Michelle Joy Phelps:Hello guys, well another interesting week in the BBU that saw Milan take centre stage, also big news on next months PPV. But we shall start with the main event in Milan's San Siro Stadium, Ilary Blasi and Federica Nargi stepped into the ring to look for their first ever win and for their hometown pride as both are girls from Rome. Second on today's episode is about the Bianca Balti debut, the stunning model fought Sara Tommasi, could she beat the perennial jobber or has a break from the ring helped Sara up her game? Third on the show is the final bout on the card, that was between undefeated fighter Josephine Skriver and her friend Lais Riberio, who was making her BBU debut, could Lais upset Josephine? Finally as we said earlier on, we have big news concerning the BBU PPV for next month, hopefully I am not overstating this when I say next month could be a massive month for the BBU. Just so you guys know, the BBU PPV for this month is 24 hours away, hopefully everything runs smoothly and you guys will have a fun card to follow Also maybe sadly to some and maybe not to others, Tom will be back in this seat next week, his summer holidays are over and he may have a tan, hopefully I can get my own bikini on for the next month and have my own holiday.

Part 1: Ilary Blasi vs Federica Nargi When two women represent two areas that are rivals, trust me you do not want to be between them, in these girls cases; they are both Rome women, one representing Rome itself, the other Lazio.
So even before they'd stepped into a ring, they wanted a piece of each other, brawling on the stage at the press conference, it is one of thy most heated brawls I've seen in a long time.
Both had reason to be full of anger when you consider that neither has won in the ring, so that frustration has to boil up and be released somewhere, I am happy that I wasn't the one involved in that brawl as I honestly think I'd struggle with the energy they showed.
The actual fight? Well it was as heated, both girls getting stuck into each other as they wanted to really hurt their opponent.
Ilary looked the better early on in the tight exchanges, pressing Federica back when she was able to land clean punches.
Federica though wasn't afraid to get stuck in, she kept trying to land some vicious haymakers but when she did lose her head; she was made to pay.
The end of round 1 was a real powder keg, the girls kept fighting after the bell and the referee with coaches had to get the fighters back into their corners, the referee over to both girls to warn them to stay within the rules.
Round 2 saw Ilary find the chin of Federica with a right after a straight had stunned the younger fighter, down went Nargi; though she looked more annoyed then really hurt as she sat on her backside and stared up at Ilary.
Getting up, Federica surprised me and probably Ilary by actually bringing the fight to her, that knockdown didn't seem to do much to her.
By round 3, Federica was catching Ilary with hard long range strikes, catching the older and smaller fighter repeatedly and putting down Ilary to the ground.
Ilary pushed her way back up, but her jaw since she got it broken in a sparring fight a year ago is still a weakness and showed itself up again as she got put down again in round 4, that time she didn't get up and Federica finally won her first bout.
The scene after was an interesting one, Federica celebrating with her husband, while Ilary had to be stretchered out of the ring to show you the differences of fortunes both girls had.
I will discuss Federica's future soon as it ties into another bout we are talking about later, but she already has another fight on the horizon.
While Ilary's future looks to be a bleak one, her jaw being broken by Melissa Satta has given her a weakness that opponent's will exploit, unless she becomes a power puncher, she will never achieve anything.

