Part 1: BBU flyweight title fight The main event at the latest BBU PPV as Cheryl Cole defended her flyweight title in a real blockbuster fight, this time her challenger was the dominant JMD champion Lacey Banghard in a real coin toss.
If you haven't seen either before; let's just say they are super confident and it showed in the build up as they made predictions on what they were going to do to their opponent.
The opening round showed how close this fight was going to be, Lacey looking good on the inside, while Cheryl out boxed Lacey in the opening three minutes.
Cheryl took control as Lacey was too keen to get inside, with the flyweight champion using her footwork and range to look like the pound for pound Queen she has become.
Lacey fought back in the fourth, using some JMD skills to bash Cheryl backwards, a punch looked like it hit Cole near her windpipe, which allowed the JMD champion to bully Cheryl around the ring.
Leading to a knockdown in round 5 for Lacey, Cheryl had a trickle of blood from above the left eye, making her more protective as Lacey just kept bulldozing forwards.
Cheryl managed to catch Lacey as she came looking to finish things, busting the blood lip of Banghard with a nasty looking right to even things up on that front.
The finish came in the eighth; after Cheryl had put Lacey on her knees from a barrage of punches in the seventh, the next round an uppercut finished the job for Cheryl to keep her title with a brutal knockout.
This was a great back and forth clash! Lacey while she hasn't been fighting traditional rules the past twelve months, she showed that she can compete at this level, she is definitely young enough to work her way back up for a title shot.
While Cheryl Cole continues to be the best in the BBU, it is looking like it is going to take someone really special to rip that title from her hands.

Part 2: BBU bantamweight title fight Doda defended her bantamweight title against the younger challenger Shona McGraty, who under her stables leadership has seen a markedly big upswing in her success, enough to get the Polish Princesses attention.
But the build up was dominated by someone not involved in this fight, Alesha Dixon has been making it known that she wants a piece of Doda, with most of the media attention focused on those two verbally battling.
All the while Shona didn't say much; we got to see her amazing physique in pictures on the Marti's Maulers social media pages, only really her coach Kara Tointon made any real statement about Doda and Dixon leaving the title to a real champion.
If anyone thought Doda would take Shona lightly, well when that bell rung she came out the blocks quickly, problem was Shona showed off some good boxing techniques to annoy the champion.
With Shona showing her hard training at work, changing the tempo of the fight when she wanted to rattle Doda, who one minute was chasing the challenger, then finding herself taking some nasty body shots from the heavy handed McGraty.
It took five rounds for Doda to really do anything of note, she caught Shona with a wild hook that opened up the challenger to more brutal hooks, knocking Shona around the ring for the first time in the fight.
But a knockdown for Shona in round six must have had the Lioness crew worried, Doda looked a little shaky from a nasty uppercut that had her needing to rely on her experience to stay in the fight.
Shona showed her lack of experience at this level, instead of measuring her opponent up for the knockout, she came out swinging and paid for it with an uppercut snapping her head back.
Call Doda every nasty name but she is a warrior, which she proved as she beat down Shona after taking one throughout most of the fight, leading to Doda knocking out Shona in the eighth to the delight of her corner crew.
This was a brutal lesson for Shona; who looked one punch away from winning the title, that over keenness to finish off the fight though led to her downfall, the fact even Doda showed her respect tells you how good she has become.
While this was a real gut check test for Doda, who'd have been the favourite to win, she had to tough it out though and if I were a contender I'd be eyeing up Doda with a smile on this performance.
The question has to be asked; is Doda a better chaser then a champion? Basically is the title a weight too much on her shoulders as she moves forwards.
Alesha Dixon will be wanting to find out soon, I expect she'll have something to say about Doda in the build up to their grudge fight.

