to show she was ready to contend. Her biggest fight came on the 31st August. Stepping into the ring to challenge for the lightweight title against Holly Peers, Robin would put on a masterclass to win with a knockout in the fifth round. Claiming the title. This has been an exciting year for her. It will be interesting to see how she does defending the title, right now she looks to have hit her prime and we might be seeing someone moving into the pound for pound conversation, could she become the number one in the BBU? Winner Robin Holzken

Welterweight of the Year:This was a tough award to judge, we had several contenders for the award as this year has seen plenty of top welterweights do battle against each other. For example we started the year with Josephine Skriver holding the title, by the end it was Romee Strijd holding the belt. But we have went with the popular choice. (Maybe cowardly on our part *winks*) as this year's winner is Hailey Clauson! The big busty American blonde has ruled the JMDD circuit all year long, while also nearly becoming the welterweight champion earlier this year in a hell of a bout. Hailey has fought often against the best with the likes of Kara Del Toro, Kelly Brook and Nicole Cavanis being examples of those who fell to her fists. Winner: Hailey Clauson

Fight of the year 23: Boy did we have another special year for fights. It was horrible for us to narrow the list down to just four fights! We want to say a big thank you to every writer who wrote fights last year. You guys did an amazing job!
Ok before people turn the channel over for us being sappy. Let's get to the award. It was a tough field but the winner of your fan vote was.... Hailey Clauson Vs Kara Del Toro!
The BBU JMDD title was on the line, two women who had met earlier in the year for the FCBA version of the title. Kara had won that bout and aimed to bring home the BBU version to the Front Street Boxing stable. Hailey wanted revenge. What we got was an absolute war between two awesome fighters.
If you haven't read the fight then go check it out. We won't spoil the result but it was truly an amazing fight. A worthy winner of our award.
Winner Hailey Clauson Vs Kara Del Toro

Fighter of the year 23:This has certainly been a year for the best to try to one up each other. Battles between those around the top of the pound for pound rankings and a few new faces emerging through the rankings to claim titles like Romee Strijd. As always we gave you the shortlist and you voted on who the best fight over the past year was. We are proud to announce that your winner is... Hailey Clauson by five votes! Boy was she the outstanding winner for you fans. This year has seen her dominant the JMDD rankings, be in the fight of the year and she continues to be in the pound for pound conversation for the number one spot. What makes Hailey such an amazing fighter is her toughness and skills, her never say die attitude has certainly won fans over. While her fights are always entertaining. It will be intriguing to see if she evolves further this year, she can proudly place the fighter of the year on her mantle place with her other awards. Winner Hailey Clauson:

Congrats to all the winners and especially to Hailey Clauson who had some tough moments earlier in her career but has definitely found her groove lately. It's good to see her management has shown faith to keep her around despite some Sirens roster changes and it was the right decision in the end