Part 2: Bianca Balti vs Sara Tommasi I've said it in the past few weeks I've been in this hot seat, the BBU lightweight and welterweight divisions are coming becoming a hot bed for stunning models, Bianca Balti becoming the latest one to join our humble organization.
The 33 year old stands at 5'9 and has modelled around the world, Sports Illustrated and Victoria Secret is just two of her places she's modelled for.
Her opponent for her debut was Sara Tommasi, she is 36 years old, stands at 5'7 and lost both her fights she's had, though that was 4 years ago.
Since then the rumours are that she had been doing some fundamental training as she was knocked out twice in round 1 due to a low guard and unforgivable mistakes, so could she do better this time around?
She certainly looked better in the build up if her confidence was anything to go off, strutting around in the press conference, saying how she'd humiliate Bianca by beating her, that of course upsetting the debuting fighter.
As the fight started, Bianca and Sara both looked good, Sara even managing to land some good body shots in as she did actually show some improvement.
That changed as Bianca came back at Sara, hunting her down around the ring with her extra reach and power, she pushed Sara back against the ropes and soon swelling started to form around the left eye of the older fighter.
But Sara got out the first round for the first time in her career, some in the crowd looked stunned as they watched Bianca storm off back to her corner, Sara look relieved that she'd broke her first round duck.
Round 2 saw Sara surprise the crowd again by getting on the attack, throwing hooks as it looked like she was going to try to win and not just survive.
She got a few good punches in, sadly for her though, Bianca pounded her back again, Sara just outclassed, soon she was bleeding from her lips and being punished it looked like for embarrassing her, even being put down.
Sara though got back up to fight and survived another round, the crowd were actually rooting for her as she stumbled back to her corner, her coach was heard to ask if she wanted to continue, which she nodded she did.
The fight didn't last much longer, round 3 saw Bianca land a peach of a punch and down went Sara, out like a light as Bianca celebrated with not much effort, she was clearly upset that she didn't put down Sara out much earlier then she did.
Sara was carried out with help from her coach, the crowd cheered her as she proved she's certainly gotten the underdog status sewn up with the heart she showed.
Questions have been raised though over Bianca, while she didn't look in danger, she wasn't in full control over an opponent who never showed anything in the past two fights she was in.
Though news is that she will fight Federica Nargi, anything could happen as Federica won her bout as we said earlier to win her first fight ever, so Bianca may not have an easy a time as people might expected before Wednesday.
For Sara, she certainly has the looks to get people to come and watch her, but she will most likely continue to be used as cannon folder for new fighters, so we may see her again.

Part 3: Josephine Skriver vs Lais RiberioSometimes the best rivals can be the best of friends, Josephine and Lais showed in the build up that they are close, during the fight they certainly wanted to win. In the build up as you'd expect both women talked about their friendship, how much they respect each other, it's the standard fair between girls who are close. But once the bell rung they came out looking to win, it wasn't the fastest first minute of action as both fighters tested each other out. Surprising for those who've watched Josephine, normally she is the one who strikes quickly, maybe she couldn't get past the friendship bit as quickly as Lais as she was the one on the back foot early on. It did seem to shake her out of her mindset as by round 2, Josephine was fighting back hard, leading both fighters to start slugging it out to a loud cheer. But Lais was the fighter on the ascendancy, her one loss on her record looked like it may have been a bad night at the office as she fought well here through the first 3 rounds. Josephine though was chipping away at her, having more success each round, by round 4 she found a opening up the centre and really took the fight to her opponent. But again Lais took control of the fight in the fifth round, catching an unbalanced Josephine with a right hook and putting her down. Josephine to her credit got back up, dusted herself off and got back to business, getting right into the face of Lais and looking like she was fuelled with rage, she squared up to Lais to start brawling with her. The tempers on both showed as they went nose to nose, no friends in the ring, just two fighters wanting to be seen as the alpha between them. Round 6 saw Josephine be the one to catch Lais flush on her chin, the bigger girl wobbled and a second right put her down to her side. That was the beginning of the end as Lais did get up, but as Josephine worked her onto the ropes after another exchange, Lais clearly was just getting beaten and the referee saved her from being really hurt. Depending on your viewpoint, it was either nice to see Josephine straight away checking on her friend or as Georgie Thompson's face just a few seats up from where I was told us, it could be viewed as mushy crap. Either way Lais and Josephine don't seem to be any less close after this fight, in fact you could argue they are closer due to the respect they truly gained in that fight, not just the saying it to be friends stuff we are do if we are honest. For Josephine, the future is bright, she has time to kill till the BBU welterweight title tournament is finished, so like Tasmin Egerton and Jessie J as examples have been doing, she should be trying to get into a position to get a shot at the title when a champion is crowned. For Lais, she did well in her debut in our organization, she could get wins off a few girls in my opinion, question is does she stay here or go back to the FCBA, I hope she can get work on both sides of the Atlantic, she did herself no harm in this fight.

Final part: BBU July PPV news July could prove to be the biggest month of the year for the BBU, though December will be arguing it is as it is always a major month too in celebrity boxing.
This year, the BBU will be having it's own crossover PPV, meaning FCBA talents will be visiting the BBU to show their talents off and the BBU gets to show it's sister organization who has the better talents.
Rumour has it that girls like Sophie Turner, Sophia Bush, maybe a former FCBA champion may come over to fight.
It's always been the tradition for BBU fighters to test themselves out this month in the FCBA in their crossover PPV, so now it's time to see how the FCBA fighters do in the BBU.
Of course there will be more big news for the PPV as titles will be defended, rivalries will be renewed like the Doda and Alesha Dixon trash talk we've seen.
So we will do our best to keep you informed on what is going to happen in the build up, let's see what fights are conjectured up in the minds of managers.
