Final Part: Ellie Goulding interview(Michelle Joy Phelps and Ellie Goulding are smiling as they sit on set facing each other and a large screen TV is behind them in full view)Michelle: hey guys, I am blessed to say I have singer and all round badass Ellie Goulding sitting with me ready to discuss her boxing career here in the BBU.
Ellie: thank for having me and a big thank you to my fans. (Waves to camera)
Michelle: so let's start with how you got into boxing.
Ellie: It's been a long time since I started (winks) I was in a bad place when I was younger, I wasn't in the shape I wanted to be in, so instead of whining about it I found something I enjoy and stuck with it, luckily it was boxing as I have had so much fun with it.
Michelle: well you are certainly in shape now babe, here's a picture of you in training.
Ellie: yeah that was a great day for me, I felt so strong which I hope comes across in the picture, I absolutely love my trainers as they kick my ass to stay in shape and well hopefully you guys like my skills.
Michelle: well we have a quick video showing off a little of your hand speed, to show anyone who doesn't believe you are the real deal that they couldn't be more wrong.
Ellie: Haha I was a little tired that day so that's a taste of my hand speed, something my opponents have to worry about when they face me.
Michelle: on your career; you started like a train, winning your first three fights in dominant style, how did you feel going into those fights?
Ellie: my debut I remember was against Diana Vickers, me and her had been lets say swimming around each other for a while, it just come down to who went for who first.
Our agents finally set us up in the BBU and I showed her my class, though part of me wants to give her a rematch so I can knock her out.
Michelle: but things haven't went smoothly since then, you went to America to have a few fights and it seemed to damage your career.
Ellie: yeah not my smartest move; I was three and zero here, so thought I could step across the ocean to fight, turned out I wasn't ready.
Losing is a funny thing; I know I have the skills but when you go on losing, it's like a different person steps into the ring, so fighters I should have beat easily, I struggled agsinst them.
Michelle: you beat Tulisa Contostavlos in your last fight in a rematch, it looked somewhat like the old you if you don't mind me saying?
Ellie: not at all; I have set myself the goal of getting a title shot, that means I can't hold back now, Tulisa was my first step back on the road to victory.
Next I have Rita Ora, we have been calling each other out for a while, every time we look like we will fight she goes off sunning herself on a beach, now we have signed the paper work I'm going to show her why she is afraid of me.
Michelle: we are nearly out of time, final question, is there any one out there you'd love to fight apart from Doda?
Ellie: I'd love to knockout that w**** for the record, especially if she keeps the BBU bantamweight title for me to take off her.
But the person most on my mind honestly is Charlotte Church, we both have wanted to fight each other for a while, I don't like her and I gather the feeling is mutual, so let's get it on Charlotte, the challenge is there for you.
Michelle: wow that's certainly a big talking point to end today's show, thank you Ellie for taking the time to talk to us, good luck in your future BBU career.
That's all we have time for this week; I hope you all had fun, thank you for taking the time to read these posts, we hope to see you next Sunday for the next edition of the Real View.
