Part 1: Frankie Bridge vs Inna To think I would be talking about Strictly Come Dancing matters over the last few weeks, well the show seems to have created some feuds within BBU lockers rooms
If only Alexandra Burke and Gemma Atkinson were the same size, the tickets would sell out after their reported feud has been in the press for most of the past month or two.
Anyway; former contestant Frankie Bridge has been fox trotting around the BBU since her win against the highly touted Cher Lloyd a few months ago, now she has set her eyes at dancer Katya Jones.
But Inna is no slough, her record belittles the fact that she is a good little fighter, though maybe her name not having the impact on these shores may have had an effect on who she fights, because she has had a difficult run of opponent's in her career so far.
The fight itself started off with Frankie showing the confidence she seems to have gotten since her last fight, the workrate of the Brit really got her pushing her Romanian opponent back around the ring throughout round 1.
But quickly Inna took the fight back to the beautiful Frankie, countering an overly keen youngster back, before really digging her punches to the body and face.
The fight was a hard fought affair from then on in, both sticking in tight to slug it out around the ring, when they did clinch; it became a war of strength as they tried to pin each other on the ropes, it became a battle of winning on every front to mentally dominate their rival.
Only a clash of heads in round 6 seemed to slow the fight down, with both girls still trading but not with the volume of punches as before, with Frankie starting to look tired due to the tempo she set.
By round 7 it was clear how bad Frankie's stamina was as Inna really ripped into her, Bridge's hands dipped low due to her lack of energy, causing her lips to be bust open.
Soon Frankie took a knee to take a moment to recover from the beating she'd taken, but as she got up to fight; a world of hurt descended on her, ending with a barrage of punches smashing her head around, till Frankie went down knocked spark out.
Maybe it is premature to say Frankie is finally going to fulfil some of the potential people thought she has when she first debuted, a win over Cher is still massive and losing to Inna isn't the end of the world by any stretch.
But if she loses to Katya Jones in their fight, well what can you say other then Frankie will have a jobber tag hanging around her neck for the rest of her career.
While Inna reminded people that she is a good talent, she still has plenty of time too to right her career and make it a positive one in the ring, maybe 2018 will be the year she does that.

Part 2: BBU JMD title preview 2017 has been an interesting year from the BBU, maybe none more so then for the simple fact that JMD fighting on these shores took a step forwards with the new titles for the JMD and JMDD divisions.
Rosie Jones won the JMD title in the tournament two months ago against her bitter rival Emma Glover, you could argue that she could have taken a somewhat easy pick for her first defence.
Instead she picked Harumi Nemoto, who yes lost to Emma Glover in the semi finals of said title tournament, it was a great fight and with Harumi's power, she could prove to be a banana skin for the champ.
Stats wise, Rosie is 10 years younger at 27 years old, she is also an inch taller at 5'6, though Harumi has the bigger jugs with 32H compared to Rosie's 30F jugs.
Experience wise; while Rosie is much younger, she has had much more fights and is a former BBU bantamweight champion on top of her current run with the JMD title.
But Harumi has had a far from easy run to start her career, beating women like Katie Price, fellow Japanese superstar Yoko Matsugane and Sophie Reade.
So it should be interesting to see who comes out on top, both are hungry for success and with the JMD title at stake, these two will bring there all to hammer the other into the dirt.

Part 3: Alex Gerrard vs Jourdan Dunn The first BBU welterweight title tournament semi final will see a battle of models, Alex Gerrard and Jourdan Dunn are parts of two of the oldest stables in the BBU, much pride on the line for both women.
This is the toughest test for the undefeated Jourdan so far in the career, the 27 year old is seen as the favourite before a punch had even been thrown due to her dominance in her early fights in her career.
So far in this tournament she has continued that run with wins over Hall of Famer Sabrina Washington and Catherine Tyldesley to improve her record to 5 and 0, all with stunning knockouts.
Before you think it's all Jourdan, the 35 yeas old Alex has a lot more experience, winning 12 out of 23 fights, ironically she nearly won the title 6 years ago when the title was first being fought over in a tournament, losing to the first ever champion Sabrina Washington.
She has also fought Catherine Bell, Gemma Atkinson, Elle McPherson to name just a few legends of the celebrity boxing circuit she had fought.
Height wise Jourdan is much taller as she is with much of the field at 6'1, over the 5'9 Alex, Alex though won't be too bothered as she has fought many girls bigger, in fact beating the equally tall Elena Santarelli in the first round of this tournament.
It has to be said though, that this looks to be Jourdan's fight to lose in my opinion, she is taller, younger and in great confidence.
But she will know that she is in a fight I believe, Alex won't quit without trying to hurt Jourdan, the fact that one is a Lioness star and the other a Beever's Babe one, which is one of the derby's in the BBU up there with Liverpool and Manchester United style, so it will be a fun fight to watch.

Final part: Joan Smalls vs Jaye Jacobs The other semi final bout of the welterweight title tournament sees a rematch between Joan Smalls and Jaye Jacobs, the first bout was a bitterly fought war.
The first fight saw the two go 7 rounds, both going down during the fight till Joan emerged the victor on her debut, with both seeming to know that they'd fight again after Joan humiliated her rival.
With the added bonus of getting a chance at the gold if they win, this could be one hell of a fight with both battering the other into a mess for that right.
Stats wise, Joan is younger by 6 years at 29 years old, she's slightly taller at 5'10 1/2 to Jaye's 5'8 and she is unbeaten after 4 fights, all by knockout.
But Jaye's 11 wins, 10 by knockout and 12 defeats shows the experience she has, Jaye has fought legends like Cat Bell and Gena Lee Nolin.
So whose going to win? Well I honestly think Jaye can surprise the odds but Joan has had time to work on her game and against Karen Gillan, she showed she has learned to not just slug it out and relies more on her boxing skills.
But as we know; when two bitter rivals meet in any sport, anything can happen as you give extra to beat that one person who just pisses you off.
That is today's episode, hopefully it was a good one and I want to say thank you to everyone who read these posts.