Part 3: BBU JMDD title fight The final title fight for us to discuss saw Krystal Forscutt look to dethrone Kelly Brook, who was making her second defence of the title here.
Neither fighter held back in the press conference before the PPV, I'd heard anger had been brewing between these two behind closed doors, the proof was in the verbal barbs they threw at each other about weight, before that turned to what would happen to the loser.
That trash talk extended to moments before the first bell, as soon as Kelly entered the ring after Krystal, they were yelling across the ring at each other.
Once the action started though it was brutal, Krystal looked to have come out the gates quickly, she lashed some nasty looking hooks into the jugs of the champion.
It was clear that Krystal had the speed, she is a natural lightweight compared to Kelly being a welterweight, it showed as Krystal would dodge punches before countering with punches into the jugs of Brook to make her cry out.
That also meant that Kelly had the power over Krystal, once Kelly landed the big punches on the Aussie, she was able to bully the challenger around the ring.
It was a good back and forth contest that saw both looking good when they got on top, with the crowd loving the fact that both fighters jugs threatened to escape their bras.
The fifth round saw the finish; Kelly able to land a brutal liver shot that sent Krystal down to all fours, where she was counted out while sucking air.
Both fighters can be proud of their efforts in this personal contest, Krystal probably would love a crack at Kelly again someday but for now it's Kelly with bragging rights.
For Kelly going forwards it will be interesting to see whose next up for her, maybe Hailey Clauson has caught her eyes as the American powerhouse has really been making waves the past few months.
Krystal meanwhile will come back from this defeat, she is a top fighter that shouldn't be taken lightly after this defeat, so keep eyes out on her.

Final Part: Diana Korkunova vs Michelle Keegan This was by far the most interesting fight outside the title fights, not to say the other fights didn't have an interest to them, but you have a future title contender against one of the best celebrity fighters this country has produced, could Diana take that step up to the true elite?
Diana has been close to that elite level for a while, she was our rookie of the year, made big inroads in the Contender 6 tournament, where she had a fight of the year candidate last year against the tournament winner Tiffany Mulheron, a fight I might add she won in stunning style.
Standing in Diana's way of making that leap was someone we have dubbed one of the dynasty four in the BBU, Michelle in our eyes is up there with current BBU champion Cheryl Cole, former champion and pound for pound Queen Jenna Louise Coleman and hall of famer Samia Ghadie, quite the list!
The fact Michelle herself is a former BBU flyweight champion and an FCBA JMD champion shows you the level of competition that Diana had to deal with.
That was proven even more in the early going, Michelle skillfully outboxing the younger fighter, looking every bit the world class fighter who has made countless rivals look stupid.
It took till the fourth round for Diana to get any real measure of Michelle, sidestepping the Coronation Street legend to counter punch her.
But even then in the fifth Diana was put down by a vicious right, she looks rattled badly by it and needed to do anything she could to survive the round, the sixth found saw Diana sticking in survival mode to show you how nasty a knockdown it was.
Once Diana was able to get her legs under her, she started to take control of things, really giving it to the veteran after dodging her shots, making Keegan even more frustrated as she wasn't having as much success as earlier in the fight.
Round eight was the biggest round in the fight, Michelle got put down by an uppercut that looked to nearly lift her off her feet, somehow Michelle did beat the count, she was clearly still rocked so a referee stoppage or throwing a towel in might have been the smartest thing to do.
Instead Michelle gave her all to stay in the fight, it wasn't enough as Diana knocked her clean out with a right hook, which was one too many punches for my liking on the defenceless Michelle, even Diana looked disgusted to have to batter her opponent unconscious when it was clearly over before that.
Let's not discuss referee incompetence, let's talk about how massive a win this is for Diana, surely she is next in line for a shot at Cheryl Cole's flyweight title!
The fact is I don't think there are many people who can beat Cheryl Cole the form she is in and how great a shape she has gotten into, but Diana very well might be now in that list of people who might beat Cole, I have Keegan in that list and Korkunova just beat her.
On Michelle I hope this isn't just a flying visit to the BBU, as I've said she is one of the pillars of what made the BBU the force it is today, plenty of new challenges and old rivalries to sort out around here for her.
That's all we have time for sadly, thank you to everyone who took the time to read these posts, I hope they were fun and we see you next Sunday morning for the next edition of the Real View.
